Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial distress of Islamic Rural Banks (BPRS) in Indonesia in 2019-2020. The research method used is descriptive analysis method, which is a research method by collecting data according to the truth and then the data is compiled, processed and analyzed to be able to provide an overview of the existing problems. The results of this study indicate that Islamic Rural Banks have an indication of financial distress. This is evident from the results of the assessment using the Atlman Z-score method which shows the level of accuracy of the prediction model in 2019 - 2020 is in the gray area or gray area and has the potential for financial distress.

Abstract

This research is an explanatory study to explain the determinants of third party fund raising of Islamic banks as the dependent variable in Indonesia using the Econometrics Partial Adjustment Model (PAM) approach. The independent variable of the research is derived from the construct of the marketing environment which is divided into external factors and internal factors. The two factors are further broken down into seven variables. It is concluded that the PAM model has been successful in estimating the model and has passed the classical assumption test. During the research period, namely in 2017.1. – 2021.12, all variables have a strong relationship and have a simultaneous effect on the dependent variable. Only promotion costs and the number of office networks partially have a significant effect on the dependent variable. The number of office networks is the most significant variable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of e-commerce adoption based on the Model of Internet Commerce Adoption (MICA) and the implementation of e-commerce adoption based on Theory Planned Behavior (TPB). The research method used is qualitative analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the level of e-commerce adoption carried out by the Sukahijab Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) had fulfilled the third stage and reached the third stage of completing the features at each stage not completing everything. Referring to the Theory Planned Behavior (TPB) it turns out that not all of them are the same as what was stated by Azjen. There is one different factor, namely the Subjective Norm. Where in the Sukahijab UMKM itself, subjective norms have no effect, where the surrounding environment has no effect to provide encouragement in the implementation of the e-commerce. The most influential of the three factors is Attitude Toward the Behavior, then Perceived Behavioral Control, and the least influential is Subjective Norm

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of Muslim consumers both Indonesia and globally in contributing to GDP as a whole, through the marketplace. In addition, how are the concepts and ethics used by global Muslim consumers in making purchase transactions in the marketplace. The method used is a qualitative method with a formal ontology analysis content approach from the unity of the religious and economic fields built within the realm of interconnecting and organically integrated moral, social and economic values. A phenomenological model of an integrated world view that applies to systemic concepts. The results show that there are four forms of Muslims in accepting share with marekeplace 1) rationalist 2) affective 3) apathetic 4) compromising. Meanwhile, the contribution of Muslim income to the global market sector shows that there are four main currents of Muslims in transactions, namely the creation of a new Muslim market share, 2) the middle class of Muslims, 3) the role of immigrants in forming new markets and the creation of a new Muslim road map (Muslim resegregation).

Abstract

This study tries to find information related to usury holistically and comprehensively based on the verses of the Qur'an and the traditions of the Prophet, by conducting a thematic study to obtain authentic and in-depth information. So it is hoped that with the results of this research, the community, especially Muslims in Indonesia, will get a correct and comprehensive knowledge and understanding of usury. This research is library research using the maudhu'i interpretation and takhrij hadith methods. The maudhu'i interpretation method is used to explore in-depth and holistic information from the Qur'an. While the takhrij hadith method is used to obtain valid and comprehensive information from the hadith. Based on the results of the study, the key that the scholars are that usury is unlawful, including major sins whose perpetrators are threatened by Allah with severe punishment and punishment. The prohibition of usury is based on three main arguments that have the highest authority in Islamic law, namely the Qur'an, as-Sunnah, and Ijma'. The prohibition of usury is comprehensive. This means that all forms of usury are haraam, either a little or a lot.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the sources, impacts, and ways to overcome paranoid organizations by using a qualitative approach in the method of analysis and reviewing the literature on the research design. Through the elaboration process carried out in the context of the study, the results of the study reveal that there are 5 (five) types of pathological organizations, namely dramatic organizations, suspicious organizations, compulsive organizations, detached organizations, and depressive organizations. The main sources of paranoid organizations are restructuring, leadership styles, and identity politics. If not taken seriously, the paranoid organizational conditions will lead to widespread and deep-rooted conflicts and have implications for social-management disintegration. This will contribute to management dysfunction and hinder the achievement of organizational goals. Massive, structured, and systematic efforts are needed to prevent and overcome the negative consequences of paranoid organizational conditions. This study recommends several variables that must be considered and implemented by management, namely conflict management, internalization of social values, and the application of the right leadership style.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the two Digital Literacy and Technology Acceptance Model variables on Donors' decisions in paying ZIS through Digital Applications at LAZISMU Tasikmalaya City. This study used a quantitative approach which was processed in SPSS involving 20 respondents. The method used is Purposive Sampling with the criteria of Digital Application users who are Donors from LAZISMU Tasikmalaya City. For data obtained using an online questionnaire using a Likert scale of 1 to 5, with statements that strongly agree to disagree. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between the Digital Literacy and Technology Acceptance Model variables on donors' decisions in paying ZIS through Digital Applications at LAZSIMU Tasikmalaya City.

Abstract

Building a trustworthy and professional image for a zakat management organization is a top priority in addressing the crisis of trust within the community. In this regard, zakat institutions need effective management of zakat, infaq, and alms that prioritize principles of trustworthiness, professionalism, accountability, and transparency to earn the full trust of the community. Therefore, institutions like the National Zakat Amil Agency (BAZNAS) must design effective strategic plans to fulfill their roles and functions.Furthermore, performance assessment or measurement is also a critical element in monitoring the institution's success. To enhance the performance of the Tasikmalaya City BAZNAS, a comprehensive assessment or measurement is required, such as a balanced scorecard. This allows for the evaluation of the zakat institution's performance and identifies areas needing improvement. The balanced scorecard comprises four perspectives: financial, customer, internal business processes, and growth and learning. It emphasizes essential aspects often overlooked in traditional performance measurements, including human resources, operational processes, systems used within the organization, and customer satisfaction, resulting in more accurate measurement outcomes. This research aims to measure the performance of BAZNAS Tasikmalaya City using the Balanced Scorecard framework. The analytical method employed is descriptive with a quantitative approach. In descriptive analysis, this research provides explanations in the form of words and sentences to describe the results of quantitative analysis and elucidate phenomena arising from the data obtained. The research findings indicate that Tasikmalaya City BAZNAS' performance is considered good from a financial perspective (score 1), relatively good from a customer perspective (score 0.7), not satisfactory from an internal business process perspective (score -0.5), and reasonably good from a growth and learning perspective (score 0.7).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of e-marketing mix on impulse buying through hedonicshopping as an intervening variable (study on the Tiktok platform). The method used in this research isquantitative research. The population in this study are Tiktok users. The sampling technique used theAccidental Sampling technique and obtained a sample of 96 respondents. Data collection using the datamethod in the form of a questionnaire and data processing using the SPSS version 25. The analysis toolused was path analysis, using the T test and F test and the coefficient of determination. Abstract

The purpose of thisstudy is to analyze the implementation and role of digital technology in collecting zakat, infaq and alms (ZIS) funds at LAZISMU Tasikmalaya City. The research method was carried out with a descriptive qualitative approach. the data sources used were primary and secondary data, the data collection methods used were interviews and documentation. The results of thisstudy indicate that: the form of implementation of the digitalization of collecting zakat, infaq and alms funds is digital payment and digital socialization by utilizing social media. Digitalization in the collection of zakat, infaq and alms funds plays a role because it makes it easier for LAZISMU and muzakki to save time and money. And also makes the collection of zakat funds more transparent, massive, effective and efficient. However, the role of digitalization has not been maximized due to the lack of human resources and the lack of promotion in the form of advertisements so that public knowledge of this digital system is very minimal and people are not yet literate in digital technology.
