Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mengkaji Pengaruh Pembiayaan Qardhul Hasan terhadap Pendapatan Usaha Mikro pada KSU STF Jembar Tasikmalaya dengan membandingkan Pendapatan Usaha Mikro sebelum dan sesudah mendapatkan Pembiayaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode penelitian komparatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik Sampling yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling dengan pendekatan sampling jenuh sehingga populasi yang menjadi subjek penelitian adalah semua anggota populasi yang berjumlah 28 orang. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner untuk mengetahui Tingkat pendapatan Sebelum dan sesudah dilakukannya Pembiayaan. Teknik pengolahan dan analisis data dilakukan dengan uji statistik Paired T-test dengan menggunakan program komputer SPSS versi 22.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pembiayaan Qardhul Hasan di KSU STF Jembar Tasikmalaya berpengaruh positif terhadap pendapatan usaha mikro. Di buktikan dengan uji Paired Sample Ttest Terlihat bahwa thitung adalah dengan nilai probabilitas 0,000 < 0,05, maka Ho ditolak. Yang berarti Pendapatan sebelum dan sesudah Pembiayaan adalah tidak sama atau berbeda secaca nyata

Abstract

When we talk about the topic of the spiritual dimension of tourism, one of the most important issues to ask is how people search for the meaning of their lives, as well as their subjective experience and sense of connectedness, when they are away from home. In fact, there is a close relationship between tourism and religion, which is and has always been a significant driving force behind travel, from the early days of pilgrimage to modern day trips to holy places. Followers of religions with strong belief systems, as well as travelers with only a passing interest in the topic, consider religious sites, rituals, festivals and ceremonies to be among the most important attractions. People who have recently started participating in spiritually-driven experiences, as well as people who want to build sustainable greatness through travel, have made spiritual tourism experiences increasingly popular. It is possible that these qualities are the main cause of the recent surge in popularity of this trend. In contrast to common conceptions of pilgrimages and religious tourism, traveling can be beneficial to one's spiritual development for a number of different reasons. Despite the fact that religious tourism and the spiritual connection to a location are wide-ranging, few scholars have investigated the complex interactions between religion, spirituality and environmentally responsible tourism. The social, societal and ecological implications of (mass) religious tourism is a topic that has received relatively little attention in the world of academic research. Some authors have highlighted the adverse impact that religious tourism has on the commercialization of places and objects that were previously considered sacred. Researchers should pay attention to the commodification of religious symbols and the economic implications of selling these symbols as the world becomes more consumer-oriented

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of basic food demand in the holy month of Ramadhan (Case Study at Baru Market Cikatomas 2022-2024). The method used is qualitative research. The sample in this study were market traders in Cikatomas. The sampling technique used Snowball Sampling technique, This study explores the factors that cause the increase in basic food prices during the month of Ramadhan, focusing on the seasonal increase in demand. The study found that price spikes are caused by the tradition of preparing special dishes, increased income, as well as other factors such as production and distribution costs and import policies. After periods of peak demand, prices tend to stabilize or decline. Changes in consumption patterns and cultural values also affect the price dynamics of groceries, with consumers tending to buy high-quality foodstuffs during the holy month despite the increased prices. The study identified that factors such as price speculation by large traders and increased consumption of chicken meat and eggs contributed to the price spike. The findings illustrate how cultural and social values influence consumption patterns and prices of basic food items during these special periods, and provide insights into how price fluctuations can be managed by considering seasonality, production and distribution factors.

Abstract

Many students have social media and actively play social media. Some students can spend more than 3 hours a day accessing social media. The social media they have are Instagram, Tiktok, Whatsapp and they also actively follow the trending lifestyle on social media, and often spend some of their pocket money to buy goods and visit places that are trending on social media. This study aims to determine the effect of the use of social media and lifestyle on the consumptive behavior of students of the Institute of Islam Tasikmalaya.The research method used is quantitative method with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The population in this study were students of the Institute of Islam Tasikmalaya and the sample taken was 116 respondents with purposive sampling technique. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis.The findings of this study indicate that social media, peer conformity, and lifestyle are important determinants that influence consumptive behavior among college students. Each of these variables plays a significant role both individually and collectively in encouraging consumptive behavior. The implication of the results of this study is the importance of awareness of social and lifestyle influences on consumption behavior, which can be used by marketers in devising more effective marketing strategies, as well as by individuals to understand the dynamics behind their consumption decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the role of home businesses that produce traditional food in Cihaur Manonjaya Village, to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors in home businesses and their role in improving the economy of the Cihaur Manonjaya community, Tasikmalaya district, as well as an Islamic Economic review of Home Businesses in Cihaur Manonjaya Village . The data analysis method is descriptive qualitative, namely explaining in depth and then conducting qualitative analysis which is described in the form of a description. Research findings regarding the production process of home businesses that produce food in Cihaur Manonjaya are managed simply and do not meet the standards set by the government. Supporting factors in this business are people's high buying interest and ease of marketing, the skills and knowledge that home entrepreneurs have in producing their products, people's desire to increase their income, and the capital that home industry entrepreneurs have. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor is that the products they produce are easily damaged and do not last long. Even though there are inhibiting factors, this business has contributed to improving the economy of the Cihaur Manonjaya community

Abstract

Financial management is very important for individuals and companies, because it can manage all forms of financial activities well. Small, Micro and Medium Enterprises at the Jhinny Cake Cake Shop are a case study in this research topic regarding financial management analysis. Jhinny Cake Cake Shop operates in the food sector. As his business continues to grow, problems also occur internally in his business, especially poor financial management. The purpose of this research is to determine the financial management implemented at the Jhinny Cake Salopa Cake Shop, Tasikmalaya Regency. This research study uses qualitative research methods. The data source in this research is primary data through interviews with owners, employees and consumers at the Jhinny Cake Salopa Cake Shop, Tasikmalaya Regency, then secondary data is obtained through books, journals, articles from the internet, and collecting data and documents in the shop. Jhinny Cake Salopa Cake, Tasikmalaya Regency which is related to the research discussion. The data collection techniques used are through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that the financial management carried out at the Jhinny Cake Cake Shop is still not optimal in terms of financial management, the shop owner still uses manual recording and does not use financial accounting rules.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the view of Islamic law regarding the practice of online entrustment services on social media, and what risks and opportunities are felt by online entrustment service business actors on social media. This research is included in the type of qualitative research. Data collection for this thesis is the result of observation, literature study, interviews and documentation. In data analysis techniques, this research uses several stages, namely data collection, data presentation, data reduction, and finally drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the research, it is concluded that, firstly, the practice of entrusting services on social media in the view of Islamic law is legal and permissible as long as it does not violate the rules and there are no arguments that forbid it. The contract from the practice of jastip itself is a wakalah bil ujrah contract, namely an agreement between both parties (representative and muwakkil), where a muwakkil gives authority to the representative to do something in exchange for giving ujrah (fee/wages) to the representative. Second, the risk of the practice of entrusting services, namely the potential for financial losses due to additional fees, import duties and taxes; product damage, and business competition. Meanwhile, opportunities for entrusted service practice include the use of information and communications technology (ICT); consumer expansion, and increasing relationships.

Abstract

Sharia hotels in the hospitality industry have become a trend in the accommodation business in some areas of Indonesia. This phenomenon is also an indicator that the presence of hotels in Indonesia is very worrying, a lot of hotels that do not apply the principle of Shariah. The Shariah hotel is now the modern necessity of the Muslim community. Not a few of the hotels are often used as a rule-free place. But srikandi hotels have their own rules as standardization of sharia hotels. The method used in this research is qualitative using field research methods for data collection using observations, interviews and documentation. The main source in this research is the manager and staff of Hotel Srikandi Kota Tasikmalaya. The results of this study show that according to Q.s An- Nahl paragraph 89 hotel srikandi has applied the principles of Shariah. Besides, based on Q.S At-Talaq paragraph 6 hotel srekandi has fulfilled all the rations and conditions in the academic rental-renting (ijarah). Although the hotel srikandi has not applied the principle of full Shariah, the rental is still valid, so the renting of the hotel rooms is valid according to Islamic law.

Abstract

Information and communication technology that is developing very rapidly in the current digital era is marked by the emergence of the internet network. One aspect that is significantly influenced by technology is marketing strategy. Companies or shops sell products directly by providing a place for customers to come and buy goods. Unlike before, now there are many businesses or shops that recognize technological advances, so they use e-commerce as a marketing strategy to sell their products. In this case, reviews (customer reviews), ratings and prices have an important role in it. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of customer reviews, customer ratings and prices on purchasing decisions on the Shopee platform for student users of the Shopee platform at the Tasikmalaya Islamic Institute in 2024. This study is a quantitative study, the type of data used is primary data where the sample taken was 116 respondents by distributing questionnaires (questionnaires). The results of the study showed that these three variables have a significant effect in a positive direction on purchasing decisions. Customer reviews, customer ratings and prices can increase sales for sellers in e-commerce and can increase customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Cash Waqf Linked deposits can be a sustainable investment instrument proposed by Islam to help maintain the ratio of public expenditure by, for, and of the people without involving interest rates. It is hoped that with the legalization of CWLD, the distribution of benefits of cash waqf will be more comprehensive and based on justice, not just limited to certain parties. CWLD contracts, on the other hand, need to be reviewed for their alignment with the public good from the Maqashid al-Syariah perspective. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data analysis was conducted using three main steps: data reduction, data display, and data verification. The result of this research confirms that the CWLD scheme is in accordance with Maqashid Al-Syariah. The objectives of Muhafaẓah al-Din, Muhafaẓah al-Nafs, Muhafaẓah al-'Aql, Muhafazah al-Maal, and Muhafazah al-Nasl are interconnected in the CWLD scheme offered. However, in implementation, it is necessary to have specific monitoring from the sharia committee to maintain the consistency of its sharia compliance.
