Abstract

This study aims to analyze the optimization of state asset development using the highest and best uses analysis model. The method used is a qualitative approach, involving sources and informants as data sources by means of interviews, and direct field research is conducted to analyze the optimization of state asset development. Based on the results of the productivity analysis, 2 alternative uses were obtained, namely office complexes and mix-use development (sports centers, shops and fitness centers). The results of the analysis show that the mix-use development alternative is the optimal choice in developing these assets. This is based on several advantages, including: providing more significant added value for investors, generating a rate of return that exceeds minimum expectations, offering a higher return on investment ratio, having a shorter payback period than the office complex alternative, and contributing to state revenue through Non-Tax State Revenue.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) on the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) in state-owned banks. The method used in this research is panel data regression, with secondary data sourced from the annual reports of state-owned banks from 2019 to 2023. The results of the study show that the best model selected is the Random Effect Model (REM). Based on the data analysis, it was found that ROA, ROE, and LDR variables simultaneously influence CAR. The t-test results indicate that ROA has a significant effect on CAR, while ROE and LDR do not have a significant effect on CAR in state-owned banks. The findings of this study are expected to provide benefits for policymakers as a basis for financial management planning to maintain the bank’s health through CAR, as well as for banking institutions as input for evaluating bank health. Furthermore, these results can also serve as a reference for investors and potential investors in assessing the bank's health before making investments.

Abstract

Person-organization fit is defined as the alignment between the values of the organization and the values of the individual. Person-organization fit refers to the compatibility of an employee with their organization. Person-organization fit has been defined in various ways, including value congruence, goal congruence, and the match between employee needs. Organizational commitment is defined as an employee's attachment to a particular organization, its goals, and their desire to maintain membership within the organization. Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is a term used for employees who provide added value to their assigned tasks as well as additional benefits to the company. PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero), hereinafter abbreviated as KAI or "the Company," is a State-Owned Enterprise that provides, manages, and oversees rail transportation services in Indonesia. Based on the results of analysis and discussion, this study uses Path Diagrams and Hypothesis Testing with the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method using the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The Path Diagram is used to visualize the influence pathways between variables in the research. The validity test results show that the indicators for each variable have a loading factor greater than 0.7, confirming the validity of these indicators in measuring Person-organization Fit (P-O fit), organizational commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior. Additionally, convergent validity was evaluated using the Average Variance Extracted (AVE), where all research variables had AVE values above 0.5. The reliability of the indicators was also confirmed to be high, with Cronbach's Alpha and Composite Reliability values for each variable exceeding 0.6 and 0.7, respectively. Structural Model Evaluation shows that the variable organizational citizenship behavior is explained by 14.9% through the variables Person-organization Fit (P-O fit) and organizational commitment. The hypothesis test results indicate that Person-organization Fit (P-O fit) and organizational commitment significantly influence organizational citizenship behavior among employees of PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (PERSERO), with a p-value of 0.011 < 0.05. Based on these conclusions, it is recommended to include additional independent variables in future research to broaden the understanding of the Organizational Citizenship Behavior variable, which in this study was only explained by 26.6%. Thus, this study provides significant contributions to understanding the relationship between Person-organization Fit (P-O fit), organizational commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior among employees of PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (PERSERO), while offering suggestions for further development in future research.

The population in this study is generation Z in Surakarta City with a questionnaire distributed to 160 respondents. The data analysis method used in the study is the measurement model (outer model), namely the validity test and the Reliability test, the structural model (inner model) includes: the determination coefficient test or R-Square (R2), and the hypothesis test with the t-statistical test. The results of the study show that Product Knowledge has a positive but not significant effect on Generation Z's Interest in Saving, while Facilities and Religiosity have a positive and significant effect on Generation Z's Interest in Saving. In addition, the variable of Product Knowledge needs to be further researched because a deep understanding of Islamic banking products also has the potential to influence the decision of Generation Z in choosing Islamic Banks as a place to save.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of budget use (APBN), foreign debt and differences in government regimes in poverty alleviation in Indonesia. The research method used is quantitative analysis of multiple regression with dummy variables. The results of the study indicate: simultaneously, the amount of APBN, Foreign Debt, Inflation and differences in government regimes have a positive impact on poverty alleviation efforts in Indonesia. Partially, the APBN variable (at α 5%) has a significant effect on efforts to reduce poverty rates. Foreign debt, inflation, Era1, Era2, Era3, Era4, and Era5 have no significant effect on poverty rates. If the standard error is increased (up to α 30%), then Era4 and Era5 also have a significant effect on poverty rates with negative coefficient values. While the inflation and Era1 variables are positively correlated with poverty rates. The statistically valid econometric model is as follows:%POOR = 0.180713842147 – 0.000021076*APBN - 0.02057*ERA4 - 0.0301788*ERA5 Keywords: APBN Effectiveness, Indonesian Government Regime, Foreign Debt
