Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability, liquidity, and asset structure on the capital structure of manufacturing companies in the industrial subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2021-2023, as well as to examine the role of company size as a moderating variable in these relationships. The purposive sampling method was used to select a representative research sample. The data were analyzed using multiple regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results show that profitability and liquidity have a significant effect on the company’s capital structure, while asset structure does not have a significant impact. Furthermore, company size does not moderate the influence of profitability, liquidity, or asset structure on capital structure. This study indicates that internal factors such as profitability and liquidity are the main determinants in forming the capital structure of manufacturing companies, whereas company size neither strengthens nor weakens these relationships.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of green accounting, environmental responsibility, gender diversity, media exposure, and slack resources on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) disclosure in food and beverage sector companies listed on the (IDX) for the period 2019–2023. The sampling technique used the purposive sampling method and obtained 15 companies. With a total final sample of 55. The research method used is quantitative, with secondary data obtained from the company's annual report. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS 25 program. The results of the study showed that only media exposure had a significant positive effect on CSR disclosure, while green accounting, environmental responsibility, gender diversity, and slack resources did not have a significant effect on CSR disclosure.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of emotional exhaustion and employee engagement on turnover intention, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable among Generation Z employees in East Java. Using the Job Demands-Resources (JD-R) model and Herzberg’s Two-Factor Theory as theoretical frameworks, the research involved 129 respondents collected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using path analysis with SPSS 27. The results show that emotional exhaustion has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, while employee engagement has a negative and significant effect. Job satisfaction is also proven to have a negative effect on turnover intention and mediates the relationship between the independent variables and turnover intention partially. These findings highlight the importance of managing psychological well-being, improving work engagement, and maintaining job satisfaction to reduce employee turnover, especially for Generation Z in the workforce.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job stress, job satisfaction, and work environment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at PT IEI. The type of research applied is explanatory research, with a quantitative approach. The research population consists of 70 employees who work in the E2 production department of PT IEI. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with saturated sampling method. Data was collected through distributing questionnaires. Data analysis was performed using SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) version 3.2.9. The results of the analysis show that the effect of job stress on OCB has an original sample value of 0.132, with a T-Statistics value of 2.203 and P-Values of 0.028, which shows results greater than α (0.028 < 0.05). The effect of job satisfaction on OCB resulted in an original sample value of 0.221, T-Statistics 2.101, and P-Values 0.036, which is also greater than α (0.036 < 0.05). Meanwhile, the effect of work environment on OCB shows the original sample value of 0.572, T-Statistics 6.268, and P-Values 0.000, which is smaller than α (0.000 < 0.05). From the results of hypothesis testing conducted through path coefficient analysis, it can be concluded that: 1) job stress has a significant positive effect on OCB at PT IEI; 2) job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on OCB at PT IEI; 3) work environment has a significant positive effect on OCB at PT IEI.

Abstract

The decline in employee performance at BUMN XYZ Company in Kotamobagu is hampering the achievement of company targets. This research aims to analyze the influence of learning organizations and perceptions of diversity management on employee performance, with job satisfaction and organizational commitment as mediation. The cross-sectional method was used with an online questionnaire filled out by 94 employees who had worked for at least one year. Data were analyzed using PLS-SEM. The results show a positive relationship between learning organization, perceptions of diversity management, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment on employee performance, but learning organization and job satisfaction are not significant. Organizational commitment mediates the relationship between perceptions of diversity management and employee performance, but does not mediate the relationship between learning organization. Managerial implications can help companies improve employee performance. This research has limitations and recommendations for further research.

Abstract

The research was conducted to find out how much potential the company's bankruptcy is during this pandemic. Bankruptcy prediction is done by using Altman Z-Score, Springate, and Zmijewski methods. The study used a different test, namely the Kruskal-Wallis H Test. The companies used in this study were the hotel, restaurant, and tourism sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research sample uses 16 hotel, restaurant, and tourism sub-sector companiesilisted on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 periods. Sample selection using a purposive sampling technique. From the hypothesis test conducted, the results show that there are differences between the Altman Z-Score, Springate, and Zmijewski prediction methods in predicting bankruptcy. In this study, the Zmijewski method is the most accurate prediction model with an accuracy rate of 98% with the results of 2 companies experiencing bankruptcy. Next is the Altman ZScore method with an accuracy rate of 61% with the results of 8 companies experiencing bankruptcy and the Springateimethod withianiaccuracyirate of 30% with the results of 11 companies experiencing bankruptcy.

Abstract

The realization of zakat collection which is still much lower than the existing potential indicates that zakat management has not reached the optimal level. One of the causes is the ease of access or underutilization of technology in the payment of zakat. This study aims to test and examine how the intention to pay zakat through digital platforms is influenced by performance expectations, effort expectations, social influence, and facilitating conditions. The object of this research is Muslim people aged >23 years in Karanganyar Regency. Using purposive sampling method, 101 respondents were taken as samples. In this study, data processing was carried out using SmartPLS software. The findings of the analysis show that the intention to pay zakat using digital platform is significantly positively influenced by social influence and facilitating conditions. On the other hand, intention to pay zakat through digital platform is not significantly influenced by performance expectancy and effort expectancy. This is due to the view of respondents that the benefits and usability offered and the condition of the community is no longer familiar with technology so that performance expectations and business expectations are not the main factors that encourage people to utilize digital platforms.

Abstract

                The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Return on Equity, Non Performing Loan and Loan to Deposit Ratio on Stock Prices in the Banking sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2021-2023. The implementation of this study uses an associative causality research design with secondary data types. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and obtained 30 companies that met the criteria from the population with a research period of 3 years, so that 90 sample data were obtained. This study uses a multiple linear regression analysis model. The results of the study show that Return on Equity has a positive effect on Stock Prices, Non Performing Loans have a negative effect on Stock Prices and Loan to Deposit Ratio has a negative effect on Stock Prices. Further researchers are expected to consider or add other variables that can affect Stock Prices such as Sales Growth, Dividend Policy, Inflation Rates and Interest Rates on different research objects. The implications in this study found that the ROE, NPL and LDR factors can be used as the main reference for Banking in an effort to increase Banking Stock Prices.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether Financial Literacy has an effect on the personal financial management of Economic Education students at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Sriwijaya University, Class of 2021 using a quantitative approach through a survey method. Data were collected using questionnaires with purposive sampling and analyzed using Pearson Product Moment correlation test, coefficient of determination, and t-test. The results indicate that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on students' personal financial management, with a correlation value of 0.8699 and a contribution of 75.76%. The t-test shows that tcalculated t_(calculated )> t_tabel (13.999) is greater than (1.67), confirming the accePTance of the alternative hypothesis. Therefore, students are advised to enhance their financial literacy through various learning sources, while universities are expected to actively contribute to financial education to support students' financial independence.

Abstract

Research to ascertain how incentives, leadership style, and work experience affect BRI KCP Wirobrajan Yogyakarta employees' performance. The study is quantitative and use the survey approach. Seventy-two workers of BRI KCP Wirobrajan Yogyakarta served as the samples. Questionnair, interview, with observation are the methods used to find data research. Various techniques for analyzing this research data include descriptive statistical analysis, respondent characteristic analysis, data quality tests consisting of validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, namely autocorrelation tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multicollinearity tests, and normality tests, and model tests are used, namely the R2 test, F test or simultaneous analysis, and hypothesis testing through the t test for partial tests and multiple linear regression analysis. The study concludes that incentives, leadership style, and work experience all significantly and favorably affect BRI KCP Wirobrajan Yogyakarta employees' performance. Employee performance may be explained by work experience, leadership style, and incentives in 68.5% of cases.
