Abstract

Whistleblowing is considered one of the effective ways to avoid and detect in revealing cheating in college. This study uses the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) to analyze the complex interaction between three main factors in whistleblowing, namely individual, situational, and organizational factors. This study used primary data through questionnaires obtained from 182 active students from various universities' in Indonesia. This study used data analysis assisted by SPSS 26 software. The findings prove that the factors analyzed in this study have an impact on students' intentions to whistleblowing academic cheating, both collectively and partially. The results of this study prove that the bystander effect does not influence students' choices to whistleblowing academic fraud. When there are more individuals around when fraud occurs, the likelihood of a potential whistleblower discouraging reporting the fraud they witness is higher. While anonymous reporting channels, moral intensity, and trust in leaders positively affect students' intentions to whistleblowing academic fraud.

Abstract

SKECHERS is a popular brand in Indonesian market, offering a diverse range of products for lifestyle and sport needs. The brand features hundreds of shoe models with attractive designs, along with hats, bags, sandals, clothes, and sports equipment. With the development of the internet and the prevalence of social media, this research aims to examine the influence of social media marketing on purchase decisions, with brand trust as a mediating variable, specifically for SKECHERS products in Indonesia. The research was conducted online, and data were collected by distributing questionnaires through Google Forms. The sampling technique employed was purposive sampling, with a total of 257 respondents. The analysis technique used was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on components, utilizing Partial Least Squares (PLS) as the analytical tool. The results of hypothesis testing from the research indicate partial mediation, where social media marketing has a significant and positive influence on purchase decisions. Additionally, social media marketing also affects purchase decisions through brand trust.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and explain the application of green accounting in helping efforts to prevent environmental pollution from starch cracker production waste. The facts in this research are based on the fact that the majority of home industry players pay little attention to the impact of waste on the surrounding environment and are less concerned about environmental pollution problems. Descriptive qualitative methods were used, where data collection was carried out in the form of field research, documentary research and library research. This research method uses qualitative, data collection is carried out by in-depth interviews, documenting reports that are directly related to environmental costs, then the last is observing the environmental conditions of the village to be studied. The results show that the low level of environmental awareness from the survey shows that there are still many people who have a low level of environmental awareness. They may not be aware of the negative impact of liquid waste produced by their activities on the surrounding environment.

Abstract

This study is to investigate price, product quality on buying interest in avoskin skincare products in the shopee marketplace. This study employs verification and descriptive research methodologies, utilizing quantitative approaches. Respondents taken in this study were 400 respondents, the research determined the respondents taken based on the criteria of avoskin shop official consumer followers in shopee. The study found that price, and product quality affect buying interest significantly. The study also found that the variables of product quality and price on purchase intention with gender as a moderating variable on avoskin products were unable to moderate the influence of product quality variables, and purchase intention on price.

Abstract

In an organization it is important to pay attention to all aspects related to human resources, this is because it is able to become an effort that moves every component in the organization's operations. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan as a public legal entity responsible for administering various Employment Social Security Programs for workers throughout Indonesia has an important role in realizing the welfare of workers. Therefore, through this research, we will measure the influence of work motivation and work environment provided by each permanent employee through performance results at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Surabaya Karimunjawa. It should be noted that this study used a quantitative method with saturated sampling, where the samples taken were obtained from all members of the population contained therein. In this case it covers all permanent employees of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Surabaya Karimunjawa, totaling 34 permanent employees. In order to assist the data analysis process, this research uses validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression analysis, F test (simultaneous), t test (partial) and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results obtained stated that there was a simultaneous effect of the variables Work Motivation and Work Environment on the Performance of Permanent Employees of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Surabaya Karimunjawa. As for the partial effect, the results show that the variable Work Motivation has a partial positive and significant effect on the Performance of Permanent Employees of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Surabaya Karimunjawa. However, it does not have a partial and significant effect on the Work Environment variable

Abstract

This research is motivated by the development of competition in the business world, and especially companies engaged in the service sector. It requires companies to always survive in managing their business by maintaining good relationships with customers and increasing customer satisfaction. Therefore, companies carry out marketing strategies often referred to as CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and customer satisfaction to maintain customer loyalty. This type of research is field research using quantitative research methods. The results showed that the CRM variable partially did not affect customer loyalty at PT. JNE Pusat Banjarmasin, with the t-test results where the t hitung is 0.693 <t tabel 2.020 and the value of Sig. 0.492 > 0.05. At the same time, the variable customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect partially on customer loyalty at PT. JNE Center Banjarmasin, with the t-test results where t count is 4.839 > t table 2.020 and the Sig level is 0.000 <0.05. For the F test, the CRM variable and customer satisfaction influence customer loyalty at PT. JNE Pusat Banjarmasin, where the Fcount value is 37.852 > Ftable 4.07, and the Sig. 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

AdorableProject is one of the fashion brands in Cimahi City, West Java that sells women's fashion products, such as footwear, bags and other accessories. AdorableProject has several strategies implemented to increase and expand marketing as well as product buying demand. This study uses qualitative and descriptive methods to find out how the company's efforts in increasing product buying interest with segmentation, targeting and positioning strategies (STP). Based on the results of the study, AdorableProject experienced an increase and decrease in product sales in 2022. The drastic decrease in 2022 occurred in May by 56.92%, this illustrates that the level of product buying interest in AdorableProject is not significant. Determination of segmentation, targeting and positioning. In segmentation analysis, it is formed based on 4 segments, namely geographical segmentation, demographic segmentation, psychographic segmentation, behavioral segmentation. It can determine the target market's goals. Positioning that is formed based on consumer assessment of the marketing mix. Marketing efforts made by the company are by selling products offline. This can increase purchasing interest in the product.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work stress and work motivation on the performance of health workers at Multiwahana Palembang Public Health Center. The type of research used is quantitative research with a causal associative method. The population in this study were all health workers at the Multiwahana Palembang Public Health Center totaling 36 people, used as research samples determined using the saturated sampling method. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and distributing questionnaires containing questions about work stress, work motivation and performance. The analytical tool used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using SPSS 29 for windows program. The results of data analysis show that: (1) work stress has a negative and significant effect on performance, (2) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance.

Abstract

This study aims to see the difference before and after the implementation of the Capital Market School (SPM) on stock investment knowledge in Sharia Financial Management (MKS) study program students, Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business (FEBI) UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung. The type of approach used in this research is a quantitative approach, while the type of research is quasi experimental (pseudo experimental research). The research design used is one group pre test-post test design, so that research data is obtained from SPM participants as respondents who are measured using a pre-test before the SPM is implemented, and a post-test after the SPM. The population used is MKS students who are SPM participants, with a total population of 129. While the sample used was 30 MKS students as SPM participants who met the criteria in sampling. The sampling technique is purposive sampling using predetermined sampling criteria. While the type of data source used is primary data, which is obtained from the pre-test and post-test of SPM participants. The variables used are SPM as the dependent variable, and stock investment knowledge as the independent variable. While the data collection technique used is the test method, all of which data is obtained from the results of measuring the investment knowledge of MKS students using measuring instruments in the form of pre-test and post-test. The results of hypothesis testing using paired sample t-test show that there is a significant difference in students' stock investment knowledge before and after the implementation of SPM.

Abstract

In carrying out modern human life, it continues to experience quite significant changes and demands speed and dynamics in an action including consumption activities, this is also experienced by students. Which describes their life, until they finally make a purchasing decision to meet their basic needs, instant noodles are the alternative they have chosen. Instant noodle producers keep popping up with various price promotions, flavor variants and even halal labeling. Consuming instant noodles is a culture that has long and commonly been applied to society, but in that process have you prioritized self-care in order to obtain life's welfare as promised by maqasid Syariah which is the rules for living life by Muslims. Using a qualitative method with a case study approach and techniques purposive sampling.
