<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the risks of use, the level of consumer satisfaction, as well as the general and Islamic legal basis for generation z in Jambi province. This research is a Mixed Research (Quantitative-Qualitative) using a Descriptive Approach. The test method used is the Reliability Test and Validity Test with the SPSS 26 Analysis Tool, and the test uses a Likert scale. The results showed that 243 respondents were declared neutral on the Likert Scale Analysis Test. Meanwhile, the reliability and validity test shows that research on the risk of application of funds and the level of consumer satisfaction in Jambi Province from an Islamic perspective (Case Study of Generation Z) is reliable or consistent.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to find out 1) What is the Opinion of Generation Z Against the Risk of Trust and Security of the Digital Capital Market on the Island of Sumatra 2) How is Idx Capital Market Investment Viewed in the Perspective of Islamic Economics. This research method uses quantitative research methods. The data sources used in this study are primary data from questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability as well as secondary data. Data analysis used simple regression test and multiple regression test using SPSS. The number of samples in this study were 250 respondents from Generation Z who live on the island of Sumatra which were successfully collected by distributing online questionnaires via the Google form with a random sampling technique. The results of this test show that security (X2) is more dominant than the trust factor (X1), however, both trust (X1) and security (X2) have a positive and significant influence on the risk of stock (Y) Generation Z in Sumatra.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this study was to ascertain the agricultural product sharing system from the standpoint of a muzara'ah contract. In order to examine the empirical reality behind reality and facts in depth and in more detail, this research employs a descriptive qualitative approach. This type of research uses research methods that concentrate on actual problems as they existed at the time of the research and was thought to be particularly appropriate for the topic of the title. Qualitative research is research with data that does not use numbers but is descriptive. This study focuses on the role that muzara'ah contracts have in the agricultural product sharing system. The findings of this study suggest that the majority of people who utilize the paraon method in their contracts make them verbally without any written proof and simply rely on trust between the parties. East Dempo Village has two different models for the allocation of crops. Sacks are used as the primary distribution method in the first model. The simulation when the two divisors are allocated as cash.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of the study is to determine the effect of competence and training on employees performance at PT. Sago Nauli Group Kabupaten Mandailing Natal. The sample taken with slovin formula which are 71 employees from every division. The data obtained by distruiting questionnaires to respondents. The method used is data analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that competence has a positive and significant effect on employees performance, training has a positive and significant effect on employees performance, and competence and training together have a positive and significant effect on employees performance.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of the study is to determine the effect of workload and burn out on employee work stress of Polypropylene Refinery Pertamina RU III Plaju. The population in this study were all employees at Polypropylene Refinery Pertamina RU III Plaju which consists 54 employees. This study uses a saturated sampling technique. The data used in this study is primary data with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research shows that Workload has a positive and significant effect on Employee Work Stress, Burn Out has a positive and significant effect on Employee Work Stress and Workload and Burn Out has a positive and significant effect on Employees Work Stress at Polypropylene Refinery Pertamina RU III Plaju.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this reaearch is find out what factors influence the castle shop turnover intention. There are several factors that cause the castle shop turnover intention. This study uses quantitative methond. SPSS V23 is used to analyze the data of 15 people who wrok in the castle shop as respondent in the study. According to the findings of this study,it has been determined that the castle shop for hiring new employees is affectd by all variables, including job satisfaction, salary, job stress, and organizational commitment. Together they have a good impact on turnover intention in research on salary, more attetion is paid to average employee compensatio, length of service and approriate needs for organizational commitmen, support and active role from the superiors of the castle shop are needed by building good relationships. Whith employees controlilng and evaluating employee job satisfaction so that they can alwyas improve company goals]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine or analyze the effect of quality of work life and work motivation on employee job satisfaction. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were employees of the Sako Kenten Service Unit Office of PDAM Tirta Musi Palembang. The sample used is saturated sampling so that the sample in this study is the entire population of employees of the Office of the Sako Kenten PDAM Tirta Musi Palembang Service Unit, totaling 36 respondents. This study used primary data obtained through questionnaires and multiple linear regression analysis as a data analysis technique. Based on the results of the hypothesis analysis, it was concluded that partially the quality of work life has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction while work motivation has a insignificant effect on employee job satisfaction. However, in a simultant way, quality of work life and work motivation have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Sako Kenten Service Unit Office, PDAM Tirta Musi, Palembang.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determined the influence of brand image and product quality on the purchasing decisions for Maybelline cosmetics on female students of the Faculty of Economics at Sriwijaya University in Palembang. This study is a quantitative research and data obtained through a questionnaire. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents using purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, and F-test. The results of this study indicate that both brand image and product quality simultaneous have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Partially, brand image has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, but nonsignificant. Whereas product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is motivated by the measurement of financial performance in Islamic banking. The existence of financial performance in Islamic banking will affect the good value for the banking company, because it will become a reference for investors and become a reference in how much the value of the stock price will be determined by investors. This study aims to analyze the existence of financial performance in Islamic banking in Indonesia before and after the merger. The data in this study were obtained and obtained from the financial reports of Islamic banking in Indonesia. This study uses secondary data by taking data sources on the internet. The method of data analysis used is comparative analysis. The results of this study provide an indication that there are significant differences between profitability, liquidity, solvency, activity ratios, and market ratios before and after the merger to become Bank Syariah Indonesia, with the merger making Bank Syariah Indonesia experience rapidly increasing revenues. This means that Working Capital has a significantly positive influence on the results of operations at Bank Syariah Indonesia.]]>

<![CDATA[E-commerce is an online channel that can be reached by a person through computer services and is used by business people in carrying out their business activities, e-commerce can also be used by consumers to obtain information using the help of smart phones by providing information services to consumers in making choices. In the development of the era, humans will always follow developments, such as in electronic money such as Shoopepay which is used in various transactions. This research discusses the people of Palembang city in using e-wallet shoopepay as seen from the convenience and trust in purchasing decisions, with the primary method or by observation or questionnaire distribution interviews of 100 respondents where the results will be collected then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study showed that as many as 15 question indicators were declared valid. Besides that, the variables of trust and convenience have a significant influence on purchasing decisions in a positive direction, this means that the people of Palembang city will increase purchases based on the convenience and trust provided by the application/electronic wallet, the Shoopepay e-wallet.]]>
