Abstract

This research aims to analyze the employee performance evaluation system used at the PTPN II central workshop. This research includes data collection through interviews with managers and employees as well as analysis of relevant documents. The research results show that the current PTPN II Workshop employee performance appraisal system has several weaknesses, namely the lack of quality of employee performance appraisal in the areas of skills, personal, soft skills and hard skills. The evaluation process is not always objective, the assessment criteria are unclear and the comments provided are not systematic. Additionally, there is a need to improve employee training and development based on their performance appraisal. Recommendations include establishing clearer evaluation criteria, training managers to provide effective feedback, and improving the employee development system to determine the objectives of research on employee performance and quality in the areas of personal skills, soft skills and hard skills. It is hoped that this will help improve the quality of employee performance assessments and their contribution to the success of the PTPN II focus workshop. This study provides useful information for other organizations seeking to improve their employee performance appraisal systems and also provides guidance for improving overall human resource management.

Abstract

Good bank performance will influence the bank's health level, which then produces optimal profits. This research aims to analyze the health level of Bank BJB through financial reports, which can then be used for management and assist in decision making. The research was carried out by analyzing the LDR, ROA, ROE, NIM, NPL, BOPO and CAR ratios during the 2018-2022 period. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, by identifying trends in problems that occur and then providing a systematic and accurate picture of the relationships, nature and facts that occur. The research results show that the financial ratio value of Bank BJB is in accordance with the standards set by Bank Indonesia, which is shown in the Liquidity ratio through LDR, can be declared Liquid or capable of meeting its short-term obligations. Then, in terms of profitability and solvency ratios, it appears that Bank Jabar Banten has good management quality and capable of managing their finances so that it can produce maximum profits. Overall, Bank Jabar Banten is in a healthy financial position.

Abstract

The Career Development Center (CDC) is a forum for providing preparation for entering the world of work for alumni and students who will graduate from the Piksi Ganesha Bandung Polytechnic. CDC is a strategic center that serves as a bridge between the worlds of education and industry, helping individuals design and implement successful career plans. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. Research on the creation of the CDC (Career Development Center) can be accessed by alumni, students of the Piksi Ganesha Bandung Polytechnic and the general public who are looking for job vacancies or career paths on the website. Conclusion: The Piksi Ganesha Bandung Career Development Center website provides support and convenience for students and alumni in looking for work, news, and how to find work according to their respective expertise in their respective fields as well as to help individuals develop the skills, knowledge and resources needed to achieve career goals. The author suggests that this application can be developed by collaborating with labor providers and establishing cooperation based on the principle of benefit for each party.

Abstract

The purpose of developing Islamic financial literacy for BPRS Lantabur Tebuireng Surabaya Branch begins with the adjustment of the Financial Services Authority regulations related to routine reporting of Islamic financial literacy in each bank, including BPRS. Furthermore, in order to provide knowledge or self-introduction to the people of the City of Surabaya who are still used to Conventional Banks. On the other hand, the target for 2022 is to get customers, namely using the Bank's Business Plan (RBB), starting from the target of financing, funding, and profit. Therefore, BPRS Lantabur Tebuireng Surabaya Branch is looking for customers whose needs are adjusted to meet the criteria categorized by the bank. In addition to providing financial literacy to prospective new customers, BPRS Lantabur Tebuireng Surabaya Branch also provides Islamic financial literacy to existing customers directly. Thisresearch uses a qualitative method with a case study approach that examines the Strategy for Developing Islamic Financial Literacy in Attracting Customers of BPRS Lantabur Tebuireng Surabaya Branch. The results of this study can be explained that in order to carry out Islamic financial literacy in attracting customers, evaluations continue to be carried out, one example is the removal of the brochure sharing method because it is considered ineffective. The new method is to create events, collaborate with institutions, hold certain moments such as milad Lantabur and Milad BPRS in Indonesia country as well as the reference.

Abstract

This research aims to answer the problem formulation in this research, namely how the production process of white oyster mushroom cultivation "Sari Kayu", and how to apply Islamic business ethics in the production of white oyster mushroom cultivation "Sari Kayu", Jetis District, Mojokerto Regency. The research methodology used in the research conducted on the cultivation of white oyster mushrooms “Sari Kayu” uses a descriptive qualitative approach. As for this study using field research methods and based on primary data and secondary data. The technique of collecting data is by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results obtained from this research are that the production process is in accordance with the production process in Islam, and the overall production activity has met the principles of Islamic business ethics and applies the principles of production in Islamic Economics

Abstract

The economic welfare of the people in Indonesia is arguably still very low. According to the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the average data for poor households in Indonesia is 4.74 people. And in the province of East Java, the average data for poor households is in first place reaching 4.181 million people. While the majority of the population in Indonesia is Muslim. The National Zakat Amil Agency (BAZNAS) estimates that the potential for Zakat, Infaq, Alms and Waqf (ZISWAF) in Indonesia reaches more than 500 trillion rupiah. In fact, in the next 5 years it is expected to collect a total of ZISWAF reaching 50-60 trillion rupiah through collaboration with Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). The purpose of this study is to find out how the role of LAZISNU Sidoarjo is in improving the economic welfare of the people in Sidoajo Regency. This research method uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study were obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. Observations were made to find out the general description and situation or conditions in the field at the philanthropic institution. Interviews were conducted using source triangulation techniques to obtain data validity through LAZISNU Sidoarjo administrators and mustahik or recipients of assistance from the Zakat, Infaq and Shadaqah (ZIS) distribution program that had been carried out. The data analysis technique in this study was through data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results of this study indicate that with a consumptive and productive assistance program, mustahik feel very happy and happy. Because the funds and capital obtained are able to help mustahik in meeting the necessities of life and business development that will and has been going on for that long. This success is also inseparable from the ZIS management mechanism that has been implemented by LAZISNU Sidoarjo including planning, organizing, implementing and supervising. So that the role of LAZISNU Sidoarjo in Improving the Economic Welfare of the Community in Sidoarjo Regency has been running effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand equity on purchasing decisions at ABC chili sauce brand at Tanah Abang village, Batang Hari Leko sub-district. This research is a quantitative research with a survey method. The data used in this study using essential data and additional information. The sampling technique in this study used accidental sampling technique. Data was collected through online questionnaire using Google Forms to 97 respondents. This study used multiple linear analysis techniques, simultaneous tests (F test), and partial tests (t test). The results of this study indicate that brand equity has a significant positive effect partially or simultaneously on purchasing decisions. The results of multiple linear regression tests show that brand association has a dominant influence on purchasing decisions at ABC chili sauce brand in Tanah Abang village, Batang Hari Leko sub-district.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of variable suitability of compensation, internal control systems, morality, and competence of personnel for the prevention of fraud in village funds management. The study utilizes a questionnaire to collect data from 33 villages in Mukomuko Regency, with each village involving the head of financial staff, resulting in a total sample of 33 people. Data analysis is conducted using multiple linear regression. The result showed that the competence of personnel has a significant partial effect on fraud prevention in village funds management. However, suitability of compensation does not have a significant partial effect on the prevention of fraud in village funds management, internal control systems do not have a significant partial effect on the prevention of fraud in village funds management, and morality does not have a significant partial effect on prevention of fraud in village funds management. Nevertheless, the suitability of compensation, internal control systems, morality, and competence of personnel collectively have simultaneous effects on the prevention of fraud in village funds management. The magnitude of the effect was 61,9% while the rest (31,8%) was effected by other variables that were not studied in this research.

Abstract

This research examines the influence of self-efficacy, tax knowledge, labor market considerations, and parental impact on accounting students' interest in becoming tax consultants. The research sample comprises 224 accounting students from Bengkulu University, Muhammadiyah Bengkulu University, Dehasen University, and UNIHAZ who have taken taxation courses. The primary data was collected using a questionnaire distributed via Google Forms. Data were analyzed using the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) 26. The study results indicate that self-efficacy does not have a significant partial effect on the career interest of accounting students in becoming tax consultants. Meanwhile, tax knowledge, labor market considerations, and parental influence partially have a positive and significant effect on accounting students' career interest in becoming tax consultants. However, self-efficacy, tax knowledge, labor market considerations, and stimulant parental influence, as stimulants affect the career interest of accounting students in becoming tax consultants.

Abstract

One of the problems faced by UMKM in Bengkulu City is that there are still poor quality and damaged commercial goods. This is due to the lack of control and inspection of merchandise received from factories and customer returns. This study aims to determine the effect of internal control of supplies on the effectiveness of trade inventory management in UMKM in Bengkulu City. This study uses a simple linear regression analysis method using SPSS version 26. Data collection techniques are obtained from primary data using purposive sampling method by distributing questionnaires. The result of this study is a correlation coefficient of 0.420 which shows that the relationship between independent and dependent variables is classified in the medium category, the magnitude of influence between internal control of inventory on the effectiveness of trade inventory management in UMKM in Bengkulu City is 17.6%. The results offer hypothesis test show that internal control of inventory has a significant influence on the effectiveness of trade inventory management in UMKM in Bengkulu City.
