Abstract

This study explores the interconnections among influencer marketing, FoMo, and purchase decisions, focusing on Gen Z consumers in Surabaya. This study examines the direct effect of influencer marketing on the online purchasing decisions of Labubu and explores the mediating role of FOMO in this relationship. The research method used is quantitative. The sampling technique employed is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling and tested using the SmartPLS application with PLS-based SEM method. The findings reveal that influencer marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. Additionally, FoMO is identified as a crucial mediating variable that strengthens the impact of influencer marketing on purchase decisions. This study contributes to the understanding of consumer behavior by highlighting the mediating role of FoMO in the relationship between influencer marketing and online purchase decisions. This is done through their marketing strategies by leveraging influencer marketing combined with psychological triggers, namely FoMO, which effectively influence and enhance purchase decisions among consumers, especially Generation Z. This suggests that marketing strategies through influencers can enhance FOMO behavior among Gen Z consumers, thereby encouraging them to make online purchases.

Abstract

Indonesia currently faces strategic opportunities through the demographic bonus, but major challenges also arise in macro workforce planning. One of the main problems is the mismatch between the skills of education graduates and the demands of the world of work, which are increasingly complex due to the acceleration of digital transformation and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. To address this, the government launched the Pre-Employment Card Program in 2020 as an effort to develop the quality of human resources through vocational training and entrepreneurship. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Pre-Employment Card Program as part of a macro workforce planning strategy and examine its impact on improving work competencies, reducing unemployment, and improving the economic quality of the community. The methodology used is a descriptive qualitative approach with secondary data analysis from various sources. Based on the research, the program has succeeded in expanding access to digital skills training, reducing open unemployment, and improving the work readiness of the young workforce. However, challenges such as the digital divide in underdeveloped areas and uneven quality of training are still a concern.

Abstract

The withholding of diplomas by companies as a form of control over workers is a practice that occurs quite often in Indonesia, but rarely receives serious attention. The case at UD Sentoso Seal Surabaya shows how dozens of workers lost access to their important documents, which should have been a personal right and a condition of job mobility. This article discusses the phenomenon as a form of labor and human rights violation. Using a case study approach and legal review, it is found that the withholding of these certificates has a direct impact on the economic, educational and psychological rights of the workers. In addition, this practice creates inequality in industrial relations and hampers efforts to create a fair and humane work climate. The government has taken a number of steps such as issuing regulations, sealing warehouses, and reissuing certificates, but these efforts have not touched the root of the problem. This study emphasizes the importance of reforming the labor inspection system and empowering workers to understand and demand their rights. Protecting workers' dignity is not just a legal obligation, but a moral call to ensure that every individual can work in a fair, free and dignified environment.

Abstract

In the office of the Boyolali Regency Environment Agency, this study was carried out.  The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between employee performance at the Boyolali Regency Environmental Office and factors such as intrinsic motivation, job satisfaction, and opportunities for advancement.  A quantitative approach is utilized in this investigation.  Up to 260 people working for the Boyolali Regency Environmental Agency make up the population.  In this study, 260 respondents made up the sample, which was obtained using a complete sampling approach.  Data analysis was done using SPSS for Windows version 26, which aided with multiple linear regression analysis.  Workplace motivation, job placement, and career advancement all have a favorable and significant impact on employee performance, according to the study.  Inspiration at work, finding a job, and advancing one's career have.

Abstract

                The effectiveness of Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) management plays a crucial role in strengthening state revenue and promoting the optimization of public financial governance. This research is motivated by the fluctuating trend in PNBP realization at the Office of State Assets and Auction Services (KPKNL) Bandung over the past five years, which indicates a lack of consistency in achieving revenue targets. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of PNBP management at KPKNL Bandung from 2019 to 2023. The research employs a quantitative method with a descriptive analysis technique using effectiveness ratio calculations. The data used include secondary data in the form of Financial Statements and Notes to Financial Statements for the 2019–2023 period, as well as primary data obtained through interviews and direct observation. The analysis results show that the effectiveness of PNBP management has fluctuated, with the years 2019 and 2023 classified as effective, achieving 110.99% and 103.14% respectively. In contrast, 2020 and 2022 fell into the less effective category with achievements of 74.86% and 79.81%, while 2021 was considered ineffective with a score of 56.00%. The five-year average effectiveness was 84.96%, which is still categorized as less effective. In conclusion, the effectiveness of PNBP management at KPKNL Bandung needs to be improved through the optimization of service volume, successful auction performance, and strategies for handling state receivables.

Abstract

The quality of goods and service is determined by the customers. Therefore, customer satisfaction can be achieved bu giving a good quality. Providing customer satisfaction, measuring it and identifying the factors contributing the customer satisfaction is necessary. In conventional marketing, many marketers believe that the customers loyalty upon a product depends on the customers satisfaction. During the time, the marketers recognize that customer loyalty is the drine to make purchase. This study tests the effect from attribute related to the product, attribute related to the service, attribute related to the purchase towards the brand loyalty on Rent cars Murni. The independent variable involves attribute related to the product, attribute related to the service, attribute related to the purchase. The dependent variable in this study is the brand loyalty. The result of the ANOVA test on the F-test shows that there is significant effect from attribute related to the product, attribute related to the service, attribute related to the purchase towards the brand loyalty on Murni car rental.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the perception of accounting students, self-motivation, job market considerations, and financial rewards on career interests as public accountants. This study is a quantitative study with a sample of accounting students. The sample of this study was 130 accounting students. The data source used is primary data. The data collection technique used in this study was through the distribution of questionnaires. Testing in this study was carried out by validity testing and reliability testing. The classical assumption test includes normality testing, heteroscedasticity testing, and multicollinearity testing. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The test results showed that accounting students' perceptions, self-motivation, job market considerations, and financial rewards had a positive and significant effect on career interests as public accountants.

Abstract

Competition between educational institutions is a reality that cannot be ignored. Informal education service providers engaged in English language education need to implement the right competitive strategy in an effort to attract and maintain the quality of student satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and company image on stude$nt satisfaction. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The population of this study were students of Language Education Center (LEC) Lentera Mandiri Sukoharjo with a sample of 97 students using accidental sampling technique. Data collection using questionnaires and lite$rature studies. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression with the IBM SPSS 26 application. The re$sults showed that service quality has a significant effect on student satisfaction, where the better the service quality, the student satisfaction will also increase. Company image has a significant effect on student satisfaction, where the better the company image, the student satisfaction will also increase.

Abstract

A company can enhance customer satisfaction, which ultimately leads to customer loyalty, by consistently providing excellent services and innovations. Customer satisfaction can be achieved through the innovations and services offered by the company, as well as through the quality of its products, which foster customer trust and loyalty. This study aims to examine the influence of service innovation and product quality on customer loyalty, both partially and simultaneously, among XL provider customers in Sidoarjo. This research uses a quantitative method with data collection through questionnaires. The population consists of all XL provider customers in Sidoarjo, totaling 135 people. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling, resulting in 57 respondents as the sample. Data analysis techniques include instrument testing, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. The results show that: (1) the service innovation variable has a t-value of 7.417 > t-table value of 1.67203, with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating a positive and significant partial influence on customer loyalty; (2) the product quality variable has a t-value of 2.825 > 1.67203 and a significance level of 0.007 < 0.05, also indicating a positive and significant partial influence on customer loyalty; and (3) simultaneously, service innovation and product quality have a significant effect on customer loyalty, as evidenced by an F-value of 77.762 > F-table value of 2.77 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

High profitability is a primary goal for many companies, especially those that have conducted an initial public offering (IPO) and are listed on a stock index. This study aims to analyze whether stock presence, trading volume, market capitalization, liquidity, solvency, and working capital management influence the profitability of companies that enter and exit the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). The study uses quarterly data from 2022 to 2024, covering 20 companies that have experienced more than one entry or exit from the index. Stock price movements occur every six months following index evaluations conducted by the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The findings reveal that stock presence, trading volume, liquidity, and one component of working capital management, namely Days Payable Outstanding (DPO), have a significant impact on company profitability. On the other hand, market capitalization, solvency, and two other components of working capital management, Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and Days Inventory Outstanding (DIO), do not significantly affect profitability.
