Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of investment, exchange rate, labor, and human development index (HDI) variables on economic growth in ASEAN countries. This study uses panel data regression analysis with time series data from 2011-2022 and cross-section data from 10 ASEAN countries. The results showed that the Fixed Effect Model was selected as the best model in the study. The results of the analysis concluded that investment and labor have a positive and significant effect on economic growth and HDI has a negative and significant effect on economic growth. Meanwhile, the exchange rate does not have a significant effect on economic growth. In other words, increasing investment and labor will increase economic growth, conversely if the HDI increases it will not increase economic growth. In addition, the exchange rate has no effect on economic growth in 10 ASEAN countries.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of solvency, complexity of company operations, contingency, audit opinion, and the reputation of Public Accounting Firms (KAP) on the audit completion time in non-primary consumer goods sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the period 2019-2022. The research method used is quantitative with secondary data analysis obtained from company financial statements. The research sample is taken using purposive sampling based on specific criteria. The results show that solvency, complexity of company operations, contingency, and KAP reputation do not affect audit completion time, while audit opinion has a negative effect, where companies that receive an unqualified opinion tend to complete the audit more quickly.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of fraud hexagon on fraudulent financial statements. This research is classified as quantitative research. The sample of this study used financial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2022. In this study, the determination of samples was carried out using purposive sampling technique. The type of data used in this study is secondary data. The results can be concluded that external pressure, financial targets, significant effect on fraudulent financial statements, financial stability, nature of industry, ineffective monitoring, razionalization, capability, arrogance and political connection did not significantly affect the fraudulent financial statements

Abstract

The creative economy has become one of the fastest growing sectors in Indonesia, making a significant contribution to the local economy. Culinary tourism, one of the sub-sectors of the creative economy, plays a major role with the potential for developing culinary tourism based on local wisdom in various regions, including Sampang, Madura. This study aims to determine the problems being faced, and how the creative economy development strategy is in the culinary tourism sub-sector based on local wisdom in the city of Sampang. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive research method. The findings of this study are expected to help formulate an effective strategy to strengthen the creative economy in Sampang in the culinary tourism sub-sector. The results of the study show that the problems faced by culinary entrepreneurs based on local wisdom in the city of Sampang include the lack of innovation in product development and interior design, the lack of optimal use of technology as a promotional medium, and the limited number of skilled human resources. The development strategy carried out by innovating in product packaging and taste, maintaining product uniqueness, maintaining product authenticity, while creating new innovations in presentation and packaging.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of Earnings Per Share (EPS), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Price Book Value (PBV) on the stock prices of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2020-2023. The research employs a quantitative method with secondary data sourced from the companies’ financial statements published on the IDX official website. The sample is selected using purposive sampling with criteria that include companies that publish complete financial statements, use Rupiah as their currency, and report profits during the study period. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results indicate that EPS significantly affects stock prices, while NPM, DER, and PBV do not show significant influence.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of the analysis of factors that affect the financial statement fraud in the company of bank syariah indonesia quantitative research. The population that was the focus of this study was all Indonesian Islamic banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2021 to 2023. The selection of Islamic commercial banks as the subject of research is based on unique principles applied in its operations. Sampling technique using purposive sampling technique. The results of the study can be concluded that the financial targets, financial stability does not affect the financial statement fraud, external pressure affects the financial statement fraud.

Abstract

Sektor keuangan memiliki peranan penting dalam peningkatan produktivitas dan perekonomian suatu negara. Perkembangan sektor keuangan akan memperbaiki alokasi sumberdaya keuangan menjadi lebih produktif dan mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi. Perkembangan sektor keuangan akan menentukan proses mobilisasi dana secara efektif dan efisien dari unit surplus surplus ke unit defisit. Dalam beberapa dekade terakhir terjadi peningkatan aliran dana masuk dan keluar dari suatu negara sebagai akibat liberalisasi di sektor keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji variabel liberalisasi keuangan dan perdagangan internasional terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data tahunan dari periode 2014-2023. Untuk analisis data, digunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan Statistical Package for Social Science, atau SPSS. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan variabel liberalisasi keuangan dan perdagangan internasional berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and prove the influence of instructor competence, training planning, and training implementation on the quality of competency of participants in the job training program at the Semarang Vocational Training and Productivity Center (BBPVP). In this study, the quality of participant competence is the main indicator of the success of the training program. However, several factors such as instructor competence, proper training planning and implementation are often identified as important determinants influencing those outcomes. The research method used is a quantitative method with 100 samples from 912 populations. Data was collected from a number of trainees at BBPVP Semarang through validated questionnaires. The types of data sources used are primary and secondary data. The data analysis technique in this study uses SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) software version 26. The results of this study show that the competence of instructors, training planning and training implementation significantly affect the quality of participants' competencies by 42.1%. These findings indicate the importance of improving the competence of instructors as well as planning and implementing more effective training to improve the quality of training results at BBPVP Semarang.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of work ethics to improve organizational performance through a literature review. In a dynamic business environment, work ethics serve as a fundamental basis for fostering a healthy and productive work culture. Previous studies indicate that work ethics contribute positively to performance improvement by building trust, commitment, and employee loyalty. The method used is a literature review, analyzing various relevant journals and publications. The analysis results show that consistent implementation of work ethics can enhance job satisfaction, reduce conflicts, and boost productivity. Supporting factors, such as management commitment and strong organizational culture, play a vital role in the successful implementation of work ethics. Conversely, a lack of commitment from leadership can be a significant obstacle. These findings are expected to provide practical guidance for organizations in implementing work ethics to achieve sustainable performance

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of product innovation and service quality on purchasing decisions at Buket Belikadoyuk Karawang. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The research was conducted on Bouquet Belikadoyuk Karawang, with a sample size of 96 respondents with a population of Buket Belikadoyuk consumers who specifically live in Karawang Regency. Sampling in this research used a purposive sumpling technique. The research results show that the product innovation variable and the service quality variable at Buket Belikadoyuk Karawang have a positive effect on the purchasing decision variable. So, the more frequently you innovate appropriate products, the more purchasing decisions will be followed. Service quality also has a direct impact on purchasing decisions. This indicates that maintaining good service quality at Buket Belikadoyuk Karawang is very important to improve consumer purchasing decisions. Thus, the better the product innovation and service quality provided by Buket Belikadoyuk Karawang, the consumer purchasing decisions will increase. These findings underline the importance of carrying out product innovation and providing quality services as strategic steps for consumer purchasing decisions.
