Abstract

Lampung Province's Culture of Language and Script that is rarely used both in pronunciation and in learning for students. With that the education and culture office of Lampung Province invites cooperation with the Lampung Language MGMP to create a program about Lampung culture by creating a mobile application that contains content about the Lampung Language and Script. The purpose of this study was to find out an explanation of the Lampung Language and Script Preservation Program through the Kaganga Application in Bandar Lampung City. This research uses descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques including interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Lampung culture preservation program, namely Language and Script in the Kaganga application issued by the education and culture office of Lampung Province, has been running quite well, but there are still several evaluation criteria that have not been implemented optimally in the application of the program issued by the department of education. Abstract

Salah satu destinasi wisata yang sedang diangkat kembali oleh Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Lampung Utara adalah Wisata Way Tebabeng yang sebelumnya mengalami degradasi, saat ini pemerintah setempat sudah mulai merevitalisasi untuk dijadikan wisata unggulan Namun dalam rencana menjadikan Wisata Way Tebabeng sebagai salah satu target PAD tidak mudah, karena sampai saat ini masih terhalang berbagai kendala infrastruktur jalan yang harus diperbaiki, belum adanya pembinaan POKDARWIS (Kelompok Sadar Wisata). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana komunikasi antar stakeholder dalam revitalisasi Wisata Way Tebabeng. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tipe penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa komunikasi stakeholder belum optimal hal ini dilihat pada komunikasi sudah terbangun namun masih bersifat satu arah dan komunikasi terputus pada beberapa stakeholder. One of the tourist destinations that is being re-appointed by the Regional Government of North Lampung Regency is Way Tebabeng Tourism which previously experienced degradation, currently the local government has started to revitalize it to become a leading tourist attraction. Until now, there are still obstacles in the way of road infrastructure that must be repaired, there is no POKDARWIS (Tourism Awareness Group) development. The purpose of this study is to describe how the communication between stakeholders in the revitalization of Way Tebabeng Tourism. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research type with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study found that stakeholder communication was not optimal, this was seen in the communication that had been built but was still one-way and communication was interrupted for several stakeholders.

Abstract

Rubbish is consequence from activity human . volume generated waste by man will always increase consequence from pattern life man like industry and house stairs. Amount generation garbage in the city of Bandar Lampung on The place Disposal Final (TPA) Bakung , Bandar Lampung. Recorded reach 1000 tons of waste per day . management rubbish rated important To use resolve accumulation garbage in Bandar Lampung City . Study this aim see implementation and barriers to good environmental governance in management garbage in Bandar Lampung City, with based on the theory put forward by belbase with 7 indicators namely 1. Rules of Law ; 2.Participation and Representation ; 3.Access to Information ; 4.Transparency and Accountability ; 5.Decentralization; 6. Institutions and Institution ; 7.Access to get justice . Results from study this could seen effort Service environment live in the city of Bandar Lampung in management rubbish based on principles of good environmental governance, out of 7 principles the found implementation rule the law still not yet held with good because still many the violation that occurred . then on implementation institution outside government found very role good because with volunteer help government in Thing management trash .

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of work ethics to improve organizational performance through a literature review. In a dynamic business environment, work ethics serve as a fundamental basis for fostering a healthy and productive work culture. Previous studies indicate that work ethics contribute positively to performance improvement by building trust, commitment, and employee loyalty. The method used is a literature review, analyzing various relevant journals and publications. The analysis results show that consistent implementation of work ethics can enhance job satisfaction, reduce conflicts, and boost productivity. Supporting factors, such as management commitment and strong organizational culture, play a vital role in the successful implementation of work ethics. Conversely, a lack of commitment from leadership can be a significant obstacle. These findings are expected to provide practical guidance for organizations in implementing work ethics to achieve sustainable performance
