Abstract

Pelaksanaan perkoperasian ini terntu harus memiliki struktur organisasi yang jelas dan jabatan apa saja yang harus ada didalam koperasi tersebut. Serperti pengurus dan pengawas serta pegawainya. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan analisis jabatan untuk merancang setiap jabatan pada koperasi tersebut.Metode penulisan ini mengunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriftif, Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan obsevasi. Analisis data menggunakan penggabungan studi literasi dengan wawancara sehingga menghasilakan job description dan job specification. Data sekunder dikumpulkan dari buku, jurnal, internet serta dokumen-dokumen yang lain yang relevan. Hasil penulisan artikel ini mengenai hasil dan pembahasan mengenai produk dari suatu analisis jabatan yaitu deskripsi jabatan dan spesifikasi jabatan pengurus sebagai contohnya pada organisasi koperasi yang diperoleh dari beberapa tahap analisis jabatan. Namun penulisan artikel ini tidak membahas korelasi analisis jabatan dengan praktik MSDM lainnya seperti remunerasi,beban kerja dan penilaian kinerja pada setiap jabatan.Kata kunci: Analisis Jabatan, Koperasi

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide training and assistance on online promotion models about the results of diversifying Sanggabuana (Kosa) coffee products in order to increase sales and expand product sales networks so that products are not only known in the surrounding area but globally.  The community service method used is training and mentoring on how to use the right promotion model for online businesses from diversifying coffee products (Kosa). The results obtained from this activity are expected to contribute to Mekarbuana Village in the form of an appropriate online promotion model that can be applied in introducing Sanggabuana (Kosa) coffee products which have an impact on increasing sales of products other than coffee. Keywords:  Online Promotion; Product Diversification; Sanggabuana Coffee ABSTRAKKegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan model promosi online tentang hasil diversifikasi produk kopi sanggabuana (kosa) agar dapat meningkatkan penjualan dan memperluas jaringan penjualan produk sehingga produk tidak hanya dikenal pada daerah sekitar saja namun secara global. Metode pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang digunakan adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan tentang bagaimana model promosi yang tepat bagi bisnis online dari diversifikasi produk kopi (kosa). Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan sumbangan bagi Desa Mekarbuana dalam bentuk model promosi online yang tepat yang dapat diterapkan dalam mengenalkan produk kopi sanggabuana (kosa) yang memberikan dampak pada peningkatan penjualan produk selain kopi. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengetahui pengembangan karir; (2) Mengetahui disiplin kerja; (3) Mengetahui kinerja karyawan; (4) Mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh antara Pengembangan Karir terhadap Kinerja Karyawan; (5) Mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh antara Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan; (6) Mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh antara Pengembangan Karir dan Disiplin Kerja secara bersama-sama; terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Kabupaten Karawang. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan secara keseluruhan, (1) Pengembangan Karir yang terdapat pada PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Kabupaten Karawang yaitu baik. (2) Disiplin Kerja yang terdapat pada PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Kabupaten Karawang yaitu baik. (3) Kinerja Karyawan yang terdapat pada PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Kabupaten Karawang yaitu baik. (4) Terdapat pengaruh antara Pengembangan Karir terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Kabupaten Karawang. (5) Terdapat pengaruh antara Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Kabupaten Karawang. Abstract

This study examines the influence of manager leadership on employee performance through work discipline. The method used in this research is the descriptive verification method. The sample of this research is 99 employees. The sampling technique in this study uses the probability random sample method, namely random sampling or simple random sampling, where each population has the opportunity to become a sample. The analytical model used in this study is a statistical descriptive analysis model using the outer model, inner model and hypothesis test. This descriptive study shows that manager leadership is in the perfect category, work discipline is in the very high category, and employee performance is in the excellent category. While the results of the verification of manager leadership on employee work discipline have a positive and significant effect, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and manager leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance mediated by work discipline.

Abstract

Abstrak Penyebaran wabah pandemi Covid-19 di negara Indonesia yang semakin cepat memang merubah interaksi antara bisnis dan pelanggan. Adanya kebijakan dari pemerintah terkait Covid-19 ini berupa larangan keluar masuk negara Indonesia, social distancing dan stay at home pada akhirnya merubah perilaku konsumen yang awalnya bebas melakukan transaksi bisnis maupun perdagangan yang secara offline berubah menjadi online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah para ibu rumah tangga wilayah Anjun melakukan pembelanjaan secara online disaat pandemic. Dalam penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif ini melibatkan sampel sebanyak 100 responden ibu-ibu rumah tangga di Anjun, Kabupaten Karawang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 83% responden sudah memiliki pengetahuan mengenai pembelanjaan online, sebanyak 72 % ibu rumah tangga di Anjun melakukan pembelanjaan secara online di masa pandemi, dan 52 % nya melakukan pembelanjaan online lebih dari dua kali dalam sebulan. Dengan alasan kesehatan dan menghindari tertularnya virus corona. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa banyak para konsumen atau pelanggan yang akhirnya merubah perilaku belanjanya menjadi online untuk menghindari wabah ini dan memudahkan dalam memperoleh barang-barang yang dibutuhkannya. Abstract The increasingly rapid spread of the covid-19 pandemic outbreak in Indonesia has indedd changed the interaction between businesses and customers. There is a policy from the government regarding covid-19 in the form of a ban on entering and leaving the country of Indonesia, social distancing and staying at home in the end changing the behavior of consumers who are initially free to carry out business transaction or trade which turn offline to online. This study aims to determine whether yhe housewives of the Anjun region shop online during the pandemic. This quantitative descriptive study involved a sample of 100 housewives in Anjun, Karawang district. The results showed that 83% of respondents already have knowledge about online shopping, as many as 72 % of housewives in Anjun shop online during the pandemic, and 52 % shop online more than twice a month. For health reasons and avoiding contracting the corona virus. So it can be concluded that many consumers or customers have finally changed their shopping behavior online toavoid this outbreak and make it easier to get the goods they nedd. Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui motivasi remaja dalam mengambil keputusan memilih pengajian majlis taklim asshifa di anjun Karawang. Penelitian ini dilakukan di daerah anjun karawang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan bersifat penjelasan (deskriptif) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jumlah populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 50 santri dengan sampel 50 santri. Data diperoleh dengan mengunakan kuesioner dan diolah oleh program spss 20. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji Validitas dan uji reliable , data mengunakan kuesioner yang sudah disebar utuk mengetahui apakah data tersebut valid dan reliable. Untuk kuesioner motivasi dihasilkan validitas dan reliablitias menghasilkan r hitung 0.937 > r tabel 0,2767 dengan nilai rentang cronbah alfa reabilitas sempurna yang artinya para santri sangat termotivasi untuk mengaji di pengajian majlis taklim asshifa , sedangkan untuk pengambilan keputusan dihasilkan uji validitas dan uji reabilitas r hitung 0,953 > r tabel 0,2767 dengan nilai rentang cronbah alfa reabilitas sempurna yang artinya para remaja santri dalam mengambil keputusan tidak ada paksaan dari siapapun dalam memilih pengajian majlis taklim asshifa . Untuk pembinaan remaja seharusnya tidak hanya di sekitar wilayah anjun saja tetapi di seluruh wilayah kabupaten karawang dengan melibatkan seluruh lapisan masyarakat agar generasi muda baik remaja , dewasa lebih dekat dengan agama sehingga terhindar dari perbuatan yang merugikan dirinya maupun orang lain. Abstract The purpose of this research is to determine the motivation of adolescents in making decisions to choose the majlis taklim asshifa recitation in anjun Karawang. This research was conducted in the Anjun Karawang area. The type of research used is descriptive (descriptive) with a quantitative approach with the total population in this study is 50 students with a sample of 50 students. Data obtained by using a questionnaire and processed by the SPSS 20 program. Analysis of the data in this study used the validity test and reliable test, the data used a questionnaire that had been distributed to find out whether the data was valid and reliable. For the motivation questionnaire, the validity and reliability of the resulting r count was 0.937> r table 0.2767 with the value of the cronbah alpha range of perfect reliability, which meant that the students were very motivated to recite the recitation in the majlis taklim asshifa, Meanwhile, for decision making, the validity and reliability tests of r count was 0.953> r table 0.2767 with the value of the perfect cronbah alpha reliability range, which means that young students in making decisions are not compelled by anyone in choosing the majlis taklim asshifa recitation. For the development of adolescents, it should not only be around the Anjun area but in all areas of Karawang Regency by involving all levels of society so that the young generation, both adolescents and adults, are closer to religion so that they avoid actions that harm themselves and others. Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to investigate the impact of Instagram promotions on consumer buying interest specifically within the context of coffee trips. The study seeks to understand how social media marketing can effectively attract consumers and enhance their purchasing decisions. Research Methodology: The research utilizes a quantitative approach, employing a non-probability sampling technique. Specifically, a purposive sampling method was used to select respondents who are active Instagram users and have shown interest in coffee-related content. A total of 91 respondents participated in the study, providing data through structured questionnaires. Results: The analysis of the collected data reveals that Instagram promotions significantly and positively influence consumer buying interest. This suggests that effective marketing strategies on social media can lead to increased consumer engagement and purchasing behavior in the coffee sector. Limitations: The study is constrained by its focus on a specific group of Instagram users, which may limit the generalizability of the findings. Additionally, the research does not account for other factors that may influence consumer buying behavior outside of social media marketing. Contribution: This research contributes to the broader understanding of social media marketing's role in consumer behavior. It highlights the effectiveness of Instagram as a promotional platform in the coffee industry, providing insights for marketers seeking to leverage social media to enhance consumer interest and drive sales.

Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to examine the influence of service quality and location on patient satisfaction at the Bhakti Kopetri Clinic. It seeks to understand how these factors contribute to the overall patient experience in the context of rapidly developing clinics in Indonesia. Research Methodology: The study employs a descriptive and verification approach, utilizing a classic assumption test that includes normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity tests, as well as multiple linear regression, t-tests, and F-tests. A sample of 96 patients who had received treatment at the Bhakti Kopetri Clinic was selected using purposive sampling techniques. Results: The findings indicate that the service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction. Similarly, the location also positively and significantly impacts patient satisfaction. Furthermore, both service quality and location together have a simultaneous and significant effect on patient satisfaction. Limitations: The research is limited to a single clinic and may not be generalizable to other healthcare facilities. Additionally, the sample size, while adequate, could be expanded for future studies to enhance reliability. Contribution: This study contributes to the understanding of how service quality and location influence patient satisfaction in healthcare settings, providing insights that can help clinics improve their services and better meet patient expectations.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the influence of packaging quality and promotion on the purchase interest of Cisadane Sticky Rice Sponge Cake MSMEs. Research Methodology: This study used quantitative research methods, by taking samples from the entire population and using a questionnaire as the main data collection tool. The population used is all 110 people interested in buying MSMEs. Results: The results show that the variables Packaging Quality (X1) and Promotion (X2) have a significant influence on the variable (Y) Purchase Interest. Limitations: The study is limited to the Cisadane Sticky Rice Sponge Cake MSMEs located in Karawang, Indonesia. Contribution: This study can be useful for MSME owners in the food and beverage industry to improve their packaging quality and promotion strategies to increase customer purchase interest.

Abstract

Purpose of the study — This study aims to analyze the impact of electronic word-of-mouth (EWOM) by beauty bloggers on purchasing decisions for Somethinc cushion products, as well as to examine the influence of product quality on these purchasing decisions. Research method—The research employed descriptive and verification methods, utilizing multiple linear regression analysis. A sample of 96 consumers who use Somethinc cushion products was analyzed, following Hair's formula. Result— The findings indicate that the EWOM variable from beauty bloggers has a positive and significant influence on the decision to purchase Somethinc Cushion products. Additionally, product quality also shows a positive and very significant impact on purchasing decisions. Conclusion— Consumers continue to seek information from beauty bloggers when making purchasing decisions, highlighting the importance of EWOM and product quality in the cosmetics market.
