Abstract

This study aims to find out how the position of tax law according to the view of Islamic law. This is very important to do because 82% of the source of state revenue of the Republic of Indonesia comes from taxes. In conditions of such high dependence on taxes, in the midst of society there are still pros and cons about the existence of tax law. This research is focused on seeing how the practice of collecting Income Tax (PPh), Value Added Tax (VAT) and Land and Building Tax (PBB) as the three largest sources of state revenue in Indonesia, then comparing it with the practice of collecting state revenue during the reign of the Prophet SAW, analyzing the causes of the emergence of taxes in Islamic governments, formulating tax criteria according to sharia and implementing taxes according to shari'a in collection PPh, VAT, and UN in Indonesia. This study uses a conventional research model that uses a qualitative approach and data collection methods based on documents and literature. The results showed that taxes have existed since the reign of the Prophet (peace be upon him) in the form of Jizya, Kharaj, 'Usyr, in addition to the main sources of income of Ghanimah, Fa'i and Zakat. Of the 6 types of income sources above, currently only Zakat can be collected, resulting in the emergence of Ijtihad in the form of Tax (Dharibah) by Ulil Amri to overcome the lack / vacancy of Baitul Mal. Although Ulama allows taxes (Dharibah), but in collecting income tax, VAT and UN in Indonesia it is still not in accordance with Shari'ah, so there are taxes that need to be improved and some types of taxes must be removed.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to gain a deeper understanding of legal aspects, uphold the principles of electoral justice to realize a democratic (honest and fair) as well as a reference for education and research in strengthening legal and democratic life in the country. The research method applied in this article is a qualitative approach described through verbal reports to explain and describe the information that has been collected. Data sources in this study are divided into two types, namely primary data sources obtained directly from the field, and secondary data sources which are pre-existing information. The result of this study is that fairness in simultaneous elections in Indonesia has a significant impact on the integrity of the democratic process. Unfairness in elections, such as fraudulent practices, uneven distribution of resources, or impartiality in the administration of elections, can undermine the integrity of elections and reduce the representation of election results. When voters sense injustice, they may lose faith in the democratic system and doubt the legitimacy of the government that results from the election. To overcome the challenges of fairness in simultaneous elections in Indonesia, there needs to be a very strong commitment to strengthen the integrity and representativeness of the democratic process

Abstract

The community is expected to be able to understand the opportunities that exist in the surrounding area in order to maximize local economic growth. As an example, the author cites the development of industrial infrastructure in Wangandowo Village, Bojong, Pekalongan Regency. This industrial development project can create great opportunities for the general public, which can be utilized to set up businesses to improve their quality of life. This is the focus of the researcher's analysis to explore this phenomenon, especially related to the challenges faced by students or entrepreneurs in the MSME (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) sector which is an obstacle in the industrial development sector mentioned above. project. The research method used is a qualitative research method followed by interpretation through observation techniques and theoretical basis. By using the basis of Phenomenology, participants can take risks in exploiting existing business opportunities. In addition, participants must have patience, consistency, be able to adapt, and other important things implemented by existing local olekoman and be successful in pursuing their field as entrepreneurs. One of the limitations of this research is the small number of participants so it is unable to fully capture the broader phenomenon. This can serve as a guide for future researchers to expand their understanding of local economic phenomena and potential.

Abstract

In Islamic teachings, a human being lives according to religious norms. Real social change really covers all aspects of social life, thereby requiring a very long process to create a civilized social order in accordance with the guidance of the Al-Qur'an. To be able to do this, humans must mingle, or humans must interact which ultimately takes the form of integration. In a theoretical context, sociology places a transformation in the social environment as an event that occurs around society that is universal. The above studies in the current context are often explained using the term multiculturalism. In the Al-Qur'an, Al-Hujurat verse 13 states that the description of the purpose of creating humans by Allah for the same purpose is not necessarily in a narrow sense. M. Quraish Shihab tried to provide a way out, although in the end he still tended towards rational theology. Meanwhile, Hamka gave answers through preaching without any coercion through Al-Azhar interpretations.

Abstract

The Indonesian Sharia Stock Index or can be abbreviated as ISSI is a sharia-based stock index which is officially registered on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) and the data is contained on the official website of the Financial Services Authority (OJK). This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of the variables Inflation (X1), Exchange Rate (X2), GDP (X3), Money Supply (X4), and BI Rate (X5) on the variable Indonesian Sharia Stock Index or ISSI (Y). Data from Inflation, Exchange Rates, GDP, Money Supply, and BI Rate are monthly data for the 2018-2022 period. The analytical method used is quantitative analysis using descriptive analysis methods, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, F test (Simultaneous Test), t test (Partial Test) and coefficient of determination using SPSS version 25 software. From research using the t test It was found that the independent variables Exchange Rate, Money Supply, and BI Rate partially or individually had a significant effect on the dependent variable ISSI. Meanwhile, the independent variables Inflation and GDP partially or alone do not have a significant effect on the dependent variable ISSI. Then, with the F test simultaneously or together the independent variables Inflation, Exchange Rate, GDP, Money Supply and BI Rate have a significant effect on the dependent variable ISSI. The close relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is in the medium category with a contribution of 65.2%, while the remaining 44.8% is influenced by other variables which are not in the research.

Abstract

Students' mathematical reasoning skills are very important in understanding mathematical concepts and solving mathematical problems. The lack of students' reasoning ability can affect student learning outcomes that do not reach the target so it needs to be honed in order to realize appropriate learning outcomes. The purpose of this research is to find out students' thought process in solving quadratic equation problems based on mathematical reasoning ability. The type of research used is qualitative research, and uses a descriptive approach. The source of data in this research is class IX students totaling 22 students with the subject selected 3 students. The data analysis technique in this research is qualitative data analysis. From the test results of students' mathematical reasoning abilities are categorized based on the assessment reference. Researchers categorized it into 3 categories, namely high, medium, and low. Based on the results of tests and interviews, students in the high category can fulfill 4 indicators well. Students in the medium category were only able to fulfill indicators 1 and 2 well, for indicator 3 could not be fulfilled well so they could not fulfill indicator 4. Subject 3 in the low category was only able to fulfill indicator 2 well. Indicators 1 and 3 were not well met.

The increase in foreign debt in Indonesia occurs almost every year. This is of course a burden on the government itself. This study aims to analyze how much influence gross domestic product, government spending and exchange rates have on Indonesia's foreign debt. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of time series data from 2018 to 2022. The analytical method used is the classical assumption test and hypothesis testing. The classic assumption test includes the data normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test. While testing the hypothesis includes the t test and f test. The results of this analysis indicate that government spending has a positive, partial and simultaneous effect on Indonesia's foreign debt. GDP and Exchange Rate have a positive effect, not partially and simultaneously have an effect on Indonesia's Foreign Debt.
