Abstract

In the era of industrial revolution 4.0 which most of it integrated to the internet, of course technology information nowadays has becomes something that part of out needs for some people even for every one in this world. Every health services in an area of city must be capable to do the best, so the progress in giving health services to society could be so much effective. Health service that easily be found in an area or city is Puskesmas. Most people are often feeling so dissapointed to the activity progress in Puskesmas. However, this has been minimalized through using management information system which found in Puskesmas (e-Puskesmas). This research was held in Puskesmas Tanjungpinang. This research’s purpose is to know the implementation of management information system (e-Puskesmas) in Puskesmas Tanjungpinang. Research method been done by doing obvservation and interview to health service activity that happened in Puskesmas. The result of this research is that management information system implementation in Puskesmas Tanjungpinang not yet fully integrated.

Abstract

Kue putu piring Bu Kay merupakan produsen pembuat kue tradisonal khas melayu di Kelurahan Dompak tepatnya ditempat pariwisata Kota Tanjungpinang yakni Tanjung Setumu sejak tahun 2010. Produk-produk yang dijual oleh Bu Kay adalah putu piring, putu mayang, donat melayu (Domel), kue kacang selimut dan roti kirai. Perancangan ini menjawab berbagai permasalahan yang ditemukan dalam kemasan Bu Kay, yang kurang sesuai dengan positioning Bu Kay, yang enak, higienis dan berkualitas. Oleh karena itu, dalam perancangan ini akan dibuat sebuah kemasan yang praktis baik untuk dibawa untuk oleh-oleh dengan ciri khas Kelurahan Dompak.Perancangan ini menggunakan metode penelitan wawancara, dokumentasi,studi kepustakaan dan internet.Metode analisis menggunakan SWOT dan View. Kata kunci: Desain Kemasan, Merek, Kue Putu Piring ABSTRACT Bu Kay's putu plate is a traditional Malay cake maker in Dompak Village, precisely at the Tanjungpinang City tourism place, namely Tanjung Setumu since 2010. The products sold by Bu Kay are putu dishes, putu mayang, Malay donuts (Domel), and peanut cakes.blankets and bread rolls.This design addresses various problems found in Bu Kay's packaging, which is not in line with Bu Kay's positioning, which is delicious, hygienic and of good quality.Therefore, in this design a practical package will be made which is good to carry for souvenirs with the characteristics of Dompak Village.This design uses research methods of interviews, documentation, literature study and the internet.The analysis method uses SWOT and View. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui respon masyarakat terhadap ecommerce, mengetahui dampak penerapan e-commerce terhadap perilaku masyrakat Kota Tanjungpinang, mengetahui tingkat kepuasan Masyrakat dalam melakukan transaksi perdagangan melalui e-commercedan mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal dalam penerapan e-commerce pada usaha kecil dan menengah. . Jenis penelitian yang digunakan kulitatif, sumber data yang digunakan yaitu sumber data primer dan sekunder. Teknik analisis yang digunakan analisis Internal Factors Analysis dan External Factors Analysis serta analisis Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, dan Threats. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan e-commerce hampir keseluruhan telah mengenal e-commerce sebagai transaksi jual beli online dengan menggunakan teknologi dan memanfaatkan media internet yang dapat digunakan kapan saja, dalam menggunakan e-commerce kendala yang dihadapi hanya dari jaringan internet yang belum bisa terakses disuatu tempat. E-commerce banyak kemudahan yang didapatkankan, lebih efektif dan efisien serta merasakan kepuasan setelah melakukan pembelian dengan menggunakan di Tanjungpinang. Berdasarkan jumlah kekuatan dan peluang yang lebih dominan dibandingkan kelemahan dan ancaman. E-commerce menjadikan perilaku masyarakat Kota Tanjungpinang menjadi konsumtif tetapi dengan adanya e-commerce masyarakat jugadapat memanfaatkannya untuk menawarkan produknya. Kata kunci: E-commerce, UKM, SWOT, Strategi ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the public's response to e-commerce, determine the impact of the application of e-commerce on the behavior of the people of Tanjungpinang City, determine the level of public satisfaction in conducting trade transactions through e-commerce and identify internal and external factors in the application of e-commerce in small and medium enterprises. . . The type of research used is qualitative, the data sources used are primary and secondary data sources. The analysis technique used is the analysis of Internal Factors Analysis and External Factors Analysis and analysis of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. The results of this study indicate that the application of e-commerce is almost entirely familiar with e-commerce as an online buying and selling transaction using technology and utilizing internet media that can be used at any time, in using e-commerce the constraints faced are only from the inaccessible internet network. at some place. E-commerce has many conveniences, is more effective and efficient and feels satisfaction after making a purchase using Tanjungpinang. Based on the number of strengths and opportunities that are more dominant than weaknesses and threats. E-commerce makes the behavior of the people of Tanjungpinang City consumptive, but with the existence of e-commerce, people can also use it to offer their products. Abstract

The Tanjungpinang Kota District Office is a public organization located in the Tanjungpinang City area. Tanjungpinang Kota sub-district has the task of carrying out the wheels of government and public services at the sub-district level. The achievement of these goals is certainly influenced by the performance of the organization as a whole. As a sub-district located in the City, this is certainly a representation of other sub-districts that researchers are interested in discussing. This study aims to analyze how the performance of the Tanjungpinang City District organization in achieving goals according to the vision and mission. To see the performance of Tanjungpinang City, the researchers looked at various aspects, namely, productivity, responsiveness, service quality, cooperation, resource use and timeliness. The second objective is to describe the factors inhibiting organizational performance in Tanjungpinang Kota District. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with reference to the concept of performance indicators coupled with the existing conditions at the research locus. Based on the results of the study, it can be explained that the organization's performance has been going well, such as the indicators of productivity, responsiveness, service quality, cooperation and timeliness. The indicators that still have obstacles are human resources and infrastructure.

Abstract

This study aims to known the comparison of performance between Men and Women employees on Dinas Pertanian Pangan dan Perikanan Tanjungpinang City. This type of study using descriptive quantitative methods with comparative’s technique. Data collection technique using observation, questionaire, and library study. The population of this study is 75 people. The sample of this study is 60 people that constructed by 30 men and 30 women. The result of independent t-test, Sig. (2- tailed) values is 0,383 > 0,05 its mean there is no significant different between men and women employee performance. The conclusions of this study is different performance between employee man and woman would be seen based on average performance value of men is 82,5 and the average performance value of women is 80,7. The difference of these averages performance’s value is close by 1,8 point so its seems both of them is no significant different about the performance. Different performance between employee men and women reconfirmed in the result of independent t-test, the Sig. (2-tailed) value is 0,383 > 0,05 its mean there is no significant different between men and women employee performance or H2 was accepted and H1 was declined.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out about Employee Career Development at the BANK BNI Tanjungpinang Branch. This type of research is qualitative research. The method in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach, data processing is carried out through three stages which include data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions using data validity test analysis using triangulation. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Career Development of Employees at BNI Bank Tanjungpinang City Branch is good, career development is based on rules and procedures that have been in effect, as has been done with honest treatment where all promotion criteria are always objective but there are some places that are usually preogrative rights This is for a sensitive position, usually for certain places such as managing human resources, but usually all viewed from the last 3 years' performance so it does not necessarily mean that later in promotion the position also sees hard competent and soft competent. Based on the results of the study it was found that from the employees themselves who chose the position they wanted to occupy, the employees chose their place of work, if it was felt to be incompatible then they would not take the opportunity. many employees want to promote but don't want to go to Anambas, Natuna and Lingga, they may choose their positions but their placement.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of providing covid-19 assistance to MSMEs in Tanjungpinang City using measurement indicators in the form of timeliness and accuracy in making choices, as well as to analyze the impact caused by the provision of economic and social assistance to the community in Tanjungpinang City. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that the data collection process to the distribution of COVID-19 assistance in Tanjungpinang City has been effective in terms of timeliness and accuracy in making choices. In addition, Covid-19 assistance can help the community's economy, especially the MSMEs in Tanjungpinang City, but it causes social impacts in the form of conflicts between MSMEs and the city government, in this case the manpower office, cooperatives and micro-enterprises and the government.

Abstract

Pada masa sekarang dunia digemparkan dengan adanya virus terbaru yang ditemukan pada tahun 2019 pada Wuhan, China. Virus Covid-19 sendiri merupakan virus dengan tingkat penularan tertinggi dan dapat menginfeksi manusia dan hewan. Adanya virus ini memberikan dampak di segala bidang terutama pada bidang ekonomi. Adanya Covid-19 mengharuskan semua orang untuk melakukan segala kegiatannya dirumah baik belajar ataupun bekerja. Hal ini tentunya mengakibatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi semakin menurun. Banyak perusahaan dan tenaga kerja yang terkena dampaknya. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui dan melakukan analisa mengenai pemulihan ekonomi pasca Covid-19 pada Kabupaten Bintan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan menggunakan data primer yang berasal dari Laporan Perekonomian Provinsi Kepulauan Riau Kantor Perwakilan Bank Indonesia Provinsi Kepulauan Riau. Dimana didapatkan bahwa kekuatan dasar dari Kabupaten Bintan mengalami perbaikan dengan meningkatnya Indeks Pembangunan Manusia sebesar 0,34 poin.

Abstract

Pengelolaan sumber daya manusia sangat penting dialakukan, agarperusahaan menjadi meningkat, berkembang dan tujuan yang ingin dicapaiterlaksana. Maka untuk mendukung hal tersebut perusahaan perlumemberikan kompensasi yang memuaskan kepada karyawan agar karyawanmemiliki semangat dalam bekerja.Dengan adanya semangat dalam bekerjamaka karyawan lebih giat dalam melaksanakan pekerjaannya sehinggapekerjaan cepat terselesaikan dengan baik dan tujuan yang ingin dicapaimudah dilakukan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuipengeruhkompensasi terhadap semangat kerja karyawan Ra9mayan Depatement StoreCabang Kota Tanjungpianag.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalahpenelitian asosiatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner untuk mengumpulkandatanya.Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 50 orang.Data respondendiukur dengan menggunakan skala Likert yang berkisar dari 5 (sangatsetuju), sampai 1 (sangat tidak setuju).Pengolahan data menggunakanprogram komputer SPSS versi 21. Penelitian ini telah memenuhi syaratvaliditas dan reliabilitas. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian iniadalah uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis dan analisiskoefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kompensasiberpengaruh positif terhadap semangat kerja dilihat dari ( sebesar 0,656yang menunjukan bawa sebesar 65,6% semangat kerja dipengaruhi olehkompensasi.

Abstract

Pelayanan publik merupakan tanggungjawab pemerintah yang harusdilaksanakan oleh pemerintah baik di pusat, daerah maupun di ruanglingkup BUMN. Dalam hal ini, salah satu pelayanan public yang kitarasakan adalah kantor pos. Kantor pos adalah salah satu BadanUsaha Milik Negara yang berbentuk Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dimanabertujuan untuk mendapatkan keuntungan. Pada saat ini, Kantor Posmengalami penurunan dalam eksitensinya karena kalah bersaingdengan hadirnya perusahaan swasta yang serupa. Hal ini dikarenakankualitas pelayanan yang diberikan tidak dapat menyaingi pesaing yangada. Kualitas pelayanan merupakan unsur yang penting dalammemenuhi keputusan masyarakat. Untuk mengukur kepuasanmasyarakat tersebut, maka dilakukanlah penelitian denganmenggunakan indeks kepuasan masyarakat sebagai dasarnya. Dalamkesempatan ini, kami melakukan penelitian dengan menggunakanmetode angket/kuisioner dan berpedoman pada PERMENPAN-RB(Peraturan Menteri Pendayagunaaan Aparatur Negara dan ReformasiBirokrasi) No.14 Tahun 2017 dimana terdapat 9 unsur yang harusditeliti. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan tentang “Indeks KepuasanMasyarakat Terhadap Pelayanan Pengiriman Barang oleh Kantor PosCabang Tanjungpinang” kami mendapatkan hasil bahwa pelayananyang diberikan oleh Kantor Pos dibidang engiriman barang masihkurang baik.
