Abstract

            The capacity of the village head plays a central role in determining the effectiveness of village fund management. As the highest leader at the village level, the village head is expected to be able to carry out government functions effectively, including planning, implementing, and accounting for the use of village funds in a transparent and accountable manner. In the context of Sidomulyo Village, Banjarejo District, the village head's ability to understand regulations, organize village officials, and foster community participation are key factors in creating effective village fund governance. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this study reveals that the village head's capacity, encompassing knowledge, skills, and commitment, directly contributes to the success of each stage of village fund management. Planning is carried out in a participatory manner through village deliberations, program implementation is aligned with the community's real needs, and reporting is conducted openly through various village information media. Active community participation and a strong culture of mutual cooperation (gotong royong) also strengthen the social oversight system for fund use. These results confirm that the success of village development depends heavily on the synergy between strong village leadership and active community involvement.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are an important pillar in supporting the national economy, especially at the rural level. This study aims to analyze the supporting factors, obstacles, and development strategies of tofu MSMEs in Mojowetan Village, Banjarejo District, Blora Regency, Central Java. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation of 15 MSMEs that have been operating for more than two years. SWOT analysis was used to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in tofu production. The results show that the main strengths of Mojowetan tofu MSMEs lie in high product quality, rich nutritional value, and environmentally friendly waste utilization. However, weaknesses are still found in limited production equipment, fluctuations in raw material prices, and dependence on imported soybeans. Development opportunities include digital markets, product and packaging innovation, and support from the government and educational institutions. Meanwhile, threats faced include intense market competition and low digital literacy. A collaborative strategy is needed between MSMEs, the government, and other stakeholders in modernizing tools, strengthening human resource capacity, and developing digital marketing to create competitive and sustainable MSMEs.

Abstract

This The current tourism phenomenon is experiencing rapid development. Indonesia's rapid economic growth and public awareness of community-based tourism are tourism management concepts that place local communities as key actors in tourism development. This concept aims not only to increase tourist visits but also to empower communities, preserve local culture, and preserve the environment. The development of community-based tourism in Jatisari Village holds significant potential for boosting the local economy and empowering the community. This research was conducted using qualitative methods. Data collection techniques used were observation and interviews. Interviews were conducted with community leaders, tourism operators, and other stakeholders to obtain more in-depth information. The data used included interview results, documentation, and observations. The purpose of this research was to identify potential and obstacles, and formulate appropriate strategies for developing Kedung Mansur tourism using a participatory and sustainable approach so that tourism can develop rapidly and increase its appeal to both local and international tourists. However, several obstacles remain to be addressed to ensure that tourism in Kedung Mansur achieves these goals. This research aims to identify opportunities and obstacles for developing community-based tourism in Jatisari Village.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of social media, information and communication technology (ICT), and innovation on competitive advantage among micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Surakarta. A quantitative approach was employed, using a survey method involving 186 MSME respondents. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results indicate that all three independent variables—social media, ICT, and innovation—have a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage. Among them, innovation emerged as the most dominant factor in enhancing competitive advantage, followed by ICT and social media. These findings highlight the importance of integrating these three elements into MSMEs' business strategies to remain resilient and competitive in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digitalization on job satisfaction and its implications for employee performance at the Communication and Informatics Office of Serdang Bedagai Regency. The sample in this study was 40 employees. The data analysis method used was the Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). The analysis was conducted in three stages: the measurement model (outer model), the structural model (inner model), and hypothesis testing. The outer model was used to test the validity and reliability of indicators against latent variables. The inner model was used to examine the relationships between latent variables through the R² values. Hypothesis testing was conducted using a t-test to determine the significance of direct and indirect influences between variables. The results showed that digitalization significantly influenced job satisfaction and employee performance, but job satisfaction did not influence employee performance and was unable to mediate the relationship between digitalization and employee performance.

Abstract

This research looks at Canon printer sales in Surabaya through the prism of price, product quality, and brand perception. The study used a quantitative methodology to gather primary data from 112 Canon printer users who were selected through purposive sampling. Using a five-point Likert scale, sixteen indicators were assessed and analyzed in SmartPLS using PLS SEM. “ Reliability, discriminant validity, and convergent validity tests confirmed that all constructs met the criteria (outer loading > 0.70; AVE > 0.50; CR > 0.70).  Product quality (β = 0.261; p = 0.007), brand image (β = 0.359; p = 0.003), and price (β = 0.293; p = 0.005)” all positively and significantly impact purchase decisions, with brand image accounting for 61.5 % of the variation (R² = 0.615).  All three predictors are categorized as moderate contributors (f² ≈ 0.10-0.17) according to the effect size study.  These results suggest that in order to increase sales in Surabaya's printer market, Canon needs to work on improving its brand image, adding more features to its products, and keeping pricing low.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how consumer decisions to buy Misscrip brand kebab skin chips in Surabaya are influenced by price, halal certification, brand image, and product innovation.  Using a quantitative methodology, the study gathers data via an online survey.  There are 114 respondents in the sample who are above 17 and live in Surabaya.  A five-point Likert scale was employed in the survey to gauge respondents' opinions.  With the aid of SmartPLS software 4.1.0.9, data analysis was carried out using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM).  The study found that the four independent factors—price, halal certification, brand image, and product innovation—had a significant and favorable impact on consumers' decisions to buy.  Brand image is the factor that influences purchases the most out of all of these.  This research suggests that strengthening product innovation, developing a favorable brand image, setting competitive prices, and ensuring that products have halal certification are all crucial to making MSME products like Misscrip more competitive.

Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of inflation and exchange rates on the Indonesia Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) before and after the 2024 Election. Using daily time series data and t-tests, the results show that inflation had a significant negative effect on ISSI before the election, but no significant effect afterward. The exchange rate had a significant negative effect in both periods, with a stronger impact after the election. These findings indicate that the 2024 Election influenced ISSI’s sensitivity to macroeconomic variables and reflect increased investor confidence and greater stability in the sharia stock market post-election. Abstract

This study discusses consumer protection against the practice of battery health injection in the sale of original second-hand iPhones in Banda Sakti District, Lhokseumawe City, in the perspective of Wahbah Az-Zuhaili. The practice of battery health injection is the process of manipulating iPhone battery health data to appear higher than the actual condition, this action is often carried out by unscrupulous sellers to increase the selling price of the device. This has the potential to harm consumers because the information provided does not correspond to the actual physical condition. This study aims to determine the form of legal protection for consumers and assess the truth of this practice from the perspective of Islamic law according to the thoughts of Wahbah Az-Zuhaili. The research method used is an empirical research type with a legislative approach, a conceptual approach, a case study approach and data collection techniques in the form of interviews and observations of sellers and buyers in the research area.. The results of the study indicate that the practice of battery health injection is included in the category of tadlis (fraud) in the form of aib (defect) which is prohibited in Islam, and is contrary to the principles of honesty and openness in selling transactions according to Wahbah Az-Zuhaili. Therefore, stricter rules and guidance are needed to protect consumer rights, both in positive law and Islamic law.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of firm size, firm growth, sales growth, liquidity, and profitability on stock prices of energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2019–2023 period. The research uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Data were collected from the annual financial reports of six energy companies selected through purposive sampling. The results show that simultaneously the five independent variables significantly affect stock prices. Partially, firm size, sales growth, and liquidity have a significant effect, while firm growth and profitability have no significant effect. This research contributes to investors in evaluating financial factors before making investment decisions.
