Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tren penelitian, kolaborasi penulis, dan keterkaitan konsep dalam studi tentang dampak segmentasi pasar terhadap keputusan pembelian produk kecantikan. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis bibliometrik menggunakan perangkat lunak VOSviewer, dengan data diambil dari publikasi jurnal selama sepuluh tahun terakhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa publikasi jurnal mengalami peningkatan signifikan hingga tahun 2021, mencerminkan tingginya minat akademik terhadap topik ini. Visualisasi co-authorship menunjukkan adanya kelompok peneliti aktif yang saling berkolaborasi, sementara peta co-occurrence mengungkap hubungan erat antara konsep seperti market segmentation, purchase intention, dan attitude. Segmentasi demografis, psikografis, serta nilai-nilai keberlanjutan terbukti berpengaruh terhadap niat beli konsumen. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam memahami dinamika strategi pemasaran di industri kecantikan yang terus berkembang dan kompleks, serta pentingnya pendekatan multidimensi dalam menganalisis perilaku konsumen.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of knowledge about productive waqf and trust in waqf managers on the perception of economic benefits and the interest of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in participating in productive waqf in Surakarta. The research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected from 191 MSME respondents selected through purposive sampling and analyzed using the Partial Least Square–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results indicate that knowledge about productive waqf has a positive and significant effect on both the perception of economic benefits and the interest of MSMEs in productive waqf. Trust in waqf managers also shows a positive and significant influence on the perception of economic benefits and MSME interest. Furthermore, the perception of economic benefits has a positive and significant effect on MSME interest in productive waqf and acts as a partial mediating variable in the relationship between knowledge and trust toward MSME interest. The findings of this study affirm that improving knowledge and trust in waqf management institutions can strengthen the perception of economic benefits, which in turn increases MSMEs’ interest in participating in the development of productive waqf in Surakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of National Online Shopping Day (Harbolnas) promotions, influencers, and shopping lifestyle on spontaneous online purchasing behavior, as well as to examine the role of religiosity as a moderating variable in these relationships. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method through the distribution of questionnaires to 112 student respondents from the Faculty of Islamic Studies at the Islamic University of Indonesia. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and moderated regression analysis (MRA) with the assistance of SPSS version 25. The findings reveal that Harbolnas promotions, influencers, and shopping lifestyle have a positive and significant effect on spontaneous online purchasing behavior. Among these variables, shopping lifestyle is the most dominant factor influencing impulsive behavior. Additionally, religiosity shows a negative and significant moderating effect, indicating that a high level of religiosity weakens the influence of shopping lifestyle on impulsive purchases. This suggests that religious values serve as an effective internal control mechanism in limiting consumer impulsivity among students in the digital era. This study contributes theoretically to the development of value-based digital consumer behavior models and offers practical implications for industry stakeholders and educational institutions to foster more ethical and mindful consumer behavior.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine how the management of zakat collection and distribution is implemented at the National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) in Bima Regency and to analyze the inhibiting and supporting factors of zakat collection and distribution at BAZNAS in Bima Regency. This study used a qualitative method with primary and secondary data sources. Primary data were obtained directly from the research object through interviews, while secondary data were used to support and strengthen the primary data. Thus, this study can obtain a more comprehensive and in-depth picture of the phenomenon under study. Secondary data sources were obtained from journals, books, reports, and other documents relevant to the research topic, to support and enrich the primary data obtained through interviews. The combination of primary and secondary data allows this study to provide a more complete and accurate picture of the phenomenon under study. The research results show that the National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) of Bima Regency has developed a comprehensive zakat management system through a structured approach based on regulations, technology, and empowerment programs. The productive zakat model, with rigorous selection and ongoing mentoring, has successfully transformed mustahik into muzakki, reflecting Islamic distributive justice. However, challenges remain, ranging from low zakat literacy among the community, suboptimal coordination with the Zakat Management Unit (UPZ), to limited human resources and geographic limitations. On the distribution side, obstacles arise in the management of the still-nascent productive zakat system, the accuracy of fund allocation, and the misuse of aid. Nevertheless, BAZNAS has a strong foundation through its professional zakat collection system for civil servants (ASN), which generates Rp210 million per month thanks to the support of the Mayor's regulations. Innovations such as a digital database, a participatory approach, and simplified selection criteria demonstrate the commitment to system development. By combining existing strengths with creative solutions, BAZNAS of Bima Regency has the potential to become an effective zakat management model with a real impact on poverty alleviation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of corporate governance on investment efficiency in banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2021-2023 period. Corporate governance in this study is proxied through five variables adapted from the 2017 ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS): shareholder rights, fair treatment of shareholders, stakeholder roles, disclosure and transparency, and board responsibilities. This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data obtained from company annual reports. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis techniques with the help of SPSS. The results show that stakeholder roles have a significant effect on investment efficiency, while other variables have no statistically significant effect on investment efficiency. These findings suggest that strong stakeholder involvement, including regulatory oversight, can improve capital allocation efficiency by reducing over-investment practices.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Firm Value, Tax Avoidance, and Profitability on Investment Opportunities. This study uses quantitative research. This study uses agency theory. This study uses Trading companies in the Retailing, Food and Staples Retailing subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2023 period as research samples. Through a purposive sampling method, 11 companies were selected over the four-year study period, resulting in a total of 44 sample data. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression methods with Microsoft Excel and SPSS as supporting software for data analysis. The data used are secondary data derived from the company's annual report accessed through http://www.idx.co.id/ and the company's website. The results of this study indicate that Firm Value, Tax Avoidance, and Profitability have a positive and significant effect on Investment Opportunities. This indicates that good market perception and investor confidence are key factors in facilitating funding and realizing investment opportunities. Tax avoidance confirms that this practice triggers agency conflicts and creates risks that hinder company growth. High profits also influence investors' investment decisions. Therefore, these findings emphasize the importance of creating transparent long-term value and avoiding risky actions to maximize a company's investment opportunities.

Abstract

Fierce competition in the smartphone industry requires companies to strengthen brand equity to maintain competitiveness and build long-term relationships with consumers. This study aims to analyze brand awareness, brand image, perceived quality, brand association, brand loyalty, and brand trust on brand equity in the smartphone industry. A quantitative approach was used in this study with multiple linear regression analysis techniques taken based on data from 111 respondents. The results of this study show that brand awareness, brand loyalty, and brand trust have a positive influence on brand equity, while brand image, brand association, and perceived quality do not have a significant influence. These findings confirm the importance of brand trust, brand awareness, and brand loyalty as factors that can strengthen brand equity. Therefore, companies are advised to focus on increasing consumer trust, maintaining consumer loyalty, and strengthening sustainable promotions or advertising to maintain competitiveness in the smartphone market.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors determining services at Revolving Fund Management Institutions. The research uses secondary data in the form of time series data. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. This model is used to explain the relationship and influence of independent variables on the dependent variable using eviews 12. Multiple linear regression analysis in this research is used to determine the influence of Operational Cost Levels, People's Purchasing Power (Inflation), Principles of Justice and Properity (Business Sector), and Fair Competition (Tariffs for Similar Industry Services) on the determination of services at Revolving Fund Management Institutions for the 2020-2023 period. Based on the research results, it was found that only the business sector influences the determination of service rates for financing at Revolving Fund Management Institutions. Meanwhile, the variables Operational Costs, inflation and similar service rates do not have a significant influence in determining the service rates applied. This shows that Revolving Fund Management Institutions are more focused on providing services by paying attention to the business sector in determining service rates. The business sector consideration is a form of justice and propriety, where businesses run by the community vary according to business scale, turnover and income/profits.

Abstract

The development of information technology and the internet has brought significant changes to the business world, including the trade sector. The use of e-commerce websites today is not only a means of buying and selling but also serves as an effective promotional tool to expand market reach. Sevent Sport, a sports equipment provider, requires a system capable of supporting digital promotional and sales activities to compete with similar stores and meet the needs of customers who increasingly prioritize ease and speed of transactions. This research aims to design and build an e-commerce website that can be used as a promotional tool and increase sales at Sevent Sport. The methodology used is the Waterfall system development model, which consists of the stages of needs analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The needs analysis was conducted to identify the problems encountered and the required features, such as a product catalog, shopping cart, ordering system, payment integration, product management, discount promotions, and transaction reports. The system design was created using UML diagrams and then implemented using the PHP programming language, a MySQL database, and a web-based supporting framework. The research results show that the e-commerce website is able to display product information in a structured manner, facilitate ordering and payment processes, and simplify the store owner's management of promotions and sales reports. Based on the results of the system testing conducted using the black box testing method, all key features functioned according to user needs. With this e-commerce website, Toko Sevent Sport can improve promotional effectiveness, expand its marketing reach, and support sales growth in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact of profit distribution policy, investment allocation decisions, and capital structure composition on firm value in the conventional banking sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2020–2023 period. The research focuses on the urgency of enhancing firm value as a reflection of investor confidence and as a determinant of sustainable competitiveness in an increasingly dynamic banking environment. A quantitative approach was employed, applying multiple linear regression analysis. The data were obtained from the annual financial reports of 12 listed conventional banks. The research findings indicate that dividend policy (H1) has a positive and significant effect on firm value, meaning that the more optimal the dividend distribution policy implemented, the higher the firm value. Investment decisions (H2) also have a positive and significant effect on firm value, suggesting that the more precise the investment decisions made, the greater their contribution to enhancing firm value. Furthermore, capital structure (H3) has a positive and significant effect on firm value, indicating that proportional management of the capital structure can increase investor confidence and drive firm value growth.
