Abstract

The existence of religious sites is currently very popular among the community, so that the existence of this religious site is not only a site to be visited as a destination for takziyah but also along with the development of the existing religious sites can provide other economic values, namely as a medium for preaching and trading.One such religious site is located in Benowo Village, Bener District, Purworejo Regency. namely the Prince Benowo site which became the forerunner to the existence of Benowo Village in Purworejo Regency. Prince Benowo is the son of the king of the Pajang kingdom named sultan Hadiwijaya or better known as Jaka Tingkir, where during the Dutch colonial period around 1600 AD Prince Benowo and his followers stepped aside or took refuge somewhere on the way from the Pajang kingdom to the Mataram kingdom and stopped at Menoreh Mountains, to be precise on a hill called Batur, which is currently known to the general public as Benowo Village.Prince Benowo's petilasan is currently being used as religious tourism which can be a special attraction for tourists to visit Benowo village. Tourists can see the historical value of the existence of Prince Benowo's petilasan, including the existence of the sendang used by the followers of Prince Benowo for drinking and cleaning, as well as items used by Prince Benowo's entourage, including ceramic plates, stone bowls, umbrellas, and etc.The existence of special religious interest tourism has made the managers of the Benowo tourism village start to improve by optimizing the existing tourism potential, both natural, cultural and artistic tourism to be able to attract more tourists to visit Benowo tourism village. The weaknesses of the development of this religious tourism village in Benwo Village are 1) There is no development plan for the development of existing religious tourism potential, and 2) Prince Benowo Religious Tourism has not been managed properlyBased on the above problems, the service and partners will solve the above problems through planning training activities for the development of religious tourism, Prince Benowo, and 2) Assistance in the management of religious tourism through strengthening human resources. Abstract

This study aims to explain the concrete steps in an effort to convey their zakat potential in Indonesia is predominantly Muslim, in this case the charity is directed how to create the harmony between the rich and the poor through the analysis of the zakat institutions that exist, with the noble purpose, namely to reduce poverty , So the zakat teachings in the Koran, can be realized as a path that creates the harmony of human life, both physically and mentally. This study uses qualitative descriptive method by researching library materials (library research). The results of these empirically shows that the First, Zakat in the Qur’an has a positive correlation to economic growth, due to its nature as a distribution of income that can improve the function of consumption and production are balanced. Second, the potential of zakat in Indonesia macro can be optimized through the government’s role as regulator and supervisor in the management of zakat in Indonesia. And Third, the concept of zakat as described above have an opportunity as a source of state revenue that is allocated specifically for the alleviation of poverty, meaning that the source of state revenue derived from zakat should be given to the mustahiq both consumptive and productive.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini telah menggeser efektivitas model pembelajaran konvensional menuju model pembelajaran baru berdasarkan penggunaan media teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan tingkat partisipasi mahasiswa pada perkuliahan MKWU Islam Ulil Albab di Universitas Islam Indonesia (UII) dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas selama pandemi Covid-19 melalui model pembelajaran campuran berbasis flipped dan blended learning. Penelitian ini menggunakan Classroom Action Research (CAR), dengan subyek 82 mahasiswa yang sekaligus mengikuti program studi mandiri, mahasiswa dari program studi. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama kurang lebih empat bulan dalam perkuliahan aktif pada semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2020-2021, dengan total 14 pertemuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran campuran berdasarkan flipped dan blended learning memiliki peningkatan partisipasi siswa dalam setiap pertemuan dan hasil CPMK tercapai dengan baik.

Abstract

This article compares Abu 'Ubaid Al-Qasim and Adam Smith’s thought on international trade. Abu ‘Ubaid argued that the role government in international trade is needed to ensure that the laws in Holy Qur'an and Sunnah are implemented. According to Adam Smith, the roles government  is not necessary. Trade capitalism in Smith's thought of improving a country's economy in trade between nations, by removing tariffs and non-tariffs to increase aggregate sales without concern for its own economic goals, that is to achieve prosperity for society. In contrary, Abu 'Ubaid argued the importance of a fair economy for society. This article shows that Abu 'Ubaid's thought provides more certainty for realizing the goals of economic development and creating social welfare. –(Artikel ini membandingkan pandangan Abu ‘Ubaid Al-Qasim dan Adam Smith berkaitan dengan perdagangan internasional. Abu ‘Ubaid Al-Qasim berpandangan bahwa intervensi pemerintah dalam perdagangan internasional  sangat dibutuhkan untuk memastikan hukum-hukum dalam Al-Qur'an dan Sunnah dijalankan.  Sedangkan menurut Adam Smith, peran pemerintah dalam konsep ekspor dan impor di dalam perdagangan internasional harus diminimalisir bahkan sampai pada posisi tidak diperlukan. Kapitalisme perdagangan dalam pemikiran Smith untuk meningkatkan perekonomian suatu negara dalam perdagangan antar bangsa, dengan menghapus berbagai hambatan tarif dan non tarif untuk meningkatkan penjualan yang agregat tanpa memperhatikan tujuan ekonomi itu sendiri, yaitu mencapai kesejahteraan bagi masyarakat. Pandangan ini berbeda dengan Abu ‘Ubaid yang mengarahkan perdagangan international untuk menciptakan sistem ekonomi yang adil bagi masyarakat. Abstract

Syariah merupakan gaya hidup yang banyak diminati oleh masyarakat Indonesia karena memiliki penduduk mayoritas muslim. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang dapat mengembangkan bisnis syariah di kalangan generasi muda khususnya mahasiswa. Ada tiga faktor yang dianalisis dalam penelitian ini, yaitu ekspektasi pendapatan, lingkungan keluarga, dan pendidikan kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif berbasis kausal komparatif dan analisis yang dilakukan pada seluruh populasi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Ekonomi Islam Universitas Islam Indonesia angkatan 2016 dan 2017 sebanyak 101 mahasiswa. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan kuesioner atau kuesioner yang diberikan kepada seluruh populasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Ekspektasi Penghasilan berpengaruh positif terhadap Minat Bisnis Syariah. Begitu juga dengan lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh positif terhadap minat bisnis syariah. Sedangkan Pendidikan Kewirausahaansan berpengaruh terhadap Minat Bisnis Syariah dan secara simultan Ekspektasi Penghasilan, Lingkungan Keluarga, dan Pendidikan Kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Bisnis Syariah.

Abstract

Keditan village has a superior tourist attraction, namely Kampoeng Pinus Keditan which offers a natural panorama in the form of a pine forest and provides interesting spots to visit. Currently, the management of the Kampung Pinus Keditan tourist attraction is carried out simply and conventionally. There are several problems faced by the management of Pinus Keditan Village, namely; 1). There is no agreement regarding the sharing of profits from the Pine Village tourism business between Perhutani, the Village Government and the Landowner Community, 2) The recording of financial reports is still manual, resulting in frequent errors and 3). Lack of skills of Kampoeng Pine managers in promotion, marketing and outbound tourism guides. The aim of this empowerment is the development of Human Resources (HR) governance in the fields of promotion, marketing and outbound tourism guides and the preparation of digital-based financial reports for the results of the Kampoeng Pine Editan business. The method for implementing this service program uses the Participatory Action Research method with 8 main process cycles including 1) Observation, 2) planning, 3) Program development, 4) Socialization 5) Implementation, 6) Reflection, 7) evaluation, and 8) Follow up. The targets for this service are the Keditan village government, Pine Village managers and village communities. The output of this service program is in the form of improving management skills in promotion, marketing and guiding outbound tourism, digital-based profit-sharing applications for Pine Village tourism businesses, village profiles and tourism profiles for Keditan Pine Village.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis akad jual beli online dalam sistem dropshipping, menganalisis mekanisme jual beli online sistem dropshipping pada marketplace Shopee dan menganalisis kesesuaian akad jual beli online sistem dropshipping dengan mengkomparasi dengan Fatwa DSN MUI Nomor 93:DSN- MUI/IV/2014 Tentang Keperantaraan (Wasathah) Dalam Bisnis Properti. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dan dianalisis dengan analisis komparatif. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini didapat melalui observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian ada dua akad yang sesuai untuk menjelaskan sistem jual beli online menggunakan sistem dropshipping yaitu  akad wakalah dan akad  samsarah.  Analisis mekanisme  jual beli  sistem dropshipping yang ada pada marketplace Shopee dijelaskan dari keterkaitan antara para pihak, dari mekanisme kerjasama, mekanisme mendapat pesanan dan menjelaskan mengenai sistem dropshipping otomatis di Shopee. Dan Akad yang ada pada jual beli online sistem dropshipping sudah sesuai dengan Fatwa DSN MUI NO. 93:DSN-MUI/IV/2014 Tentang Keperantaraan (Wasathah) Dalam Bisnis Properti yaitu dengan   analisis berdasarkan ketentuan poin keempat Tentang Keperantaraan (Wasathah) mengikuti ketentuan tanpa melibatkan LKS.

Abstract

Cyber crime is a crime that utilizes technological developments, especially the internet. As a result, online fraud causes a lack of trust from potential consumers to online shops. This study aims to analyze how the influence of testimonials and endorsements on the interest in buying Muslim clothing, and which variables have the most influence between testimonials and endorsements. These testimonials and endorsements are one of the supporting factors to increase the trust of potential consumers tostores online due to the many reports offraud online that occur. This study uses quantitative methods, the data used are primary data by distributing questionnaires to 119 respondents in accordance with predetermined criteria. The non-probability sampling technique is the purposive sampling method according to the criteria. The data collection analysis technique is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of data processing concluded the results of the t test (pasrial), that the T variable was positive and significant to MB. And the estimated value of the E variable also shows a positive and significant impact on MB. The result of the f test (simultaneous) has a calculated F value of 42.111 with a significance level of 0.000. A significance value of 0.000 is smaller than an alpha of 0.05 indicating that the independent variables Testimonials (T) and Endorsements (E) simultaneously have a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely Purchase Interest (MB). The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) with a value of 0.411 or 41.4%. This shows that the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable is 41.1% and the remaining 59.6% is explained by other variables that are not included in the regression model.

Abstract

Di zaman sekarang ini banyak perusahaan besar yang sudah menerapkan konsep New Wave marketing, dimana konsep tersebut bisa digunakan di marketing secara online maupun offline, untuk sekarang ini dan masa yang akan datang berjualan di media sosial akan menjanjikan keberhasilan untuk meningkatkan penjualan. Melihat jumlah penduduk yang semakin hari semakin meningkat dengan didukung penggunaan media sosial yang meningkatkan pula di Indonesia. Dan oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis model new wave marketing yang menggunakan dua belas elemen pada konsep new wave marketing, yaitu Communitization, Confirmation, Clarification, Codification (DNA), Co-Creation, Currency, Communal Activation, Conversation, Commercialization, Character, Care dan Collaboration serta memahami faktor-faktor yang menjadi pendukung dan serta penghambat pemasaran produk yang dihadapi Modbymodi. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif sebagai metode penelitian, dan memperoleh data serta metode analisis sebagai teknik analisis data. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dan tidak menggunakan perhitungan, sehingga akan menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa bahasa lisan atau tulisan masyarakat sebagai sumber dan perilaku yang diamati. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan strategi pemasaran produk melalui model New Wave Marketing yang diterapkan oleh Modbymodi telah berlangsung selama kurang lebih 3 tahun sehingga mampu dikenal secara dekat oleh konsumen yang memberikan kepercayaan terhadap Modbymodi dalam inovasi-inovasi terbaru yang mengikuti trend. Metode pemasaran yang diterapkan oleh Modbymodi dapat memberikan solusi bagi konsumen untuk berkomunikasi secara gamblang atau jelas menganai produk yang diinginkan, serta konsumen bisa dalam mengenalkan produk Modbymodi dengan masyarakat yang luas. Analisis model New Wave marketing pada online shop Modbymodi memiliki beberapa faktor pendukung penerapan yang diterapkan oleh Modbymodi diantaranya: kemajuan teknologi yang baik sehingga memudahkan pemasaran melalui online. Produk pada Modbymodi beraneka ragam dan mengikuti trend, harga terjangkau untuk semua kalangan. Adapun kendala yang dihadapi Modbymodi dalam memasarkan produk melalui model New Wave Marketing, diantaranya: Stock yang diinginkan konsumen terkadang tidak tersedia, Stok yang diinginkan konsumen terkadang tidak tersedia di toko, jika harga bahan-bahan naik produsen kesulitan dalam menaikan harga produk. Seringnya berubah trend, Jika harga bahan naik produsen sulit untuk menaikan harga produk.
