Abstract

Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Provinsi Jawa Tengah merupakan badan pemerintah yang berperan penting dalam mengelola informasi dan komunikasi di wilayah Jawa Tengah, Selain Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN), Diskominfo Jateng juga dibantu oleh banyak tenaga non-ASN yang berperan penting dalam menunjang kelancaran operasional dan pelayanan publik. Proses penginputan data pegawai non-ASN masih menggunakan cara manual dengan menggunakan microsoft excel, cara ini dinilai kurang optimal dan menghambat pengambilan keputusan terkait pelaporan karyawan. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan sistem pengelolaan SDM berbasis website yang lebih efektif dan efisien untuk mempermudah dalam pengambilan kepustusan.Perancangan website menggunakan diagram UML (Unified Modelling Language) pembuatan website menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP (Hypertext Prepocessor) dan framework CodeIgniter 3. menggnakan pengujian dengan black box diperoleh hasil sesuai dengan harapan. Dengan adanya sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu pengelolaan sistem informasi kepegawaian non-ASN pada Diskominfo Jateng.

Abstract

In today's digital era, information about the automotive world is in great demand by the public. To meet these needs, an information system is needed that is able to present automotive news quickly, accurately, and easily accessible. This research aims to design and develop a website-based automotive news information system using PHP and MySQL. This system is designed to facilitate users in getting the latest information about the automotive world, including news about new vehicles, product reviews, maintenance tips, and the latest technology. The methods used in developing this system include needs analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The results show that the information system developed is able to provide automotive news services with a user-friendly interface and features that suit user needs. With this system, it is expected to increase the accessibility and dissemination of automotive information among the public.

Abstract

In this digital era, information technology is very important to develop small and medium industries (SMEs). The Department of Labor and Industry of Demak Regency seeks to improve the competitiveness of SMEs through a website-based e-catalog. The aim of this research is to create and implement an e-ICM catalogue that can be accessed online by the public as well as to evaluate how effective the catalogue is in promoting local products. Needs analysis, system design, implementation, and testing are the measures used in this research. This research aims to design and implement an SMEs e-catalog that can be accessed online by the community, and evaluate its effectiveness in promoting local products. The research method includes needs analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The result is an e-catalog website that displays complete information about SMEs products in Demak Regency, including product descriptions, images, and manufacturer contacts. This website also has a search feature and product categories to facilitate users. Using the black-box testing method, the test was conducted with a usability survey of 22 respondents, which yielded a score of 86.8%. It is expected that the system will help develop small and medium-sized industries (SMEs) in Demak district, improve product visibility, and support the local economy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas penerapan analisis sentimen pada ulasan aplikasi mobile menggunakan algoritma Naïve Bayes dan Support Vector Machine (SVM) dengan ekstraksi fitur TF-IDF (Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency). Analisis sentimen adalah proses penggalian informasi dari teks untuk menentukan opini yang terkandung di dalamnya, yang berguna bagi pengembang aplikasi untuk memahami umpan balik pengguna. Dataset ulasan aplikasi mobile berjumlah 378 ulasan yang dikumpulkan dan dibersihkan sebelum diekstraksi fiturnya menggunakan metode TF-IDF, yang mengukur pentingnya sebuah kata dalam dokumen relatif terhadap kumpulan dokumen. Selanjutnya, dua algoritma pembelajaran mesin, Naïve Bayes dan SVM, diterapkan untuk membangun model klasifikasi sentimen. Kinerja model dievaluasi menggunakan metrik akurasi, presisi, recall, dan F1-score dari hasil pengujian confussion matrix. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa algoritma Naïve Bayes mencapai akurasi 85.71%, sedangkan SVM mencapai akurasi 82.14%. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menekankan pentingnya pemilihan algoritma dan teknik ekstraksi fitur dalam analisis sentimen aplikasi mobile, serta memberikan informasibagi pengembang dalam meningkatkan kualitas aplikasi berdasarkan umpan balik pengguna.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sistem antrian dan efektifitas layanan nasabah di Bank. Salah satu masalah yang sering dialami oleh nasabah adalah antrian saat menunggu layanan. Antrian merupakan bagian penting dari pelayanan sehingga harus dikelola dengan baik. Objek penelitian adalah teller tarikan dan setoran dengan nominal kurang dari 25 juta rupiah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada hari Senin, Rabu, dan Jumat dalam satu bulan dan data diambil berdasarkan jumlah kedatangan nasabah dengan interval 30 menit. Proses analisis dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi distribusi probabilitas pola kedatangan dan pelayanan, pembuatan konfigurasi Arena, verifikasi model, menjalankan model dan analisis output. Sistem layanan antrian sudah efisien bagi penyedia layanan karena selama jam kerja, teller sebagai penyedia layanan tidak pernah menganggur dan tingkat utilisasi, kesibukan serta penjadwalan telah mencapai 100% tetapi belum efektif karena nasabah masing harus menunggu cukup lama yaitu sekitar 20 menit sebelum memperoleh layanan di teller. Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas implementasi mikrokontroler ESP32 dalam sistem Smart Home untuk kontrol perangkat lampu dan kipas berbasis pengenalan suara dan sensor cahaya. Sistem dirancang agar dapat mengatur pencahayaan secara otomatis berdasarkan intensitas cahaya lingkungan menggunakan sensor LDR, serta menerima perintah suara melalui Google Assistant yang terhubung dengan IFTTT dan Adafruit IO. Metode yang digunakan meliputi perancangan perangkat keras, pemrograman mikrokontroler dengan Arduino IDE, integrasi layanan cloud, serta pengujian sistem pada miniatur rumah. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem merespons perintah suara dengan rata-rata waktu 1,9 detik dan mampu membaca intensitas cahaya secara akurat setiap 2 detik. Sistem juga mendukung fitur override manual untuk mencegah penyalaan otomatis jika perangkat telah dimatikan oleh pengguna. Dengan demikian, sistem berhasil menggabungkan kontrol otomatis dan manual secara fleksibel dalam satu ekosistem Smart Home berbasis Internt of Things (IoT).   Kata Kunci: Smart Home, ESP32, Google Assistant, Sensor LDR, Internet of Things, IFTTT, Adafruit IO

Abstract

Banjir merupakan ancaman rutin bagi wilayah pesisir seperti Desa Loireng, Demak. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem monitoring ketinggian air berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) menggunakan sensor ultrasonik HC-SR04 dan mikrokontroler Arduino Uno. Sistem ini terintegrasi dengan Bot Telegram untuk mengirimkan notifikasi peringatan dini secara otomatis ketika ketinggian air melebihi ambang batas tertentu. Metode prototyping digunakan untuk membangun sistem secara bertahap melalui umpan balik pengguna. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu membaca ketinggian air dengan akurasi tinggi (deviasi <1,5 cm) dan mengirimkan notifikasi rata-rata dalam 2 detik. Tingkat keberhasilan pengiriman pesan mencapai 83,3%. Sistem ini terbukti responsif, hemat energi, dan efektif sebagai solusi peringatan dini banjir berbasis komunitas. Abstract

Seventy-two percent of the Muslim population in Indonesia is illiterate in Arabic script, thus requiring early childhood education. Young children often struggle to directly learn Arabic script, necessitating the role of instructors. However, most instructors in madrasahs do not teach Arabic script intensively, prompting the need for interactive and engaging learning media for children. Therefore, the development of an Android application for teaching Arabic script to young children is crucial. By employing the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, an Android application can be developed, incorporating gamification for interactive learning and the AI Life Cycle for developing a 3D Arabic script object detection model useful for automatic correction systems. The AI model is developed using SSD MobileNet v2 FPN Lite 640x640. Sixteen trials are conducted for separate letter modeling and two for connected letters. The separate letter modeling yields the best result in the 8th trial with a total loss of 0.182882 out of 1, using parameters of 16 batch size, 30,000 num steps, and checkpoint from the 7th trial. Connected letter modeling yields the best result in the 2nd trial with parameters of 8 batch size, 14,000 num steps, and checkpoint from the 1st trial. The output is an offline Android application integrating gamification and AI technology, featuring two categories of questions, each with 20 items.

Abstract

The Gereja Kristen Jawa (GKJ) Semarang Timur is located in the East Semarang area, with approximately 350 registered members, though average weekly worship attendance is only around 100 people. Member data is still recorded manually in printed books, while information on church activities, offerings, finances, inventory, and other updates is shared through WhatsApp groups or the printed Church Bulletin, which is only distributed during Sunday services. This limits access for members who are absent and makes data recording and retrieval inefficient. This study aims to design and develop a web-based information system to facilitate member data management, dissemination of worship information, and provide a platform for members to evaluate church services. The system includes features for member records (including transfers and deaths), event schedule management, evaluation forms, and regularly updated announcements. The system design follows the waterfall method, with data collected through observation, interviews, and literature review. Primary data was obtained from the GKJ Semarang Timur Church Council and administrative staff, while secondary data came from journals and books related to web-based information system development. The resulting website features a simple, user-friendly interface tailored to the church administration’s needs. The implementation of this system is expected to improve data search efficiency, expand the reach of church information, and serve as an effective communication medium between the church and its members. its congregation.

Abstract

The development of information technology and the internet has brought significant changes to the business world, including the trade sector. The use of e-commerce websites today is not only a means of buying and selling but also serves as an effective promotional tool to expand market reach. Sevent Sport, a sports equipment provider, requires a system capable of supporting digital promotional and sales activities to compete with similar stores and meet the needs of customers who increasingly prioritize ease and speed of transactions. This research aims to design and build an e-commerce website that can be used as a promotional tool and increase sales at Sevent Sport. The methodology used is the Waterfall system development model, which consists of the stages of needs analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The needs analysis was conducted to identify the problems encountered and the required features, such as a product catalog, shopping cart, ordering system, payment integration, product management, discount promotions, and transaction reports. The system design was created using UML diagrams and then implemented using the PHP programming language, a MySQL database, and a web-based supporting framework. The research results show that the e-commerce website is able to display product information in a structured manner, facilitate ordering and payment processes, and simplify the store owner's management of promotions and sales reports. Based on the results of the system testing conducted using the black box testing method, all key features functioned according to user needs. With this e-commerce website, Toko Sevent Sport can improve promotional effectiveness, expand its marketing reach, and support sales growth in the digital era.
