Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there were differences in the effect between the learning method PROBLEM BASED LEARNING (PBL) and CONTEXTUAL TEACHING AND LEARNING (CTL) on the achievement of economic learning competence on the subject of tax for high school students in class XI semester 1. This study used a real experimental method (CTL) true experimental research). The study population was all students of class XI of SMA N 1 Mejayan, consisting of 5 classes, with many students in each class of 40 to 45 students. Samples were taken by cluster sampling technique of 2 classes, the selected class is XI Social Sciences 2 class as experimental class I and XI Social Sciences 3 as experimental class II. Data collection techniques using the test method. Testing the requirements analysis of the normality test used the Shapiro Wilk method and the homogeneity test used the Levene method. The data analysis technique used is the t test. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded: There is a difference in the effect between the learning method PROBLEM BASED LEARNING (PBL) with the method of learning CONTEXTUAL TEACHING AND LEARNING (CTL) on the achievement of economic learning achievement on the subject of tax for high school students in class XI semester 1. This is indicated by the value of t arithmetic of -11.215 at a significant level of 0.05 that is equal to 0.041 so that the significant value is smaller than 0.05 (probability 0.041 <0.05). The average change in economic learning achievement on the subject of tax for PBL class is 1.68 and for CTL class is 3.03. Therefore, the CONTEXTUAL TEACHING AND LEARNING (CTL) method is more influential in improving learning achievement.

Abstract

The learning process that involves materials, methods, teaching aids and so on must undergo changes towards renewal (innovation). Teachers are required to be more creative and innovative. Especially in determining the appropriate learning model and method will determine the success of students in the formation of life skills. Students' life skills are also expected to emerge when learning Indonesian. Therefore the purpose of this study is to find out the improvement of Indonesian learning achievement after the implementation of the collaborative teaching model and to determine the effect of motivation to learn Indonesian after applying the collaborative teaching model. This research method uses action research as much as two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages: design, activity and observation, reflection, and revision. The data obtained in the form of formative test results, observation sheets of teaching and learning activities. From the results of the analyst found that student achievement has increased from cycle I to cycle II namely, cycle I (51%) and cycle II (89%). The conclusion is that the collaborative teaching model can positively influence the achievement, interest, attention and participation, motivation of learning student of Public Elementary School 03 Mukomuko City, as well as this learning model can be used as an alternative learning Indonesian achievement.

Abstract

: This study aims to describe the conception of religious education that emphasizes more students to get debriefing in dealing with life's problems in society, with an integrative approach. Curriculum development is in line with meeting the needs of the problems that are happening. The social reconstruction curriculum model is a development model based on rebuilding people's lives for the better. Religion has a very decisive role in shaping and fostering human life in society to be better, because religion has values ​​and norms that are the source of life guidelines. The research method used by the writer is literature study method. The results of this study are integrated social reconstruction curriculum models and religious education that results.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) lesson plan on the application of character education through the exemplary values of Ali bin Abi Talib in learning the history of Islamic culture; (2) the implementation of learning on the application of character education through the exemplary values of Ali bin Abi Talib in learning the history of Islamic culture; (3) evaluation of learning on the application of character education through the exemplary values of Ali bin Abi Talib in learning the history of Islamic culture; (4) constraints and solutions to the application of character education through the exemplary values of Ali bin Abi Thalib in learning the history of Islamic culture to students of MIN 2 Bengkulu City. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method which is carried out by emphasizing the process of implementing integrated character education in the learning of Islamic cultural history in the material of Ali bin Abi Thalib. Data collection used observation, interview, and document analysis techniques. Data was collected through resource persons, learning activities, and learning documents. The data validity techniques used were informant review and triangulation, namely method triangulation and data triangulation. The results showed that: (1) lesson planning is contained in the 2013 curriculum-based lesson plan; (2) Ali bin Abi Talib's exemplary values are conveyed to students in the implementation of learning with the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) and Direct Instruction (DI) methods which include the values of intelligence, humility, courage, responsibility, generosity, justice and equality, simplicity, compassion, wisdom, patience, and leadership; (3) learning evaluation is classified according to Bloom's Taxonomy which includes cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains; (4) learning constraints arise from component factors consisting of students, teachers, and learning resources, as well as technical factors which include lesson time, supervision, and facilities. Islamic Cultural History teachers overcome obstacles with personal approaches, assignments, variations in learning resources, adjusting learning models, and complementing teaching tools.

Abstract

Akhlak adalah tingkah laku yang ditunjukan seseorang secara sadar dalam melakukan suatu perbuatan secara berulang-ulang tanpa memikirkan terlebih dahulu sehingga menjadi kebiasaan. Dalam islam pengertian akhlak adalah suatu prilaku yang menghubungkan Allah dengan makhluk-Nya sehingga nilai baik dan buruk dalam akhlak ini diukur mengunakan alquran dan hadis. Upaya menanamkan akhlak hendaknya dimulai sejak anak masih di usia dini. Hal ini karena usia dini merupakan masa kritis bagi pembentukan akhlak seseorang. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan dalam proses penanaman akhlak ini adalah melalui kisah sebab kisah itu mampu menyentuh jiwa. Kisah dapat menjadi sarana penuntun prilaku yang baik sekaligus sebagai sarana kritik bagi prilaku yang kurang baik, menuntun dengan cara yang halus dan mengkritik dengan cara yang tidak menyakitkan hati.

Abstract

This study determined the effect of teacher work motivation and principal leadership on teacher performance. This research uses quantitative methods with correlational research type. This research is a population study with 61 research subjects, namely teachers of public elementary schools in Gugus 03 Muara Telang. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using correlation analysis techniques and multiple linear regression. The results showed that: (1) teacher work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers at SD Negeri Gugus 03, Muara Telang District; (2) Principal leadership has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at SD Negeri Gugus 03, Muara Telang District; (3) Teacher work motivation and principal leadership together have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at SD Negeri Gugus 03, Muara Telang District.

Abstract

In the teaching of history there have been contradictions between the goal with the materials, where religion is the purpose of, but the source that comes from religion as revelation is not held as the principle of knowledge. The lessons of history lapsed diapersepsi by secular, so that there must be an effort to straighten the contradiction with the union of the values of Islam in Social Studies lessons history. This research including in descriptive explorative using naturalistic method because this research has been done on natural conditions (natural settings). Data collection techniques conducted by observation, interview, and documentation. The subject of this research is the planting of the value of the religion of Islam at MTs Miftahut Tholibin Mejobo. The object of research is in Social Studies lessons of history in class VIII, with analytically deductive analysis. The results of the study showed that the implementation ofthe values of the religion of Islam in Social Studies lessons History done by specifying the field of study which will be integrated between the Social Studies History and religion. Then, learn competency standard (SK) and basic competencies (KD) of Social Studies History with religion and identify some basic competency in various SK that has potency to be united. The superiority of this learning can improve student learning motivation and increase cooperation between subject and teachers. The disadvantages are the limitations of social studies teachers about the history of the understanding of the arguments of the Qur'an and Hadith and there is no manual book that brings together the subjects with the values of Islam.

Abstract

Pendidikan yang saat ini selalu menjadi bahan yang diperbincangkan. Untuk menghasilkansumber daya manusia yang unggul pendidikan sangat berpengaruh dalam kehidupan. Akan tetapipendidikan yang dimaksud bukanlah hanya pendidikan umum hanya. Dalan mencapai tujuan tersebutmanusia harus dapat menempatkan posisinya sebagai makhluk religius, makhluk sosial, makhlukindividu mamupun mahluk yang bermoral. Semuanya saling berkaitan satu dengan yang lainnya. Padapenelitian ini, penulis memiliki tujuan yang ingin dicapai yaitu bagaimana cara sesorang siswa/ataupelajar dalam memilih temannya sehingga hal tersebutpun juga akan mempengaruhi sikap dan perilakukeagamaannya. Penelitian ini temasuk ke dalam penelitian lapangan (field research) dimanamenggunakan metode penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknikpengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara penyebaran angket kepada sampel berjumlah 86 siswa.Kemudian dianalisis dengan statistik menggunakan rumus product moment. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa pemilihan teman di sekolah, teman bermain, maupun teman memecahkan masalahmempunyai hubungan positif dengan perilaku keagamaan siswa di SLTP Islam Al-Ma‟ruf Kudus.Kedua, perilaku keagamaan siswa SLTP Islam Al-Ma‟ruf Kudus dapat dikatakan baik, hal iniberdasarkan pada niai rata-rata hasil angket sebesar 3,38 dalam kategori baik. Ketiga, berdasarkananalisis kuantitatif, menunjukkan bahwa teman bermain mempunyai pengaruh yang sangat besarterhadap perilaku keagamaan siswa SLTP Islam Al-Ma‟ruf Kudus. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasilkorelasi product moment pemilihan teman di sekolah („xy) =0,876, pemilihan teman bermain („xy) =0,610 dan pemilihan teman memecahkan masalah („xy) = 0,815. Yang ternyata lebih besar daripadanilai r pada tabel korelasi product moment yaitu rt sebesar 0,217 dengan signifikansi 5 %. Dengandemikian hipotesa yang berbunyi “semakin baik siswa dalam memilih teman, maka akan semakin baikpula perilaku keagamaannya” ini dapat diterima.

Abstract

Another factor that cannot be ignored in learning is involving students in the learning process. This study aims to describe the planning, implementation which includes (strategy, methods, materials, media, assessment), evaluation, as well as identifying obstacles and solutions to overcome obstacles in learning ICT-based Islamic Education at SMPN 1 Bengkulu. This research method is descriptive qualitative. Sources of data were obtained from places and events, informants, and documents. Places and events in the learning process took place at SMPN 1 Bengkulu. The informants are school principals, teachers of Islamic Religious Education subjects, curriculum division, facilities and infrastructure division, students, school supervisors, and parents of students. The documents studied are documents related to the implementation of Islamic Religious Education learning. The data were analyzed using an interactive analysis model which included data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/verification. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded as follows, 1) The planning carried out by the teacher is in accordance with the KTSP. 2) Implementation of learning which includes active learning strategies, the methods used vary: lecture method, question and answer, inquiry and assignment, material: applying the law of reading qalqalah and ra, media: power point visualized via LCD, laptop, computer and internet, assessment : includes process assessment and results assessment with a computerized system that can be accessed via the SMS Gateway service. 3) Assessment of ICT-based learning is able to increase students' motivation and learning achievement, as well as being able to foster enthusiasm and passion for learning. 4) the obstacles in learning to use ICT media are the class is a bit crowded, nervous during presentations, there are children who don't have laptops, computers, modems, to access material from the internet, internet networks that sometimes don't connect. Solutions to overcome obstacles, given direction so that the class is conducive, guidance, fulfillment of infrastructure in each class.

Abstract

Pembelajaran al-Qur’an hadist terutama dalam membaca dan memahami isi kandungan surat- surat pendek yang selama ini di kelas IX E SMP Negeri 7 Kota Bengkulu lebih mengarah kepada sifat dominan pada guru dengan banyak memakai metode ceramah dan demonstrasi sehingga kurang mampu membaca dan memahami isi kandungan surat-surat pendek dengan baik dan menjadikan pasif. Studi ini dimaksudkan untuk menjawab permasalahan: 1) Bagaimana pelaksanaan metode drill dan jigsaw dalam pembelajaran Surat at-Tiin di kelas IX E SMP Negeri 7 Kota Bengkulu? 2) Apakah pelaksanaan metode Drill dan jigsaw dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Surat at-Tiin siswa di kelas IX E SMP Negeri 7 Kota Bengkulu? Permasalahan tersebut di bahas melalui Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan melalui 2 siklus dengan setiap siklus tahapannya adalah perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui observasi dan dokumentasi. Kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Penerapan metode jigsaw pada materi Surat at-Tiin di kelas IX E SMP Negeri 7 Kota Bengkulu dengan berbagai siklus yang terdiri dari pertama perencanaan dengan membuat RPP, LOS, merancang kelompok dan menyetting kelas dan menyiapkan media pembelajaran, kedua tindakan ini merupakan proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan yang di mulai dari persiapan dengan do’a dan absensi, membaca bersama, menerangkan materi, diskusi kelompok dan presentasi kelompok, terakhir guru mengajak do’a bersama, ketiga observasi peneliti meneliti kegiatan siswa dan guru tiap siklus, keempat dari hasil observasi tersebut di refleksi untuk pedoman pembelajaran pada siklus berikutnya 2) Ada peningkatan prestasi siswa pada materi Surat at-Tiin di kelas IX E SMP Negeri 7 Kota Bengkulu setelah menggunakan metode jigsaw dapat dilihat dari tingkat ketuntasan belajar siswa persiklus yaitu pada pra siklus ada 10 siswa atau 29% mengalami kenaikan pada siklus I yaitu 24 siswa atau 69% dan pada siklus II ada 31 siswa atau 89%, ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran yang dilakukan sudah mencapai indikator yang ditentukan yakni 75%, demikian juga dengan keaktifan siswa dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran Surat at-Tiin juga meningkat persiklusnya yaitu pada pra siklus ada 8 siswa atau 23% di siklus I keaktifan siswa mencapai 22 siswa atau 62% dan pada siklus II sudah mencapai 30 siswa atau 86%, dan nilai rata-rata peserta didik pada pra siklus 58,57% dan pada siklus I meningkat menjadi 68% dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 81% dan begitu juga pada ketuntasan klasikalnya mulai dari persiklusnya yaitu pra siklus mendapat nilai 29%, siklus I mendapat nilai 62,85% dan pada siklus II mencapai nilai 88,87%, ini menunjukkan usaha guru untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa dengan menggunakan metode jigsawberhasil.
