Abstract

Digitalization of zakat and waqf is an innovation that has great potential to encourage the empowerment of the people. Through literature analysis and case studies, this research explores the role of zakat and waqf in Islam, the development of their digitalization in Indonesia, and how this innovation helps in the process of empowering the Ummah. This study aims to examine the transformation of the role of technology in the collection and distribution of social funds, especially related to the digitalization of zakat and waqf in Indonesia. The formulation of this research problem is focused on how digital technology has changed the way zakat and waqf are collected and distributed, as well as its impact on the effectiveness and efficiency of this process. The method used is descriptive analysis, where data and information are collected through relevant literature studies, as well as observations of the implementation and current practices of digitalizing zakat and waqf in Indonesia. Although there are challenges, such as the need to increase digital literacy and transparency, digitalization can be an essential force in maximizing the distribution and effectiveness of zakat and waqf. Solutions and steps that can be taken to overcome these challenges are also discussed. Therefore, collaboration between the government, financial institutions and zakat and waqf management organizations is essential in realizing the full potential of this digitalization.

Abstract

Benign prostatic hyperplasia is a condition where stromal and epithelial contributions are proliferative. The clinical features of benign prostatic hyperplasia are prostate enlargement, lower urinary tract complaints, and bladder obstruction. Several factors are thought to increase the risk of benign prostate hyperplasia, including age, family history, obesity, physical activity, diabetes, diet, smoking and alcohol consumption. This study aims to determine the relationship between age factors and the incidence of benign prostatic hyperplasia disease at RSU Royal Prima Medan. This study used quantitative research with a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique in this study used a total sampling technique. This study analyzed a sample of 32 data using univariate and bivariate tests using Chi-Square. Based on the univariate test, it is known that the incidence of benign prostatic hyperplasia mostly occurs at the age of 61-70 years, as many as 15 people (46.9%). Based on the results of ultrasound, the size of the prostate volume is mostly 61 - 80 ml, as many as 15 people (46.9%). Based on the bivariate test using Chi-Square, the p-value is 0.023 (p<0.05), so it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between age and benign prostatic hyperplasia.

Abstract

Personal hygiene is a person's self-care to maintain cleanliness and health for physical and psychological well-being. Hygiene maintenance is necessary for individual comfort, safety, and health. One of a person's hygiene efforts is to care for skin hygiene. Low hygiene can be one of the precipitating factors for developing skin diseases. Orphanages are social institutions that accommodate, educate, and care for abandoned children, orphans, orphans, and orphans. Environmental conditions in the orphanage can cause many children to experience skin diseases, such as itching, heat or burning, bumps, and white patches, usually caused by the lack of clean water, alternating use of towels, and rarely changing bed linen and pillowcases. This study aimed to determine the relationship between personal hygiene and skin complaints in orphanages in Medan Area District. This research is analytical and uses a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional research design. This study used a sample of 77. Data in this study were collected through questionnaires and then analyzed using univariate and bivariate tests using Chi-Square. It was continued with validity and reality tests. Based on univariate tests, the majority of respondents have good personal hygiene. Based on bivariate tests using Chi-Square, it is known that the p-value is <0.05, so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between personal hygiene and skin complaints.

Abstract

The importance of madrasa-centered management and issues related to the management of the curriculum in madrasah in order to facilitate the learning process in an educational institution. This article aims to understand the concepts of Islamic education management, curriculum management, student affairs, infrastructure, finance, and the challenges Madrasah management faces. This article is written based on a literature study. This study relies on library research methods, where the necessary data and information to refine this article are taken from sources available in libraries, such as books and journals. A description of the madrasah, including its issues, curriculum management, facilities and infrastructure management, student management, financial management, and management challenges. Management is crucial in ensuring the smoothness of the learning process at educational institutions, including establishing positive relationships between the institution and parents or students, as well as the community. This discussion will address aspects of management at educational institutions, such as Madrasah management and its issues, curriculum management, facilities and infrastructure management, student management, and financial management and its challenges. All elements within the management of educational institutions must be integrated and have a close reciprocal relationship because if one aspect encounters problems, the learning process can be disrupted.

Abstract

This research aims to determine inclusive education management in Way Kanan Regency. This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects were the school committee, school principals, teachers accompanying children with special needs, children with special needs, and parents of children with special needs. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The data source in this research results from data collection carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. To process the validity of the data using triangulation. Results of data analysis regarding the management of Inclusive Education at SMP PGRI 1 Bumi Agung Way Kanan. In essence, Education is the right of all children. Every child is born fitrah, including children with special needs. Inclusive Education aims to make teachers and students feel comfortable with diversity and view diversity as not a problem but a challenge for the school environment.

Abstract

BTS is currently the most famous Korean idol boy band not only in Indonesia but also throughout the world. Because of their high profits, many large companies are eyeing to work with them as Brand Ambassadors and product influencers, eventually giving rise to the term "BTS effect." This research aims to analyze the influence of Brand Ambassadors on intention to purchase skin care products which Brand Image and Brand Awareness mediate. The method used is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach because the respondent is a Tokopedia user who knows Tokopedia's Brand Ambassador. Data analysis used the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) with 103 Tokopedia user respondents in Indonesia. The research results show that Brand Ambassadors influence Brand Image, Brand Awareness, and Purchase Intention. Brand Ambassadors have a positive influence on Brand Image and Brand Awareness.

Abstract

Companies need digital marketing to achieve more profits compared to conventional marketing. One of the benefits of digital marketing is that it can reduce company marketing costs and connect and disseminate company-related information to Internet users worldwide. PT Indoneptune Net Mfg is a fishing gear industrial company that ventures jointly with Japan (Momoi Fishing Net Mfg. co., Ltd) and Indonesia. PT Indoneptune Net Mfg has its own digital marketing media: a website. However, currently, the company website could be more optimal because it does not contain information about the company or company products on the company website. This makes the author suggest optimizing the company's website because the entire world community can consume the information contained on the website. The information contained on the website makes customers more confident in the company's existence. It increases their confidence in deciding to purchase the company's products. The method that will be used is analyzing company data using the SWOT concept and improving the appearance of the company website using design thinking. Then, using the design thought method, a prototype will be created to conduct design testing using a usability test. This research shows that the score obtained for the company website design of PT Indoeptune Net Mfg was 93.8%, with a very high score category for all aspects.

Abstract

The effect of brand image and servicescape on loyalty through satisfaction at Coffee Shop in Yogyakarta. This research is causality research (cause-and-effect relationship) with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were buyers who had visited Coffee Shops in Yogyakarta in the period March 2023 to August 2023 and who had visited Coffee Shop in Yogyakarta with a sample of 200 respondents. The sampling method used is nonprobability sampling with sampling techniques where the population size is unknown, the Roscoe method is used. The analysis in this study used Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the analysis show that brand image has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction. Servicescape has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction. Brand image has a positive and significant effect on loyalty. Servicescape has a positive and insignificant effect on loyalty. Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on loyalty. Brand image has a positive and significant effect on loyalty through satisfaction. Servicescape has a positive and significant effect on loyalty through satisfaction at a Coffee Shop in Yogyakarta.
