CV. Chavasindo Jaya is engaged in production which is located at Jl. Paya Geli, Sunggal, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra 20351. The products produced are soap and hair vitamins. The problem that occurs is that the head of production cannot always monitor production operations because there are many operations handled and the head of production tends to only see based on reports received from the production administration on weekends, so production operational errors often occur, for example production results are not balanced with operational needs and this can be detrimental to the company because the leadership does not directly know the operations that occur every day. This study aims to make it easier for the head of production to monitor production operations so that errors in production operations no longer occur. This study uses Web and Android applications for monitoring the production operations of CV. Chavasindo Jaya. With the production operational monitoring application, it can make it easier for the head of production to monitor production operations.

This study aims to determine the effect of work from home (WFH), job specifications on employee work and its impact on the performance of PT. Titis Sampurna – Operation & Maintenance of Prabumulih. The type of research used is associative research. The technique of collecting data in this research is by distributing questionnaires. The research population at PT. Titis Sampurna O & M Prabumulih opened 156 employees and a sample of 112 employees. Analysis of the data used in this study is inferential statistical analysis with a path analysis approach, with a significant level of 5%. The results showed that 1) There was a positive and significant effect of Work From Home (WFH) on the Job Satisfaction of PT. Titis Sampurna O & M Prabumulih, 2) There is a positive and significant influence of Job Specifications on the Work of Employees of PT. Titis Sampurna O & M Prabumulih, 3) There is a positive and significant effect of Work From Home (WFH) on the performance of employees of PT. Titis Sampurna O & M Prabumulih, 4) There is no and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Titis Sampurna O & M Prabumulih, 5) There is a positive and insignificant effect of Work from Home (WFH), Job Specifications on Employee Performance through Employee Work objectives as Intervening Variables PT. Titis Sampurna O & M Prabumulih.

This research investigates the influence of content personalisation on consumer purchase decisions in the e-commerce industry, with an emphasis on the application of Consumer Education and Awareness methods. Through a case study on FashionTrend, an e-commerce platform, the results show that the Consumer Education and Awareness approach is effective in improving users' understanding of content personalisation practices and the importance of data privacy. The results show an increase in consumer trust, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance. However, this study has limitations in the scope of the solution methods used. Therefore, future research is recommended to delve deeper into the implications of Consumer Education and Awareness strategies comparatively with other approaches, as well as explore the contextual factors that influence their effectiveness.

This research aims to investigate the role of social media in shaping brand image in the online fashion industry and analyse the application of brand differentiation methods as a strategy to overcome challenges in a dynamic social media environment. Using a qualitative approach, data was collected through case studies on several online fashion brands active on social media. The results show that companies can leverage personalisation of consumer experience, augmented reality technology, and collaboration with influencers to differentiate their brands from competitors and strengthen brand image in an increasingly competitive market. However, this study has limitations in coverage which focused on the online fashion industry and brand differentiation methods, so it is recommended for future research to expand the coverage and deepen the understanding of other factors that influence brand image in the context of social media..

This study aims to explore the influence of marketing strategies through video content platforms on purchase intentions and consumer engagement, with a focus on increasing transparency in marketing practices. Through quantitative and qualitative data analysis, results show that increased transparency in marketing practices, such as clear statements by content creators and the use of fake review detection technology, have a positive impact on consumer trust, purchase intentions, and consumer engagement. However, this study has limitations in that its scope is limited to aspects of transparency, and for future development it is recommended to extend the research to other factors that influence consumer behaviour in the context of marketing through video content platforms.

This research investigates the application of Lean Management methods in the context of a manufacturing company with the aim of improving operational efficiency and reducing waste. Through value stream analysis, elimination of wastage, implementation of Just-in-Time systems, utilisation of technology and automation, employee training, and establishment of a Lean culture, this research demonstrates that holistic implementation of Lean can yield significant results in improving productivity and product quality while reducing production costs. The research also identifies certain limitations in the context of Lean Management implementation and offers suggestions for future research development, including a focus on deeper influence factors and the integration of Industry 4.0 concepts with Lean Management.

This study investigates the application of neuromarketing methods in improving the effectiveness of product marketing strategies in the cosmetics industry. Using brain scanning technologies such as MRI or EEG, neurological data is collected to understand consumers' brain responses to cosmetic product advertisements. Findings suggest that neuromarketing can provide valuable insights into consumer preferences and behavior, but also highlight challenges related to ethics, privacy, and data interpretation. The practical implications of this study are the need for deeper integration of neuromarketing findings with conventional knowledge of consumer behavior, as well as the need for strict policies in data management and consumer privacy protection. Future research could deepen the understanding of brain responses to cosmetic products through longitudinal studies and explore the ethical and social implications of using neuromarketing technologies in the context of marketing cosmetic products.

This research investigates the application of Data Privacy Compliance methods in improving the personalization of product marketing strategies using artificial intelligence technology in the automotive industry. With a focus on compliance with applicable data privacy regulations, this research explores the impact of such an approach on consumer satisfaction, marketing strategy effectiveness, and corporate reputation. The results show that prioritizing consumer privacy can bring significant benefits, including increased consumer trust, better risk management, and long-term competitive advantage. However, the research also identifies limitations in access to relevant data and limited time frames, and suggests conducting follow-up studies on the long-term effects of implementing this strategy, as well as exploring new challenges and opportunities that arise in the development of future research.

A decision support system is a combination of individual intelligence sources with component capabilities to improve decision quality. Decision support system is also a computer-based information system for decision-making management that handles semi-structured problems. The purpose of this study was to create an application for nurse employees at RSUD Porsea. Based on the results of the research that has been discussed, the Decision Support System for Determining the Best Nurse at RSUD Porsea using the Simple Additive Wieghting (SAW) method with the benefit of being able to make it easier to process nurse data and make it easier to determine the best nurse for a nurse promotion at RSUD Porsea.
