<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to describe how the role of a parent and teacher in the era of Independent Learning curriculum today. The research method used is literature research or literature study by reviewing various literature relevant to the theme of research and also the interview process between parents and teachers and this article uses a photo attachment during the interview procession. The results of this study indicate that the role of parents with teachers is very important in the implementation of the independent learning curriculum. But again in implementing a curriculum that requires a habituation so that the program is carried out properly, because there are still some people still do not really understand what the meaning of independent curriculum whether it is from the side of teachers and parents. From these conditions, it can be possible to socialize the implementation of the independent curriculum in advance to related parties, especially teachers and parents, so that the independent curriculum runs well, students are happy and can accept what it means to learn, and feel happy and comfortable with learning itself]]>

Through etymological analysis and theological insights, it elucidates wealth as encompassing ethical, social, and spiritual dimensions. The discussion navigates through various classifications of wealth, including tangible and intangible assets, and delineates Islam's stance on ownership, emphasizing responsible stewardship guided by religious principles. Furthermore, the article explores Islam's perspective on the role of wealth within society, positioning it among the five essential human needs according to Islamic jurisprudence. It underscores the imperative for wealth management grounded in moral values and societal welfare, emphasizing the importance of equitable distribution and communal prosperity. Ultimately, the article underscores Islam's call for conscientious utilization of wealth, not only as an individual prerogative but also as a collective responsibility towards fostering social justice and communal well-being.]]>

<![CDATA[Differences in a marriage are considered normal, but if the difference is religion, giving rise to an interfaith marriage, this creates problems. The aim of this research is how civil law and how the compilation of Islamic law addresses this. This research uses qualitative research by reviewing civil laws and previous research books which are strengthened by the arguments of the Koran and Hadith collected through library research which are then analyzed using descriptive analysis to produce descriptive words that can be observed according to existing events. It was concluded that society should pay more attention to the relationship between civil law and the compilation of Islamic law in marriage. Based on the research results above, it is recommended. Interfaith marriages are prohibited in Islamic law, therefore, there needs to be a positive response from the ulama to further increase Islamic Sharia regarding the prohibition of interfaith marriages. The positive legal view towards interfaith marriages is that interfaith marriages are contrary to existing norms in Indonesia, therefore law enforcers must have firmness towards interfaith marriages.]]>

<![CDATA[Pawning has become a financial instrument that is widely used by the public as a solution to get fast funds with goods as collateral. This article aims to examine the practice of pawning from a positive legal perspective in Indonesia, especially in the Civil Code, and compare it with the principles of pawning in Islam contained in the hadith. This research uses a normative and comparative juridical approach method with a focus on articles 1150-1160 of the Civil Code and authentic hadith narrated by Al-Tirmidhi. From the results of the analysis, both legal sources show harmony in the principles of pawning, with hadith as a moral and ethical guide, while the Civil Code provides a detailed legal framework regarding the rights and obligations of the parties involved. The harmony between these two sources of law confirms that the practice of pawning can function in harmony with sharia principles and applicable law. Therefore, it is important for parties involved in pawn transactions to understand and comply with the established rules, as well as uphold ethical and moral values in every transaction. It is hoped that this research can become a reference for practitioners, government and related institutions in maintaining integrity and fairness in pawn practices.]]>

<![CDATA[The rapid and easy access to news in modern societies around the world, particularly news that showcases the lifestyles of advanced nations, has led to a shift in the lifestyle of modern communities. Consequently, the issues faced by modern societies have become increasingly complex. The purpose of this research is to analyze the role of Syakib Arsalan’s thinking in addressing the challenges of modern society. The study employs qualitative research methodology through a literature review of primary sources, specifically Syakib Arsalan’s work titled “Limadza Ta’akhoro al-Muslimun Wa Limadza Taqoddama Ghoiruhu,” as well as relevant secondary sources. The research findings indicate that by applying Syakib Arsalan’s ideas, reviving the spirit of jihad—both in terms of material wealth and personal commitment—can lead to the realization of a modern Islamic community that consistently embodies the spirit of jihad.]]>

<![CDATA[The researcher noticed, in the process of teaching the Arabic language, especially in the second grade of primary school at Jannatul Naeem Falankaraya Institute, that teaching the Arabic language, especially the reading skill, is surrounded by many problems, so that the desired goal of education has not been fully achieved. The morphology book is one of the means that will be used to develop the reading skill, because the researcher finds that in the second grade of primary school, the students have learned grammar and the book used there is the text of Ajrumiyyah, but unfortunately the students have not studied morphology. Based on the above, the researcher wanted to solve this problem by conducting scientific research using the morphology book and the effectiveness of its use in teaching reading skills to students in this school. The approach used by the researcher is the quantitative approach. The result of using the morphology book in the Arabic language in an experimental group is effective because the score reached a score of 4.39 for the experimental group, this number is greater than the score of 4.39 for the The table is at the significance level of 5% and 1%. <![CDATA[This study aims to develop an interactive learning model that can enhance students' motivation in learning Arabic. By utilizing a technology-based approach and active learning methods, it is expected that students will be more engaged in the learning process and achieve better results. The research was conducted in several high schools in Indonesia, focusing on measuring students' motivation and learning outcomes before and after the implementation of the interactive learning model. The results of the study show a significant increase in students' motivation and learning outcomes after the implementation of this model.]]>

<![CDATA[The tradition of visiting graves is a form of religious expression that has developed in various Muslim communities, especially in Indonesia. One of the tombs that has sacred meaning is Habib Abdullah Al-Haddad Sangeng in Bangil which is very deep. Apart from being a final resting place, this tomb also has symbolic meaning as a meeting point between Islamic values brought from Hadramaut and local culture in Indonesia. This research aims to understand how this tradition was formed, the values contained in it, and the role of sacred graves in the socio-religious dynamics of the local community. The research method used is a historical-cultural approach by examining various historical sources, interviews with community leaders, and direct observation at the grave site. The research results show that the grave of Habib Abdullah Bin Ali Al-Haddad has become a pilgrimage center for Muslim communities, not only from Bangil but also from various other regions in Indonesia. Belief in the blessings (barakah) of this tomb is one of the main factors that encourages people to make pilgrimages, perform prayers, and participate in various rituals that have been going on for generations. Apart from the religious aspect, this tradition also has social and cultural dimensions that strengthen community ties, both through religious, economic activities and social interactions that occur during pilgrimage processions. Thus, pilgrimage to sacred graves not only functions as a practice of worship but also as a means of preserving Islamic cultural heritage in the archipelago. This research provides new insight into the importance of sacred graves in shaping the religious and social identity of Muslim communities in Indonesia.]]>
