<![CDATA[Ushul fiqh is a very important science in producing Islamic law that is responsive and adaptable to contemporary problems, because it is a science that contains a collection of methods, basics, approaches and theories used in understanding Islamic teachings. This research was conducted using the library research method, which involves taking and collecting data from various literature sources that are relevant to the problem being researched. The majority of ulama agree that qiyas is a form of proof or argument that comes from the Al-Quran and Sunnah to determine the law regarding a case that has not been regulated in the main text. However, there are views that do not agree with the qiyas method, as expressed by Abu Zaid and Fazlur Rahman. They argue that qiyas is an imperfect and less convincing form of analogy, because it assumes ambiguity in the Al-Quran and Sunnah, so it requires explanation through the process of analogy. Criticism of As-Shafi'i epistemology by Al-Jabiri highlights the use of bayani thinking in understanding texts, with language as the main tool. Nevertheless, As-Syafi'i's contribution in developing ulus al-fiqh had a spectacular impact.]]>

<![CDATA[This section is separate Changes in the culture of learning foreign languages, especially Arabic, as a result of the use of technology are very dependent on various components in the learning support system. This research can be categorized as a library research. The approach applied in this research is a qualitative approach, which emphasizes the analysis of processes and dynamics of relationships between observed phenomena using scientific logic. Learning videos using Canva are suitable for Arabic language subjects, especially material that requires in-depth understanding. Learning videos through Canva make it possible to create animated images of moving objects so that they look like they can be felt in real life, even though they are semi-concrete.]]>

The research methodology used in this writing is a qualitative approach with the type of research in the form of a literature review. ASSURE learning model is an abbreviation for Analyze learner characteristics, State performance objective, Select (methods, media and materials), Utilize materials, Require learner participation, Evaluation and revise. Namely the process of designing a learning model from analyzing student character, learning methods, selecting and applying appropriate learning methods and media and carrying out evaluations and revisions during learning. Developing Islamic Religious Education learning media through ASSURE Model appropriately will provide benefits for teachers and students in making learning effective.]]>

Schools that function as non-profit organizations must adapt to changes in an increasingly competitive educational climate. The research is library research, which relies on analysis of literary sources that are relevant to the topic being studied. In educational services, products include reputation, prospects, and various choices, which are the keys to the success of educational institutions. Product and service differentiation strategies that include reliability, responsiveness, confidence, empathy, and tangibility are important in meeting consumer expectations and creating a positive image for the institution. In Islam, academic culture plays an important role in shaping the behavior of educators, although often ideal values are not fully reflected in society's culture. The role of academic leaders is very influential in introducing and influencing the way individuals carry out organizational values in their daily lives. Because the country of Indonesia has very unique advantages, it can be seen from the condition of the country of Indonesia with a population of approximately 250 million people, each with its own diversity. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive approach. The formation of student character is an ongoing process that involves the important roles of schools, families and communities. Teachers play a central role in shaping student character because they interact continuously with students in the school environment. They can influence and shape students' character through daily interactions, observations, and moral education. <![CDATA[Abstract In reality, human history can’t be separated from education. The purpose of this research is (1) knowing the substance of human education from islamic education perspective (2) knowing the relation between education and human quality from islamic education perspective (3) knowing the purpose of islamic education and also the pupose of human life. This research used library research method. The result of this research shows that: (1) substantially education is basic necessary and spesifically only can be done by human. (2) Education is the key of development, when the education quality is getting better, the quality of the society will get better too. <![CDATA[The 4.0 era brought major changes in various aspects of life, including education. Islamic Religious Education (PAI) is required to be adaptive and innovative in responding to the challenges of the times. One way to improve the quality of PAI in the 4.0 era is to maximize the role of libraries. This journal discusses the role of libraries in improving the quality of students in the field of PAI in the 4.0 era. This journal examines various aspects, such as the collection of PAI library materials available in the library, programs and services provided by the library to support PAI learning, library efforts in improving literacy and reading culture among students, and the impact of libraries on the quality of PAI learning. The results showed that libraries have a significant role in improving the quality of students in the field of PAI in the 4.0 era. The library provides quality learning resources, supports PAI learning, and enhances literacy and reading culture among students.]]>

<![CDATA[Bank Islam Indonesia operates in Indonesia on February 1 2021 in the field of sharia banking. This bank is the result of consolidation between Bank Mandiri Syariah, Bank BNI Syariah, and BRI Syariah. Towards the start of sharia banking activities, the government did not receive attention regarding the sharia banking framework. The examination results show that there are two types of customers in sharia banks; The main group is strict customers who choose banks because strict considerations trump other considerations, and the second type of customers are moderate Muslims, especially people who become customers because they consider the quality provided by sharia banks to be better than non-sharia banks. <![CDATA[This research aims to determine the role of Islamic guidance and counseling services to overcome feelings of stress among students due to self-isolation and how Islamic guidance and counseling is implemented. The research method is qualitative, with a descriptive approach and using a case study type of research. Data collection techniques; observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses comparative descriptive analysis techniques, namely by comparing the counseling service process between theory and the field. The results compared students' feelings of stress before and after receiving services at the Islamic boarding school. In conclusion, the process of Islamic guidance and counseling services at the Qomaruddin Islamic boarding school includes an orientation service called Masa Taaruf Santri Baru, placement services that are applied to extracurricular activities, and individual counseling services. As a result, there was a change in stress messages among students for the better and this was proven by the absence of students returning home during the isolation period]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the concept of wara’ according to the views of Shaikh Az-Zarnuji in the book Ta'limul Muta'allim and the relevance of this concept according to the extension of Shaikh Az-Zarnuji in the book Ta'limul Muta'allim. Using a qualitative descriptive approach as a research method and collecting data using library research. Based on research conducted, it is known that according to Shaykh Az-Zarnuji's view, wara’ is defined as protecting oneself from the limits of religious norms, from everything that is not useful according to religion. This wara’ attitude needs to be implemented by students of science.]]>
