Abstract

About the research that the author is doing is to get an overview of the implementation of the Aid Program policy on repairing Uninhabitable Homes in Tanjungsari Subdistrict, Sumedang District, weaknesses - freedom of implementation of the Aid Program about repairing Uninhabitable Homes in Tanjungsari Subdistrict, Sumedang District and trying to compensate Assistance Program on Improvement of Inadequate Houses in Tanjungsari District, Sumedang Regency. The research method used by researchers is a qualitative research method. Qualitative advice is a research procedure that produces descriptive data on words that are written or spoken from people or that are acceptable. Whereas in this research is perposive sampling technique, which is a sample retrieval technique based on needs. Implementation of RTLH Assistance Program policy in Tanjungsari Sub-District, Sumedang Regency, before all of the unfulfilled housing needs were fulfilled, activities were carried out in consultation and outreach through assistance in villages and sub-districts to get assistance, for assistance in Java Province by submitting proposals. The existence of funds in implementing the RTLH Assistance Program released from the Provincial APBD, In the implementation of the RTLH Program which is implementing the policy, namely the Village. The obstacles in implementing the RTLH Assistance Program policy in Tanjungsari Subdistrict, Sumedang Regency regarding peleksanaan are information distribution, dissemination of information is not yet evenly distributed, it is still simple and also very limited, matching policies with the environment, and lack of infrastructure advice. There have been efforts to overcome obstacles in the RTLH Policy Implementation, namely socialization to the community on a regular and continuous basis, improving the quality of communication, coordination and supervision. This method must be more varied, such as using regional TV, radio and social media.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the problems of asset management, supporting factors in the asset management process, inhibiting factors in the asset management process and efforts to overcome asset management obstacles in the Community Empowerment Agency, Village Government, Family Planning and Women's Empowerment in Sumedang Regency. The method used in the preparation of this thesis is a qualitative research method, with an independent variable, namely asset management. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, which is a sampling technique for data sources with certain considerations. Which is used as a source of data / informants are: Head of the General Staffing and Asset, Staff of Goods Managers, Staff of Goods Storage and Staff of Operators. In analyzing the data used the Miles and Huberman model with the steps: Data reduction, Data presentation, Conclusion Drawing/Verification, and Triangulation. Based on the results of interviews and observations which were then analyzed by data, it was concluded that supporting the existence of asset management is seen from the condition of assets, management of asset documents and supervision and control of assets. As for the process of asset management in Sumedang Regency BPMPDKBPP can be said to have been implemented well because researchers can see in the process of asset inventory, legal audit, asset assessment, asset optimization as well as asset monitoring and control. Although there are several things that become obstacles in the process, namely recording the accuracy of the number of goods, recording mutations of goods, transfer of assets that have not been optimal and supervision in asset management.

Abstract

This study aims to determine, obtain objective data and information regarding the Implementation of the Reading Culture Development Program in the Management of Libraries in the Archives and Regional Library of Sumedang Regency. In this case the researcher traced through the Policy Implementation Model. The method used in the preparation of this report is a qualitative method (naturalistic setting) with descriptive type. Determination of targets is taken by using purposive sampling technique where the object is implementing the policy with certain considerations. Samples used in this study were 5 people namely Head of Administration, Head of Planning, Management, Archive Storage, Head of Research and Development, Head of Planning, Management of Reference services, Functional Position Groups. Data collection techniques through literature study, field studies (Observation, In-depth interviews, Documentation) and Triangulation.While the data processing procedure is carried out by referring to the basic operation of quoting from the Miles and Huberman Model, cited by Sugiono (2005: 91). Based on the results of research and discussion, researchers found that the Implementation of the Reading Culture Development Program in the Management of the Sumedang District Library was still quite low. This can be seen from several obstacles. Obstacles to the Implementation of the Reading Culture Development Program in Library Management in the Sumedang District Archives and Library Offices are as follows: lack of public awareness about the importance of reading culture, conditions of facilities and infrastructure are still inadequate, such as incomplete books. Efforts to overcome these obstacles are: increasing apparatus resources in providing understanding to the public about the importance of the Reading Culture Program and providing adequate facilities in terms of book collections, places and locations that are of interest to the community. As well as increasing the quantity and quality of library facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the quality of service in the manufacture of e-ID card implemented by Disdukcapil Kabupaten Ciamis. The theories used are based on relevance to the research problem. The method used in this research is descriptive method through qualitative approach, with the purpose of expressing comprehensively how the services provided in making e-ID card by the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Ciamis Regency. Based on the results of the research shows that the services provided by the Department of Population and Civil Registration in the making of e-ID card has not been optimal, it is seen from the lack of facilities, such as the lack of blank to print KPT own, facility of technology device which often inhibit to the effectiveness of employee , And the convenience of a waiting room for the community as the recipient of the service.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance of garbage transportation in Sambongjaya Village, Mangkubumi Sub-district, Tasikmalaya City, using descriptive method of qualitative approach. Informants in this research are Head of Sambongjaya urban village, garbage transport officer and community in Sambongjaya village, Mangkubumi sub-district, Tasikmalaya city. The types of data in this study include primary data and secondary data, while data collection techniques conducted through in-depth interviews with informants who have information related to research studies. Research aids using interview guides, observation guides and recorders for further in-depth analysis. Based on the results of research implementation of garbage transport by officers for Sambongjaya Village Sub District Mangkubumi Tasikmalaya City still not optimal. Other problems found are related to the lack of garbage collector with lack of supporting facilities and other infrastructure, so that the garbage is piled up because it is not transported or can not be transported routinely by the garbage collector.

Abstract

This research is approved to know the effect of Dividend Per Share (DPS) and Earning Per Share (EPS) on stock prices at Go Public companies in the ExchangeIndonesia securities and based on samples (purposive sampling) in cankan 7 companies Manufacturing industries that report complete and published financial reports Dividend for five consecutive years ie from 2008 to 2012. DataUsed is secondary data. The results showed thatPartial DPS has no significant effect on the stock price of the company Manufacturing industry in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2008 period s.d. 2012. In terms of theory, The results of this study are in accordance with the first opinion in the irrelevance theory The influence of dividend policy on stock prices. This theory assumes that Dividend policy has no impact on the value of the company. While Partially EPS has a significant influence on the stock price of the company Manufacturing industry in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2008 period s.d.2012. EPS and DPS Simultaneous (together) have a significant effect on stock prices Manufacturing industry companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

This study generally aims to analyze the Effect of application of the Marriage Management Information System and internal control over employees work Effectiveness in the Religious Affairs office, North Sumedang sub-district,, Sumedang District. The research method used in this study is descriptive analysis method, the research variables consists of independent variable, namely the Application of Marriage Management Information System and Internal Control, and the dependent variable is the employees Work Effectiveness in the Religious Affairs Office,North Sumedang sub-distric, sumedang district. The study population is 42 employees using the census. The analysis used in this study is multiple regression analysis simultaneously the results of the study show that the Application of Marriage Management Information System (X1) and Internal Control (X2) has an effect on Employees Work Effectiveness (Y) of 64.80% while the remaining 35.20% is influenced by other variables from outside the variable Implementation of the Management and Internal Control Information System which is not included in the model. Partially the Application of Marriage Management Information System (X1) has an effect on Employee Work Effectiveness (Y) from 30.20% from the criteria of 100%. Then Internal Control (X2) has an effect on Employees Work Effectiveness (Y) of 41.96% from the criteria of 100%. To find out the main hypothesis the formulation is tested by using multiple regression testing, based on the testing obtained F count value is greater than F table that is F count 23,398> F table 3,244 from the value obtained, that Ho decision is rejected, so it concludes variable Application of Marriage Management Information System and Internal Control (X2) significantly and positively influences the variable Employees Work Effectiveness (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to obtain a description of Bureaucratic Reform in Upt Agriculture and Food Security in Jatinunggal District, Sumedang District The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The research informants consisted of the head of Upt agriculture, head of administration, head of the program, secretary of the department of agriculture and food security, staff in the field of agricultural statistics, agricultural extension workers. Data collection techniques are carried out through literature studies and field studies consisting of interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis was performed by data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and combinations. The results of this study that the bureaucratic reform in Upt Agriculture and Food Security District Jatinunggal District Sumedang Regency: First, supported by organizational culture, which is still less conducive this can be seen in the observations of researchers who say that the leader in this case the leader is still acting authoritarian. Another supporting factor is the effectiveness of the Organizational Structure, as a whole the services at the UPT Agriculture and Food Security in Jatinunggal District are run with the current operational standard procedures, but there are several types of services that still have not been made SOPs such as convenience for beneficiaries in accessing services through the chart / service flow that actually provides information on the service process to be taken. Other factors Employee welfare with employee welfare or compensation is good and maximum, employees can get a number of things including work motivation, work loyalty, physical and mental health that is maintained, as well as strengthening relationships and work relationships between employees. Therefore the welfare of employees for every employee both civil servants and non-civil servants is required that the organizational goals of the Agricultural and Food Security Unit of Jatinunggal District be achieved. Other supporting factors are responsibility, the overall way to shape culture is to determine action steps, provide space for participation for employees and provide awards for employees who show a sense of responsibility.

Abstract

This study was aimed to test and analyze the effects of policy implementation of regional development information system on data and information management of development in enabling effectiveness of regional development planning on Local Government Agencies (SKPD) of Sumedang Regency.Research method used was analytic descriptive with survey technique on independent variable of Effect of Policy Implementation of Regional Development Information System, and dependent variable of Effectiveness of Regional Development Planning on SKPD of Sumedang Regency. The population was 62 people from all of SKPD under Sumedang regency government. Sampling technique used was saturated sampling or census, where entire population were the respondents. Data collection was by document study and field study of observation, questionnaire,and interview.Data analysis technique in this study was path analysis. Testing result of main hypothesis showed that effect of policy implementation of regional development information system (X) on data and information management of regional development (Y) in enabling the effectiveness of regional development planning on SKPD (Z) was 25.5%. Effect of policy implementation of regional development information system (X) on data and information management of regional development (Y) was 16.0%. Effect of policy implementation of regional development information system (X) on effectiveness of regional development planning on SKPD (Z) was 25.2%. And effect of data and information management of regional development (Y) on effectiveness of regional development planning on SKPD (Z) was 27.7%. Result of this study has implication on the effectiveness of regional development planning on SKPD of Sumedang regency, but there are issues need to address.To overcome problems in the implementation of regional development information system, it is recommended to increase number of personnel and improve their competency. As for overcoming the problems in data and information management of development, leaders should encourage data and information management to have better control. And for improvement in effectiveness of regional development planning by SKPD of Sumedang Regency, it is recommended to maintain good items, and to implement programs that promote public selfsupportability, economic equality, and better education

Abstract

About the research that the author is doing is to get an overview of the implementation of the Productivity and Agricultural Sector Productivity Program Improvement Program in Cibingbin District, Kuningan Regency, the weaknesses of the implementation of the Productivity and Agriculture Sector Productivity Development Program in Cibingbin District, Kuningan Regency, and efforts to overcome the Program policies Increasing and Developing Agriculture Sector Productivity in Cibingbin District, Kuningan Regency. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method with independent variables, namely: Implementation of Productivity and Agricultural Sector Productivity Development Programs. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, namely the sampling technique for data sources with certain considerations. The data / information sources are: A Head of PTP3 UPTD, a Head of PTP3 UPTD Subdivision, 2 PTP3 UPTD POPTs and 1 PTP3 UPTD Executor. Whereas in analyzing the data used the Miles and Huberman Model with steps: data reduction, data presentation, concentration drawing / verification and Triangulation. Based on the results of interviews and data analysis, it was concluded that the Implementation of the Productivity and Agricultural Sector Productivity Development Program in Cibingbin District was quite good, although there were still indicators that still needed improvements in its implementation. Factors influencing the Implementation of Productivity and Agricultural Sector Productivity Development Program in Cibingbin District, Kuningan Regency, namely: Environmental conditions, Relations between organizations, Resources for program implementation and Characteristics and female agent implementation. Efforts to improve the implementation of the Productivity and Agriculture Sector Productivity and Development Program in Cibingbin District, Kuningan Regency, include: a tiered revision of the policy mismatch, information dissemination in the form of socialization, holding a training or coaching gradually for PTT3 UPTD staff and then applied to farmer groups. through an intensification campaign, and maximizing existing facilities and proposing additional facilities to the central Government
