Abstract

This research was conducted to find out the scenarios and implementation of the application of learning, student responses and improving student learning outcomes on preliminary writing skills using the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model assisted by picture word card media. This research uses the Classroom Action Research method. The sample is 15 students of Class 1 at SDN 222 Pasirpogor. This research was conducted through two action cycles. The results showed that the implementation of learning received a positive response from students in the first and second cycles with a percentage of 90% and 87%. Learning outcomes also increased from cycle I to cycle II, showing the percentage of 66% and 86% achieving the minimum completeness criteria. This research concluded that through the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model assisted by media with picture word cards, students' preliminary writing ability increased.

Abstract

The creative thinking skills of Indonesian citizens are ranked 115th out of 139 countries, meaning that the creative thinking skills of the Indonesian state are low. This needs to be overcome by giving treatment to everyone, one of which is through education. The research conducted aims to determine creative thinking skills in science learning for class V SD by applying the Read; Answer; Discuss; Explain and Create (RADEC) learning models. In this study, the researcher used qualitative methods with a population of fifth grades at elementary school Cisarua areas and a samples of 31. The results showed that fifth grade students had difficulties in improving creative thinking skills on indicators of fluent thinking and elaboration skills, but this can be overcome by applying them. RADEC learning model. The application of the RADEC learning model produces a positive response to science learning in improving creative thinking skills

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the level of reading interest of class II students after implementing learning using the Problem Based Learning model in Indonesian language subjects at SDN 3 Gunungsari. The background of this research is based on the low reading interest of class II students in Indonesian language subjects with capital letters. In reality, at school, it is still difficult for students to be invited to read, let alone understand the content of the reading. The method that the author uses in this research is the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method. The results of the research can be seen from the level of students' interest in reading through the Problem Based Learning learning model which has increased further. This can be seen through the learning practices that have been carried out. In cycle I, the results of the learning test using the Problem Based Learning model obtained the highest result of 100 and the lowest result of 60 with an average of 84. There were 3 students with scores below the KKM, there were 3 students who managed to get the standard KKM score, then the students who 5 people managed to get a score above the KKM. Meanwhile, in cycle II, the results of student knowledge in learning using PBL were with the highest score of 100 and the lowest score of 60 with an average of 92.7%, thus experiencing an increase of 23.6%. Even though there was 1 student who still got a score below the KKM. There were 8 students who got a score of 100, 2 students who got a score of 80, 1 student who got a score of 60

Abstract

The real problem is that some of the teachers only carry out learning activities using conventional methods. Learning is carried out using the lecture method without using learning media. Students only focus on teacher explanations and books because of the lack of facilities and infrastructure. The results of this study are to produce a product that is feasible, effective and facilitates students. The method used in this research is the research and development. Respondents to this research were Grade 6 students. This research led to and produced 1) The development process, the first stage was a literature review and data collection through interviews to explore the potentials and obstacles in the science learning process as well as to make designs and initial product designs. 2) Producing a product in the form of Animaker-based learning media that can help increase student motivation in learning material about the solar system, a feasible product can be seen from the results of the value by the validator. 3) This learning media is well received by students, this can be seen from the results of the student response questionnaire which scores an attractive category. 4) Animaker-based learning media can optimize the ability of science concepts. Increasing student learning outcomes in the realm of knowledge obtains a gain value of 1.00, which means an increase in learning outcomes in the cognitive domain of the high category on a wide-scale test.
