Abstract

This essay focuses on sustainable development in archipelagic nations like Indonesia and how the Green and Blue economies may work together. This study identifies and analyzes a range of ideas, policies, and practices that bring the two economies together using a qualitative methodology and a literature review technique. A Green Economy is one that prioritizes social inclusion, resource efficiency, and low-carbon development. In the meantime, there's the Blue Economy, which promotes coastal environment preservation and economic growth via responsible resource management. According to this article's literature review, today's social and environmental problems may have their answers in the merging of these two economies. Sustainable development goals (SDGs) may be achieved, human well-being can be enhanced, and Indonesia's natural resource potential can be fully used by integrating sustainability concepts from both economies. This study's findings highlight the critical need of coordinating Green Economy and Blue Economy initiatives in order to foster mutually beneficial synergies that promote ecologically conscious and socially equitable sustainable growth.

Abstract

This study aims to design and develop a web-based stock and sales transaction management system that can help admins manage accounts, stock, transactions, and sales analysis using the Apriori algorithm. This system is designed with main features such as automatic transaction recording, real-time stock monitoring, and customer purchasing pattern analysis reports. The methods used in this study include needs analysis, system design, implementation, and testing using the black box testing method. The test results show that the system runs according to the design and can increase efficiency in managing sales data. However, there are several limitations such as the need for periodic database maintenance and limitations in raw material management. With this system, it is expected that the process of recording transactions and sales analysis can be carried out faster and more accurately, thus helping in making business decisions.

Abstract

The process of long-term improvement in the economic condition of a country to a better state over a certain period is called economic growth. When the level of economic activity is higher than that achieved in previous periods, the economy of a country is said to be experiencing growth. The purpose of this research is to determine the extent to which the manufacturing industry and the agricultural industry influence Indonesia's growth. This type of study is a qualitative study that uses the literature review method. This method is very suitable and relevant for analyzing the influence of the manufacturing industry and the agricultural industry. The results show that the manufacturing and agricultural sectors have a complex influence on Indonesia's economic growth.By becoming a leading sector, manufacturing can drive economic growth by creating more jobs and boosting other sectors such as trade and services.Foreign direct investment (FDI), bank credit, and the number of business units in certain sectors influence the development of the manufacturing sector.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of social assistance program utilization on the poverty level in Pelita Hijau Village, Bonepantai Sub-District, Bone Bolango Regency. This research utilizes a quantitative approach with a descriptive method. The sample consists of all 57 recipients of social assistance in the form of BLT (Bantuan Langsung Tunai or Direct Cash Assistance) and BPNT (Bantuan Pangan Non-tunai or Non-Cash Food Assistance) in Pelita Hijau Village. The data collection techniques used in this research include initial observations, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis technique applied is simple linear regression. The findings indicate a positive and significant influence of social assistance on the poverty level, with the determination coefficient value from the regression model obtained at 0.300. The findings also showthat the correlation coefficient (R) suggests a moderately strong influence. The determination coefficient (R Square) represents the percentage of the influence of variable X (social assistance) on variable Y (poverty level). In contrast, the remaining70% in influencedby other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the Provincial Minimum Wage (UMP), Poverty Rate (TK), and Unemployment Rate (TPT) on the Human Development Index (HDI) in five provinces of Indonesia categorized as having moderate HDI from 2014 to 2023. The research employs a panel data regression method using the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) approach to capture variations across regions and time. The findings reveal that the UMP has a positive and significant impact on HDI, indicating that higher minimum wages contribute to improvements in human development. In contrast, the TPT negatively and significantly affects HDI, suggesting that higher unemployment rates hinder human development progress. Meanwhile, the TK variable shows no significant effect on HDI, implying that changes in poverty rates during the study period did not directly influence human development levels in these provinces.Furthermore, the results of the regression analysis show that UMP, TK, and TPT simultaneously have a significant impact on HDI, with an overall contribution of 98.65%. The remaining 1.35% is attributed to other factors not included in the research model. These results highlight the importance of policies aimed at increasing minimum wages and reducing unemployment to enhance community welfare and accelerate human development in provinces with moderate HDI. Policymakers are encouraged to design comprehensive strategies that prioritize employment creation and wage improvements as key levers for boosting human development outcomes across regions.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the direct and indirect influence of leadership style and work environment on employee performance through work motivation as an intervening variable. This type of research uses quantitative because it leads to measurement methods and samples to test variables and hypotheses. The data sources in this research use primary and secondary data. The sample in the research was 31 CV employees. Timbul Jaya Motor Kediri uses a saturated sampling technique which uses all members of the population as samples. The analysis technique used is the measurement model test or outer model including the discriminant validity test, average and the structural model test or inner model which includes the R-square, Q-square test and hypothesis test.. The results of the research show that Leadership Style (X1), and Work Environment (X2), Work Motivation (Z) have a significant and positive effect directly on Employee Performance (Y) and Leadership Style (X1), and Work Environment (X2) indirectly has a significant and positive effect on Employee Performance (Y) through Work Motivation (Z) as an intervening variable. This research also shows that the coefficient of determination (R2) of employee performance variables has an influence of 88.9% in influencing leadership style and work environment variables while the remaining 11.1% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this research so that further research uses other variables outside this research. In this study, it is implemented that a company's performance factors are influenced and can be improved through leadership style and work environment variables through work motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to examine consumers' perceptions of price influence their decision to purchase local coffee brand Kopi Tuku. Price perception is regarded as a key element influencing purchasing decisions, as consumers tend to judge price based on its quality, benefits, and nominal value. This study conducted quantitative research by surveying 395 Kopi Tuku consumers. Validity, reliability, classical assumptions, simple linear regression analysis, and t and F tests were used. The findings indicated that price perception significantly influences purchase decisions, as demonstrated by a computed value of 22.006 that is higher than the t-table and a significance value of 0.000. In addition, the value of 0.552 for the coefficient of determination (R²) indicates that price perception is responsible for 55.2% of the variation in purchasing decisions. The results suggest that in order to increase customer purchasing choices, Kopi Tuku should maintain a pricing strategy that is reasonable, competitive, and aligned with the worth of the available goods.
