Abstract

The objective of this study is to assess the performance of the DANA application as an electronic wallet and analyse the effect of managing the application's securities on user decision-making when using the application in the setting of the digital economy based on the sovereignty of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI). The study method employed was a qualitative literature review. The data was acquired by consulting relevant scholarly publications on Google Scholar to thoroughly comprehend the advancement of knowledge about the subject matter and identify areas of research that require further exploration. The hypothesis analysis revealed a significant correlation between the advantages of the digital economy, the growth of the digital economy, and the factors affecting the utilisation of E-Wallets or Dana apps within the Homeland. The development of the digital economy enhanced a nation's ability to withstand challenges by promoting economic sovereignty, cybersecurity and inclusive economic growth. Various factors, including data security and the rise of the digital economy, affected the utilisation of Dana applications. In addition, these factors affected the execution of national values. Utilising the Dana application as a digital wallet strengthened the nation's economic sovereignty and enhanced well-being and financial inclusivity across all segments of Indonesian society. Hence, comprehending the security management of the application and users' perspective regarding it is crucial in affecting users' trust and their decision to embrace the Dana application as their preferred E-Wallet for supporting the NKRI sovereignty-based digital economy.

Abstract

The economic development of a region involves examining its Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP). The index number method of openness used in this study aims to determine the level of economic openness of a region. This research utilizes secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) for the period 2018–2022. The research findings indicate that the average export index is 105.0% per-year, indicating an increase in value of exports by 5.0% per-year, the average import index is 87.4% per-year, indicating a decrease in the value of imports by 12.6% per year. Average net export index is 122.9% per-year, indicating an increase in the value of exports by 22.9% per-year. DKI Jakarta demonstrates a strong economic growth rate with an increase in GRDP of 3.1% per-year, as well as showing stable economic activity indicators with an average GRDP index of 103.1% per-year. GDP is directly influenced by exports, an increase in GRDP does not necessarily increase the value of exports. DKI Jakarta has a high economic value, emphasizing the importance of diversifying different types of exports to expand trade networks and enhance competitiveness. Abstract

Identifying the influence of work life balance and burnout on employee job satisfaction at You n Me Store in Cirebon City. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a relationship between work life balance, burnout, and employee job satisfaction at the store. Thus, this study aims to provide a better understanding of the factors that affect employee job satisfaction and how management can improve better working conditions for their employees. The type of research used in this study is an association study. Population and Sample. Data Collection Techniques, Literature review Work life balance and burnout have a significant positive influence on employee job satisfaction at You n Me Store Cirebon City. Work life balance partially has a positive and significant influence of 53.6% on employee job satisfaction. Burnout partially has a positive and significant influence of 39% on employee job satisfaction. The results of hypothesis testing show that the burnout variable partially has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction Work life balance and burnout have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at You n Me Store Cirebon City. Work life balance partially has a positive and significant effect of 53.6% on employee job satisfaction. Burnout partially has a positive and significant effect of 39% on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the potential and strategies for accelerating economic transformation towards social welfare through a green economy approach. The green economy approach has been recognized as an effective way to integrate economic, environmental and social sustainability in economic development. Through descriptive analysis, this research identifies opportunities, challenges and policies needed to encourage sustainable and inclusive economic growth. Abstract

The research aims to determine the influence of the variables Ease of Use (X1), Reputation (X2), and Online Trust (X3) on Purchase Interest on Lazada (Y) partially and simultaneously. The type of research that the author uses is field research with a quantitative approach, namely the method used to research certain populations and samples by collecting data using research instruments with the aim of testing predetermined hypotheses. The research results found that partially the ease of use variable did not have a significant effect on buying interest, the reputation variable had a significant effect on buying interest and the online trust variable had a significant effect on buying interest. Meanwhile, the results of the simultaneous test show that the variables ease of use, reputation, and online trust have a significant effect on buying interest..

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the financial performance of PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk during the period of 2022-2023 using financial ratios. The method used is the analysis of liquidity, solvency, and profitability ratios towards the company's financial statements. The results show that in terms of liquidity, the company's ability to meet short-term obligations is still poor and tends to deteriorate. Meanwhile, the company's leverage level is quite high, exceeding industry standards. However, in terms of profitability, the performance of PT Unilever Indonesia is quite encouraging with profit margin, return on investment, and return on equity ratios above industry standards. Overall, despite its high profitability, the company needs to improve its liquidity and capital structure to maintain long-term business continuity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the challenges and development strategies of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) located in low-income areas in Indonesia. MSMEs play an important role in the Indonesian economy, but in areas with low income levels, MSMEs face various constraints, such as difficulties in accessing adequate capital, technology, and management skills. To conduct this study, the researchers used a qualitative approach by collecting data from various sources of relevant scientific literature. The results showed that MSMEs in low-income settings face several key constraints, including difficulty accessing formal sources of financing, limited use of information technology, and low implementation of good business management practices, such as in marketing and financial record-keeping. To be able to develop MSMEs in low-income environments, comprehensive efforts are needed, such as facilitating MSME access to official funding sources, providing training and assistance in the use of information technology, and improving MSME skills in implementing good business management practices. In addition, the availability of skilled human resources, as well as innovation and creativity are also important factors in supporting the growth of MSMEs in low-income areas. By paying attention to these various aspects, it is expected that the development of MSMEs in low-income environments can run effectively and provide optimal benefits to the regional and national economy, through collaboration and synergy between MSMEs, government, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.

Abstract

Technological developments in Indonesia have experienced a significant surge in recent years. Technological developments in Indonesia also have a positive impact on sharia banking. As a result, sharia banking in Indonesia is not only able to compete with conventional banking, but also contributes to overall economic stability and financial inclusion, strengthening Indonesia's position as one of the global sharia financial centers. However, even though Islamic banks are experiencing rapid development with the support of digital technology, there will certainly be developments and challenges that will be faced by Islamic banks themselves. The development of Islamic Banking has demonstrated its relevance in the global financial discourse with an increasingly expanding role, based on the principles of ethics and financial justice. To overcome these challenges, Islamic banks can take strategic steps.

Abstract

Medan city is one of the largest cities in Indonesia. The increasing need for infrastructure amidst the increasing population in the city of Medan is a challenge that must be resolved. This research was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of the Medan City Revenue and Expenditure Budget considering that the budget allocation for improving infrastructure that has been carried out by the Medan City Government is the government's priority. The research method used in this research is a descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach. The results of the research found that effectiveness in managing the APBD is still less effective. In this case, the effectiveness of budget management still needs to be improved so that fund allocation can be optimized and create more inclusive and sustainable development.
