Abstract

This journal discusses how to eliminate the inheritance rights of girls in traditional Balinese inheritance (in Tegallinggah Village, Sukasada District, Buleleng Regency) How to Review Islamic Law Against the abolition of girls' inheritance rights in Balinese traditional inheritance (in Tegallinggah Village, Kec. Sukasada, Buleleng Regency). This study uses an empirical juridical approach. This approach aims to understand that the law is not merely a set of statutory rules that are normative in nature, but the law is understood as the behavior of the people who are symptomatic in their lives. from generation to generation, from men in power over the assets left behind as a result of the consequences of the distribution system, the absence of inheritance rights for girls due to lack of community knowledge and having long used local customary law makes Islamic inheritance law difficult to apply to Muslim families in Tegallinggah Village, Kec. Sukasada, Kab. Buleleng.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the influence of attitudes, subjective norms and perception control modified with religiosity, product knowledge of buying intentions and consumer behaviour in purchasing halal cosmetic products. The halal-labeled cosmetic sector is expected to thrive in Banten. The consumption and expenditure among Banten Muslimah on cosmetic products in personal body care, beauty and wellness products are increasing rapidly over time. At the same time, government bodies have to make sure that manufacturers comply with Banten Halal and Shari’a standards. The subject in this study is Muslimah students aged 17-23 years studying at UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten. This research uses purposive sampling in collecting the sample. The analytical method used is multiple linear regressions. A closed questionnaire is used in this research for up to 107 samples. This paper studies the effect of knowledge, attitude and practice on the perception of consumer toward halal labeled cosmetic products in Banten. This study is useful to fill the gaps in the Banten literature regarding the importance of knowledge and its relationship with the attitude and practice. The findings of this study show that religiosity, product knowledge, attitudes, subjective norms, and perception control have a positive and significant influence on consumer intentions in buying halal cosmetic products. All of that affects consumers' attitudes in choosing cosmetic products labeled halal. The marketing of halal products is no less competitive with non-halal cosmetic products. It is expected to know the halal label and its content for every cosmetic product that will be used to avoid products that are not halal or forbidden by Shari'a. It aims to care for and protect an Islamic worldview and life.

Abstract

This journal discusses the relevance of QS interpretation. Yunus verse five with reckoning urfi khumasi habib seunagan aceh and kh. Ismail suger. Hisab urfi is one of the divisions of the reckoning method in determining the beginning of hijriah. It's just that in this case, the discussion is more focused on the local reckoning urfi khumasi put forward by habib seunagan aceh and kh. Ismail suger. QS Relevance. Yūnus verse five with reckoning urfi khumasi habib seungan aceh and kh. Ismail suger, it lies in further review through the interpretation of the QS. Jonah verse five itself. This journal is designed using qualitative methods, namely by taking the type (Library Research) and using descriptive-analytic methods. Here, the author will try to analyze the relevance of the interpretation of the QS. Yūnus verse five with local urfi khumasi reckoning. As for the interpretations raised, there are several works of interpretation, starting from the interpretation of the classical era such as the interpretation of Al-Faŗah, the medieval era such as the interpretation of Al-rāzi, as well as the modern and contemporary era such as the interpretation of Al-Jawāhir. The results of this study, in fact, can find out the discussion related to the relevance of the interpretation of the QS. Yunus verse five with reckoning urfi khumasi habib seuanagan aceh and kh. Ismail suger. Its relevance can be known by observing every movement of the new moon, which surrounds its manzilah or its orbit (Lunar Mantion). From there, so that the reckoning of urfi habib seunagan aceh and kh. Ismail suger can be applied from astronomers or for the community, especially in determining hijriah.

Abstract

Reading is an ability that must be possessed by students, especially in language learning, in learning Arabic. The lack of teachers in mastering learning strategies and the lack of students in mastering Arabic vocabulary can both be the cause of the problem of the lack of students' reading skills, it has become a must for teachers to master several learning strategies, especially strategies that are suitable for learning to read so that learning does not become boring and the objectives of learning to read can be achieved well. One of the strategies that are suitable for learning to read is the LRD Strategy (Listen-Read-Discuss) because this strategy can improve reading skills as well students should memorize a lot of mastering Arabic vocabulary to improve their reading skills so that the objectives of learning to read can be achieved properly.

Abstract

A man and a woman who want to build a physical and spiritual bond between the two of them make a marriage. This aims to form a family that is sakinah, mawaddah and warahmah as this has been stated in the Al-Quran surah Ar-rum: 21. One of the goals of marriage is to fulfill the spiritual needs of both of them. What becomes one of the inner needs is sexual intercourse. Sexual relations must be balanced from both. So that one party does not feel that it is just an object. For example, in the case at the Jombang Religious Court regarding divorce caused by different sex frequencies, in this case a husband has a high sex frequency, this is often called hypersex, because the frequency of sex is so different that the wife is unable to serve her husband. The problem of divorce that occurs because of the frequency of different sexes is a contemporary problem, therefore using Maqasid Al-'Usrah as a solution to solve this problem. Based on the results obtained from this study, the judge decided this case with considerations referring to Article 116 letter (f) of the Islamic Law Compilation and Article 19 letter (f) PP No. 9 of 1975 concerning the implementation of Law No. 1 of 1974 concerning marriage jo. The reason for the judge using the legal basis is that the things that caused the divorce have been fulfilled. However, hypersexuality is not included in the reason for divorce, but because this hypersexuality results in continuous strife for both of them, this hypersexuality is taken as the reason for the divorce. Meanwhile, from the perspective of Maqasid Al-'Usrah itself, because of the different frequency of sex in this case, it causes strife, the purpose of marriage cannot be realized. Based on benefit, it is appropriate to be granted by the Jombang Religious Court judge to decide on the divorce.

Abstract

The learning process that has taken place so far has not received satisfactory learning outcomes, as evidenced by the learning outcomes that are still below the minimum completeness criteria (KKM). This indicates a problem in the learning process. These problems can come from teachers, students, and infrastructure in schools that support the learning process. Problems that come from students include: low student learning outcomes in Arabic subjects, lack of student interest in learning Arabic, and students' assumption that Arabic is difficult to learn. Meanwhile, teacher problems can be caused by inappropriate use of learning methods and/or learning media. This study aims to analyze the effect of using multimedia presentations and singing methods in improving Arabic vocabulary mastery at Mts Attoyyibiyyah Cikande Serang Banten. This quantitative research uses the Ex Post Facto method based on the nature of this study including a causal associative research design, namely knowing the relationship between the application of multimedia presentation and singing methods with the dominance of Arabic vocabulary. This study uses correlational techniques to determine trends and collect data needed to be carried out, in this study using the questionnaire method and the test method. In the questionnaire method, the questionnaire is used as a data collection tool that has previously been tested for validity and reliability. The test method also uses questions that will be tested for validity and reliability first. Data collection tools that have previously been tested for validity and reliability. The results of the study are: the application of multimedia presentations and singing methods have an effect on increasing Arabic vocabulary mastery.

Abstract

Religious moderation is a perspective, attitude, and practice in common life by embodying the essence of religious teachings towards the principle of justice. This study aims to see how religious moderation is in positioning women in the household. The research was carried out using library research. Data collection techniques by collecting various sources including articles, books, Al-Qur'an, and hadith. Data analysis by providing a re-interpretation of the verses and the paradigm of society that is gender biased. The results of the study show that women in the current context must have an appropriate position in realizing their rights in the household, so that their position in a moderate way can build mutual values in the household in a way that is fair, balanced, equal, democratic and treats both of them equally good way.

Abstract

Polygamy is a practice that is still often debated for a long time among scholars, mujtahids and the public. There are so many different interpretations of the polygamous verse but some people interpret the polygamy verse partially which eventually leads to a partial interpretation, in this study examining the verse with the contextual method of interpreting the verse as a whole from socio-historical and all other aspects. The author uses a literature review research methodology, a type of qualitative research that includes explanations of theories, results, and other research materials. Primary data sources are journals and books that discuss the interpretation of polygamy verses. From this research, the results found are the meaning of the polygamous verse as a whole from socio-historical and all other aspects, so that it can provide a deep understanding and can view the polygamous verse with the lens of justice, the recommended marriage model in Islam is monogamy, because monogamy is in accordance with Mawaddah, Rahmah, Sakinah and polygamy are allowed in very urgent circumstances.

Abstract

This article discusses the verses of the Qur'an, which is one of the efforts to understand the existing studies. Discussing the right of inheritance where this right of inheritance becomes inheritance property for heirs, the division of inheritance is the division of inheritance when someone has died, who gets the right of inheritance is that there are criteria for each reason what has been explained in the Quran and legal requirements in Islam, the division of property that gets is certain people such as parents,  The side of the father, the side of the mother and many more criteria that get and become heirs. and whoever gets the inheritance, this is already explained in the Qur'an in surah An-nisa in verses 11-12 and in verse 176 which is interpreted in the book of tafsir Marah Labid. Written by Sheikh Nawawi Al-Banthani. And the interpretation of the book of Marah Labid uses the method of interpretation of tahlili and ijmali and is patterned interpretation.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to describe how the role of Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Hikmah Sukorejo Parengan Tuban in facing challenges in the globalization era. This is given that the challenges faced by Islamic boarding school educational institutions are getting heavier and more complex. Besides, the orientation of the community in the past with the community is now starting to experience a shift in the impact of the current of globalization. For this reason, pesantren as one of the Islamic educational institutions is expected to be the frontline in answering all challenges in the era of globalization. The existing educational model at Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Hikmah, as well as being a characteristic of this pesantren, including: Sufism -Based Education Model and “Integrated Salafiyah System” Educational Model. The strategies carried out by the Miftahul Hikmah Islamic Boarding School in facing challenges in the era of globalization include making efforts as follows: Selective on social change, improving the quality of teaching staff, renewing pesantren curriculum, renewing learning methods, fostering skills and expertise, and improving facilities and infrastructure.
