Abstract

Based on data from the Performance Report of the Directorate General of Taxes of the Ministry of Finance, up to 2021 shows unsatisfactory results. In addition to fluctuating, taxpayer compliance also never reaches the target that has been set. From this background it is important to further examine the attitude of the tax authorities, tax socialization, and taxpayer knowledge of taxpayer compliance.This study uses a quantitative approach to answer these problems using primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The population in this study are all taxpayers who are registered at KPP Pratama Tarakan. The number of questionnaires distributed in this study were 110 questionnaires distributed within the scope of the Tarakan Primary KPP. However, after going through the questionnaire collection stage, only 100 questionnaires were obtained that could be processed. Before conducting data analysis, the researcher conducted validity and reliability tests on 100 respondents to show how far the questionnaire was reliable and reliable. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple regression analysis techniqueThe results of testing the hypothesis in this study indicate that the attitude of the tax authorities, tax socialization, and taxpayer knowledge have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance.

Abstract

This study will aim to analyze the effects of entrepreneurial skill and entrepreneurial motivation on Business performance, With mediating role of strategic leadership: The case of selected SME Sectors in Guji Zone oromia regional state, Ethiopia. The study was employed a Quantitative research design method by using surveys questionnaire to collect data. The selections of the respondent for this study will random sampling and purposive sampling for  SME owners  and leaders of both zonal and towns job opportunity creation and skill office and  are purposely selected to respond the questionnaires.  Since the Zone is   so large in size, the researcher will select 5 towns Nagele, Adola, Shakiso, Bore and Haro wachu. A total of 382 respondents will be selected as sample size. Estimating the total population as 2,322 owners and job opportunity creation and skill office leaders in 5 towns, the sample size 382 will be determined by using Yamane (1967) Because of its simplicity to use.  The analysis of data is took place by using Classical Linear Regression Model. In this case, the analysis of data involved the use of chi square, correlation and ordinal logistic regression in order to analyze the effects of entrepreneurial skill and entrepreneurial motivation on business performance, with mediating role of strategic leadership. Result indicated that, all variables have positive and significant effect on business performance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of shopping lifestyle and sales promotion on impulse buying with openness to experience as a moderating variable in shopee e-commerce users. This research method was quantitative, and online questionnaires collected primary data. Participants of this research as counted 200 individuals who used as sample. This research used PLS-SEM with the help of the SmartPls version 3.3.9 to analyze the data. This research showed that testing the first hypothesis indicates that the higher the shopping lifestyle, the more impulse buying in online shopping will increase. Second, the results of the two hypotheses indicate that the research hypothesis is accepted. It means the higher the sales promotion, the higher the level of impulse buying that occurs in online shopping. Finally, the third test results show that the research hypothesis is accepted and that openness to experience could impact sales promotions on impulse buying. Three factors influence impulse buying, shopping lifestyle, sales promotion, and openness to experience.

Abstract

Low financial literacy and one's past behavior regarding finances that occurred among high school teachers in the city of Tarakan. The purpose of this study is the influence of past behavior variables, subjective norms, and financial literacy on investment decision making. In this study using descriptive quantitative methods that describe, explain, and describe a phenomenon. The technique used is through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents where in this study using primary data. The data analysis method used in the validity and reliability tests is using SEM, the normality test is using AMOS, the Autocorrelation test is using Durbin-Watson (DW test) through SPSS Software, the t test is using SPSS Software. The results showed that 1) past behavior and attitudes have a positive effect on investment decision making, 2) subjective norms have a positive effect on individuals to invest in the capital market, 3) financial literacy has a positive effect on decisions to invest in the capital market. The conclusions in this study are that 1) the better past behavior the better in deciding to, 2) the higher the subjective norm, the greater the desire to invest in the capital market, and 3) the higher the level of financial literacy carried out by an individual , it will be better in behaving and controlling his behavior to invest.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, explore the factors that influence an effective organizational culture. This research uses quantitative methods. Processing and hypothesis testing using SPSS version 25. The research location is a government institution in Riau Province. The population in the study were all office employees. In this study, sampling used a saturated sample, that is, if the population is smaller than 100 people, then the population is used as a sample, so that the number of samples studied is 35 employees. the results indicated that Organizational culture significant effect on performance. . It was found that Organizational Culture contributed 26.6% to employee performance, the remaining 73.4% was influenced by factors not examined in this study.
