Abstract

Abstract The role of information systems for the government has become an important part, including the Lubuklinggau City Social Service, which has used information technology, one of which is the E-PKH application. So far, the E-PKH application is a digital breakthrough made by the Ministry of Social Affairs based on big data. The E-PKH application is an application that has been issued by the ministry of the republic of Indonesia, this application aims to assist the companion of the family of hope program in updating the data of the beneficiary family (KPM) of the family of hope program. after research, it turns out that the information system on the level of user satisfaction of the E-PKH application at the social service of the city of Lubuklinggau, has not yet attempted an analysis to determine the level of user satisfaction, whether the application is satisfied to be used in operating it. The method and user computing satisfaction (EUCS) is useful in measuring a level of user satisfaction in operating a website or application. The EUCS method can be used to assess and evaluate the use of the website or application based on the experience of the user in operating the website and application. likert. it can be concluded that the results of data processing indicate the level of satisfaction of users of the E-PKH application at the Lubuklinggau City Social Service has reached a valid level. E-PKH application users at the Lubuklinggau City Social Service have an effect on user satisfaction of the E-PKH application, this can be seen in each variable that gets a valid value. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the absorption of the Regional Apparatus Work Unit budget at the Payakumbuh City Government with budget changes as a moderating variable. The type of research conducted is causal associative which is quantitative. The research method uses a survey method. The population in this study is the Financial Administration Officer and treasurer in all Regional Apparatus Work Units at the Payakumbuh City Government, totaling thirty one Regional Apparatus Work Units. The entire population was used as a sample of sixty-two people. The data was processed using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) application for the results of multiple regression analysis and residual tests. The results of this study prove that simultaneously planning, administration, human resources, procurement documents, and reimbursement have a positive and significant effect on budget absorption, but partially the variables of planning, administration, human resources, procurement documents, and reimbursement have a positive effect but not significant to the budget absorption of the Regional Apparatus Work Unit at the Payakumbuh City Government. Changes in the budget as a moderating variable have a positive effect but are unable to moderate the relationship between planning, administration, human resources, procurement documents and reimbursement of the budget absorption of the Regional Apparatus Work Unit in Payakumbuh Government.

Low growth and a large number of young people who have not worked, from Muktiwari Village, Cibitung Bekasi, make the background of this research, The formulation of this research problem is, How is the pre-employment seminar activity to increase self-esteem in a cognitive social perspective, (study on Members of the Karang Taruna in Muktiwari Village?. The purpose of this study is to determine the activities of pre-employment seminars to increase self-esteem in a social cognitive perspective, (study on Members of the Karang Taruna in Muktiwari Village. The approach used is a qualitative case study, with data collection through in-depth interviews and direct observation of the object of study. This research has a research instrument consisting of 2 key speakers, and 4 supporting sources, which are carried out checking the validity of the data based on the results of observation and trianggulation of sources and data found. Abstract

Problems that occur in the rubber supply chain in the province of South Sumatra cause the supply process or distribution of the results of smallholder rubber processing to be hampered. The scope of this research covers areas in the province of South Sumatra. The purpose of this study is to optimize the rubber supply chain model in the province of South Sumatra from several existing supply chain channels using website-based applications and Quantitative Management (QM) applications for data analysis. The analytical method used is the Linear Programming (LP) method. Transport capacity and labor hours are used as constraint functions while the objective function is optimization. There are three rubber supply chain channels in the province of South Sumatra. From the results of testing the Quantitative Management (QM) application on the first channel with a sample of farmers A1, village collectors B1 and district collectors Z1 in the first supply chain in March 2022, the product solution type X2 is 585.71 and profit X2 = 9745, then the profit is obtained of Rp. 5,707,786. From the results of testing the Quantitative Management (QM) application on the second channel with a sample of farmers A2 and large collectors B2 on the second channel in March 2022, the type A product solution is 276.32 and the profit is X1 = 12125, then the profit is Rp. 3.350.5329. From the results of testing the Quantitative Management (QM) application on the third channel with samples of farmers A3 and B3 on the third channel in March 2022, it was found that the type B product solution was 525 and the profit X2 = 12750, the profit was Rp. 6.693.750. So based on the results of the analysis on the QM application, the optimal profit from the supply chain in South Sumatra is in the third channel.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the quality of mobile services banking has an effect on customer satisfaction and know the different service quality on customer satisfaction with the object of research are Bank Muamalat Branch Makassar and Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Branch Pannampu. This research uses associative-comparative research, with a quantitative approach. The data used for this research is primary data. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire, with 100 respondents as the sample. The hypothesis testing of this study uses t-test statistics, with a man-Whitney test ranking. The results obtained from the current study state the quality of mobile banking service has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction in Bank Muamalat Indonesia Branch Makassar with a sig value of 0.000 and the quality of mobile banking services has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of Bank Syariah Indonesia Branch Pannampu with a sig value of 0.000. Meanwhile, there are differences in the quality of m-banking services to customer satisfaction at Bank Muamalat Branch Makassar with a value of 39.66 (39%) and Bank BSI Branch Makassar Pannampu with a value of 61.34 (61%). This means that the quality of m-banking services to customer satisfaction at Bank BSI Branch Pannampu Makassar is more than the Bank Muamalat Branch Makassar. Abstract

The problems in this research are: a). Some SMEs found in the field that the interest rate for KUM products was too high at 1.5% compared to KUR products with 0.27% interest, b). There are still many KUM products offered to customers who do not know, c). The promotions carried out by the Credit Sales Marketig (MKS) are still less than optimal for prospective customers, d). Promotions given by Credit Sales Marketig (MKS) to customers are not optimal, so that customers in making decisions are not optimal. Research results: a). Whereas the influence of the product on the decisions of Micro Business Credit Customers (KUM) at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. shows that the tcount value is = 3.773 which is greater than the ttable value with a = 5%, df (n-2) = 36–2 = ttable 2.042 with a significant level = 0.000 < (a) 0.05, p. This shows that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. So that it can be interpreted that the product partially has an influence on customer decisions at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk., b)the influence of the product on the decisions of Micro Business Credit (KUM) customers with promotion as a moderating variable at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. After entering the moderating variable (promotion), the R Square value of 0.395 or 39.5% is obtained, an increase of 10% from the result of the R Square value before the moderating variable is 0.295 or 29.5%, so that the moderating variable strengthens the influence of product variables on customer decisions

Abstract

Abstract This study found that a decision support system to evaluate the performance of personnel in public housing services and district housing zones has not been established. Rawas composed the music. Observation and direct recording at the research site (observation), interviews with resource persons (interviews), and documentation by reading existing books and literature (documentation) are some of the ways this research collects data (documentation research). Based on research conducted at the Department of Public Housing and residential areas in Musi Rawas Regency, the author makes a decision support system application that helps the community in evaluating their work. There may be a decision support system for assessing employee performance based on a discussion of the analysis that has been carried out. This system can be used to evaluate employee performance using the SMART method as a method of decision making. With this system made, it can help the assessment team determine which employees deserve to be the best employees according to the criteria applied.

Smart Indonesia Card (KIP) is a card that is given as a marker or identity of the recipient of the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) assistance. The Smart Indonesia Card (KIP) provides assurance and certainty that school – age children are registered as recipients of educational assistance. Each child receiving PIP education assistance is only entitled to receive 1 KIP card.
