Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of price, product quality and promotion on buying interest in Shopee e-commerce users among students at Bentara Persada College of Economics both partially and simultaneously. This study uses quantitative research methods, whose data collection techniques use questionnaires. The sampling technique used in this study was a saturated sample distributed to 60 respondents who were Shopee e-commerce user students at Bentara Persada College of Economics Batam. Instrument Test in this study using Validity Test and Reliability Test and Classical Assumption Test in this study using Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, and Autocorrelation Test processed with SPSS version 26. The results of data processing on the price variable found that the tcount of -0.851 < t table of 2.00 with a significant level of 0.854 > 0.05, so the price has no positive and significant effect on purchase intention. The product quality variable produces a tcount value of 6.076 > t table of 2.00 with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05, so product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The promotion variable produces a tcount value of 2.891 > t table 2.00 with a significant level of 0.005 < 0.05, so promotion has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. From the F test it is known that the Fcount value of price, product quality and promotion is 91.508 > Ftable 2.77 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. From the R2 test it is found that price, product quality and promotion contribute 83.1% to buying interest, while the remaining 16.9% of buying interest is influenced by other independent variables not explained in this study. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of credit interest rates, promotions and service quality on member satisfaction at Lamalepa Maju Jaya Abadi cooperative in Batam City both partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to 66 members of the Lamalepa MJA cooperative. Data processing in this study uses SPSS version 26. The results of data processing on the credit interest rate variable found that t count was 1.698 > t table of 1.669 with a significance level of 017 < 0.05, so the credit interest rate did have a positive and significant effect on member satisfaction. The promotion variable had a t count of 2.644 > t table of 1.669 with a significance level of 010 < 0.05, so the promotion did have a positive and significant effect on member satisfaction. The service quality variable has a calculated t of 4,424 > ttable 1.669 with a significance level of 000 < 0.05, indicating that service quality does have a positive and significant effect on member satisfaction. The f-test shows that the calculated f-value for loan interest rates, promotions, and service quality is 14.000 > fttable 2.79 with a significance level of 000 < 0.05. The R2 test shows that loan interest rates, promotions, and service quality contribute 40.0% to member satisfaction, while the remaining 60.0% is influenced by other independent variables not explained in this study

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the Influence of Price, Promotion, and Product Quality on the Buying Interest of Tiktok Shop E-Commerce Users in Students at the Bentara Persada College of Economics in Batam City. This study uses a quantitative method. The sample in this study amounted to 65 respondents. Data processing in this study uses SmartPLS software version 4.1.1.2. The results of data processing on price variables found that tstatistics were 3.765 > 1.969 and Pvalues value was 0.000 < 0.05, so the price had a positive and significant effect on buying interest. The promotion variable found that tstatistics were 2.594 > 1.969 and Pvalues value was 0.010 < 0.05, so promotion had a positive and significant effect on buying interest. The product quality variable found that the tstatistics were 0.309 < 1.969 and the Pvalues were 0.757 > 0.05, so the product quality did not have a positive and significant effect on buying interest. From the R2 test, it was found that price, promotion and product quality contributed 32.5% to buying interest, while the remaining 67.5% of the buying interest variable was influenced by other independent variables that were not described in this study. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline, work motivation, and organizational culture on employee performance at PT Anhong Media International Batam City. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, and data collection through questionnaires to 45 respondents who are all employees of PT Anhong Media International, data processing in this study uses SPSS version 26. The results of data processing of work discipline variables found that the calculated t-value was 3.017 > ttable 1.679 with a significance level of 0.004 < 0.05, then Ho was accepted and Ha was rejected, so that work discipline had a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The work motivation variable has a calculated t-value of 0.578 < table 1.679 with a significance level of 0.567 > 0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, then work motivation does not have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The organizational culture variable has a calculated t-value of 2.268 > table 1.679 with a significance level of 0.029 < 0.05, then Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, then organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. From the f test, it was found that the thef value for work discipline, work motivation, and organizational culture was 8.817 > ftable 2.81 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. From the R2 test, it is known that work discipline, work motivation, and organizational culture contribute 39.2% to employee performance, while the remaining 60.8% is influenced by other factors that were not studied in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the utilization of the Car Free Day (CFD) event and product quality improvement in enhancing the local MSME economy in Banyuwangi. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach using data collection methods including interviews, observations, and documentation involving MSME actors, event organizers, and visitors at the CFD event on Ahmad Yani Street, Banyuwangi. The findings indicate that CFD serves as an effective direct marketing platform, reflected in increased sales, expanded customer networks, and strengthened MSME branding. However, income growth tends to be fluctuative and depends on visitor volume and product attractiveness. Improvements in product quality particularly in taste, hygiene, consistency, and packaging significantly enhance customer satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases. Therefore, the effective utilization of CFD, supported by continuous product quality improvement, contributes positively to the sustainable economic growth of local MSMEs in Banyuwangi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze human resource management (HRM) strategies in improving employee professionalism and service quality at Padi’s Café and Restaurant, Banyuwangi. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results indicate that HRM practices remain informal, including direct recruitment, basic training, and informal performance evaluation. Employee professionalism is reflected in friendly attitudes and work responsibility but is inconsistent during peak hours. Service quality is considered adequate, yet improvements are needed in service speed and consistency
