Abstract

Vehicle movement will be hampered if the available parking space is insufficient to meet the needs of the facility itselfThe method taken in making this final assignment is to use quantitative methods.the total parking revenue in the Banyumanik 2 Hospital area, Semarang City at the time of the research, based on predetermined parking planning, resulted in an estimated parking levy of Rp. 888,000.00,- per 2 hours.This planning results in a total parking pattern of 46 cars and 153 motorcycles. total income during the research was IDR 668,000.00 per 2 hours. Based on parking planning during research with 46 car lots and 153 motorbikes, there is a total planned levy of IDR 888,000.00 per 2 hours.

Abstract

Wonosobo is one of the tourist destinations in Central Java, making highways a vital element in supporting the mobility of both residents and visitors. One of the strategic roads is Jalan KH. Abdurahman Wahid, which connects the center of Wonosobo City with the Dieng Tourism Area. The surface condition of this road segment shows various types of damage that have the potential to disrupt transportation flow. This study aims to analyze the surface layer damage on Jalan KH. Abdurahman Wahid from STA. 0+000 to STA. 1+950 in Wonosobo District using two approaches: the Pavement Condition Index (PCI) method and the Bina Marga Method. The PCI method is used to evaluate the extent of damage based on visual inspection results, while the Bina Marga Method is employed to identify types of damage and determine their handling priority levels through the calculation of Priority Order (Urutan Prioritas/UP). The survey and analysis results indicate eight types of damage based on the Pavement Condition Index (PCI), with an average PCI score of 35.62 (categorized as Very Poor), and the lowest score of 20 (categorized as Serious) found in sample units 3, 10, and 13. According to the Bina Marga Method, six types of damage were identified with a Priority Order (UP) value of 6, indicating that the road segment falls into the priority category for Periodic Maintenance. It can be concluded that this road segment requires immediate treatment either in specific sections or along the entire stretch. The analysis results are expected to serve as a consideration for relevant agencies in managing road infrastructure effectively and sustainably.

Abstract

Hospitals are health care institutions that provide a full range of individual health services and provide inpatient, outpatient and emergency services. The comprehensive health services referred to in this case include promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative.[1] The construction of the new building at PKU Muhammadiyah Blora Hospital will be the center of the physiotherapy clinic, pharmaceutical satellite, commercial area, drop off, ICU, inpatient, office. The existence of the new building is a step to improve the quality of health services for patients. The new hospital building is located to the east of the main building in the PKU Muhammadiyah Blora Hospital complex. The work observed is the work of beams and reinforced concrete floor slabs. This work has several steps of workmanship. The work on the beams and floor slabs must complete the reinforcement and formwork simultaneously first, then the casting can be done.

Abstract

In soil testing using sondir in the C83 Suites building construction project in Cirebon City, the lowest soil carrying capacity was found at the S-1 point. In this study, an analysis of the carrying capacity of a bore pile with a diameter of 40 centimeters with a depth of 12 meters was carried out to obtain a comparison of calculation results using three methods, namely the LCPC (Bustamante Gianeselli) method, the Schmertmann Nottingham method, and the Direct method. The results of the calculation using the LCPC method (Bustamante Gianselli) obtained Qu= 232,001 tons, Qa = 92,800 tons. Then using the Schmertmann Nottingham method, Qu= 301,764 tons was obtained, Qa = 120,705 tons. Meanwhile, using the Direct method, it was obtained at the S-1 point with Qu= 115,158 tons, Qa = 46,063 tons.

Abstract

Abstract. Construction projects often face challenges in maintaining quality, one of which is structural defects that can affect the quality and safety of the building. This study aims to analyze the level of defects in column, beam, and slab structures using the Six Sigma DMAIC method and provide solutions to improve these defects. The study was conducted on the Emirates Indonesia Cardiology Hospital Building Construction Project in Surakarta. The method used is a quantitative descriptive approach with the stages of Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control. Data were obtained through field observations, interviews, documentation, and secondary project data. The analysis results show that the average sigma level value is above 3, with the highest level in the column structure reaching 4.3 sigma for the type of concrete flow defect. The main causes of defects come from human factors, work methods, materials, and supervision. Improvement solutions are formulated using a fishbone diagram analysis approach and the assistance of NVIVO software for qualitative data analysis. This study shows that the Six Sigma DMAIC method is effective in identifying and reducing defects in concrete structure work and can be used as a quality control strategy in construction projects.Keywords: Six Sigma, DMAIC, Structural Defects, Construction Quality, NVIVO
