Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of income, population, murabahah margin, mortgage interest rates at competing banks, and age on the demand for FLPP (Housing Finance Liquidity Facility) mortgages at PT. Bank BTN Syariah Malang for the 2020-2022 period using secondary data. The reason for choosing Bank BTN Syariah Malang is because Bank BTN Syariah occupies the second position in the category of the best KPR Subsidy distribution in Indonesia, which is 14,052 units. This research uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study prove that income variables have a positive and significant effect on the demand for FLPP home ownership loans. The variability in the number of married people and mortgage interest rates at competing banks has a negative and significant effect on the demand for FLPP home ownership loans. Meanwhile, murabahah margin and age variables do not significantly affect the demand for FLPP home ownership loans. The variables of income, population, murabahah margin, mortgage interest rates at competing banks, and age simultaneously affect the demand for home ownership loans, housing finance liquidity facilities.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to identify, explore, and increase understanding of the key factors influencing Generation Z's intention to use mobile banking. This study surveyed 100 respondents aged 17-26 in Jakarta, Indonesia, using an online questionnaire. The Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method was employed to identify the key factors influencing Generation Z's behavioral intention to use mobile banking. The research findings reveal a relationship between perceived trust, self-efficacy, and social influence in the context of behavioral intention based on the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) framework. However, the perceived risk was found to have an insignificant negative influence. The results provide valuable insights for banks in Jakarta in developing policies and innovations to improve the quality of the financial system.

This research uses Panel Data analysis techniques processed through STATA 14. The result of this study is that the GDP of the Agricultural Sector, DPK and CAR does not have a significant and positive effect on the ROA of BPR. NPL has a significant and negative effect on ROA. BOPO has a significant and positive effect on ROA. LDR has no effect and negative effect on ROA Then based on simultaneous tests of PDRB, DPK, CAR, NPL, BOPO and LDR variables have a significant effect on ROA.

Abstract

Bank is an institution with an intermediary function as collecting public funds and channeling them in the form of credit. According to its function in extending credit, bank liquidity conditions are very important in order to minimize the risk of default and other systemic risks. Private banks, which are the most common type of bank in Indonesia, have several banks with unhealthy levels of liquidity because they exceed Bank Indonesia's liquidity provisions. This research was conducted to find out how the influence of sources of funds, profitability, credit risk, monetary and macroeconomic policies affect private bank lending with unhealthy liquidity. This study consists of 8 samples which will be processed using panel data regression on E-Views with data sourced from secondary sources. The results show that sources of funds and credit risk have a significant effect on lending and profitability, monetary policies and macroeconomic have no effect on it.

Abstract

In 2020, there was a decrease in the net profit of state-owned banks by an average of 40% for each bank, followed by an increase in the potential for credit risk and a decrease in the share price of state-owned banks. In maintaining the level of public trust, banks must continue to maintain their level of health. This level of health can be calculated through RGEC (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earning and Capital) calculation analysis. The method used is descriptive comparative, namely by examining annual financial reports which are then compared with other reports so that differences in the soundness level of banks and state-owned banks are known during the Covid-19 pandemic. The results of this study show difference in the level of soundness every year during the COVID-19 pandemic from 2020 to 2022 at state-owned banks as indicated by changes in RGEC calculation ratios.

This study aims to analyze the response of Indonesia's economic growth and Indonesia's trade openness with each trading partner to economic growth shocks in Indonesia's main trading partners. This study uses a quantitative approach with the VAR / VECM method by analyzing the impulse response between variables, using time-series data. The sample used in this study amounted to 378 annual data from 1981-2022 sourced from the World Bank and IMF. The results obtained from the response test show that there is a positive response from Indonesia's economic growth to shocks to US economic growth, and a negative response from Indonesia's trade openness with the United States. There is a positive response from Indonesia's economic growth to China's economic growth shocks, and a negative response from Indonesia's trade openness with China. There is a positive response of Indonesia's economic growth and trade openness with Japan to Japan's economic growth shocks. There is a negative response from Indonesia's economic growth and trade openness with Malaysia to shocks in Indonesia's economic growth with Malaysia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of credit and the number of borrowers in Fintech P2PL services on financial system stability from 2019 to 2022. The source of research data comes from secondary data, which comes from fintech statistics found on the Financial Services Authority (OJK) website. The research uses a quantitative approach with time series data analysis using Ordinary Least Square (OLS). The results of the study show that Fintech credit has a positive but not significant effect on financial system stability. The number of borrowers in P2PL fintech services as a form of financial inclusion has a negative and significant impact on financial system stability. This study has the implication that short-term credit provided by fintech does not affect financial system stability, while the number of borrowers in P2PL fintech services causes a decrease in financial system stability so that increased financial inclusion must be accompanied by strong risk mitigation to maintain financial system stability.
