The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of BSI mobile platform Ease of use, Usefulness, User interface towards Millennials Generation and Z Generation interest to buy gold by using BSI mobile features called e-emas. This research is using questionnaires to gather data from the respondents which then are going to be processed using the SEM-PLS method. The Questionnaires will be made with Google Forms that are going to be shared in several social media platform. The results of this study shows that Ease of Use and Usefulness of BSI mobile platform does not have significant effect towards Millennials and Z generation interest to buy gold via BSI mobile platform. In contrast, User interface does have a significant effect towards Millennials and Z generation interest in buying gold through BSI mobile platform. Researcher hoped that this study could give insight and also an overview for the consumer about BSI mobile mechanism for consideration, then could also be a reference for the next researcher that studies about BSI mobile platform specifically on e-emas features.

Abstract

Sharia banking measures the success of a company's performance using one important indicator, namely profit, increasing profits indicate better performance of sharia banking. Therefore, the aim of this research is to analyze factors that can influence profits at Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia, including third party funds, mudharabah financing, and non-performance financing. This research uses a quantitative approach, with secondary data obtained from the Financial Services Authority. This research was carried out using the multiple linear regression analysis method which aims to determine the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. Based on the research results, all independent variables, namely Third Party Funds, Mudharabah Financing, and Non-Performing Financing simultaneously have a significant influence on the dependent variable net profit. Based on the partial test, it shows that the Third Party Funds variable has a significant positive effect on net profit and Non-Performing Financing has a significant negative effect on net profit, while the Mudharabah Financing variable has no significant effect on net profit at Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to find out what factors influence the decision to invest and become an investor in Islamic stocks during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a quantitative approach with exploratory factor analysis method. The sampling method used was non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique with 105 samples obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents who met the research criteria online. The results of this study reveal that there is an anomaly in new Islamic stock investors compared to old investors who tend to avoid investing during the Covid-19 pandemic. There are nine factors that influence the decision to invest and become new investors in Islamic stocks during the Covid-19 pandemic. These factors are technological advances, herding behavior, investment motivation, sharia compliance, risk perception, minimum investment capital, basic investment knowledge, avoiding speculation, and technical analysis factors.

The population in this study consists of Islamic and Conventional banks registered with the OJK during the period 2008-2022. The sampling technique employed is purposive sampling, resulting in a total sample of 11 banking companies. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from the financial statements of each bank. Bank stability is measured using the Z-score proxy. The study utilizes panel data regression with a Fixed Effect Model. The research findings indicate that Liquidity Risk, measured by the F/LDR ratio, has a negative impact on Shariah banks, while it does not affect conventional banks. Control of Corruption has a positive impact on the stability of both Shariah and conventional banks. Economic growth does not have a significant impact on either type of bank, whether Shariah or conventional. Inflation does not influence the stability of either Shariah or conventional banks.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of income, zakat literacy, and religious education on individuals' compliance in paying zakat al-maal (a case study of KJPRI UB). The method used in this research is a quantitative case study. The data analysis employed logistic regression analysis. The results indicate that income, zakat literacy, and religious education have a significant positive influence on compliance in paying zakat al-maal simultaneously. Income does not have a partial effect on individuals' compliance in paying zakat al-maal. Meanwhile, zakat literacy and religious education have a positive partial effect on individuals' compliance in paying zakat al-maal.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic which ended in early 2023 affected many sectors throughout the world. Apart from the health sector, Islamic banking also experienced shocks. The problem to be studied in this research is the influence of murabahah, musyarakah and mudharabah financing on the profitability of BCA Syariah by including the role of Covid-19. The aim of this research is to obtain answers to whether these three types of financing partially affect BCA Syariah's profitability, whether the Covid-19 pandemic indirectly affects BCA Syariah's profitability or vice versa. Data analysis uses Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) because it also considers the role of Covid-19 in this research. Based on the output of this research, the conclusion is that murabahah does not affect BCA Syariah's profitability, unlike mudharabah and musyarakah financing which contribute to increasing BCA Syariah's profitability. The Covid-19 pandemic variable moderates the influence of murabahah and musyarakah financing. However, the pandemic does not affect mudharabah financing activities at BCA Syariah.

Abstract

Indonesia has great zakat potential, but its realization is not yet commensurate with the existing potential. This research aims to examine four factors influencing the preference for making zakat payments through digital media in zakat institutions. These factors include financial technology (FinTech) knowledge, zakat knowledge, lifestyle, and satisfaction. The focus of this study is on Muzakki at the Lembaga Manajemen Infaq (LMI) in Malang. The data analysis method employed is SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square), with path analysis using SmartPLS 4 to test the pattern of relationships between variables. The results indicate that all four factors have a positive relationship with the preference for making zakat payments through digital media at zakat institutions. It is expected that the findings of this research can serve as a reference regarding the preference for using digital media to optimize the collection of zakat funds or enhance community participation in fulfilling zakat payments.

This study is quantitative research using secondary data obtained from The Indonesian Capital Market Institute (TICMI) and Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). The research method employs multiple linear regression using E-views 12 software. The results of the study indicate that macroeconomic factors, inflation, and GDP, both does not have significant influence. On the other hand, the retail sukuk SR-012 factors, the price and yield of retail sukuk SR-012, have a significant negative impact on the demand for retail sukuk.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implications of Rumah Gemilang Indonesia, which is an empowerment program from LAZ Al-Azhar representative of East Java of alumni welfare. In this research, quantitative methods are used with a multiple linier regression approach which uses classical assumpsion tests in the form of normality tests, heteroscedasticity tests, and muticollinearity tests. This research examined 50 alumni data from Rumah Gemilang Indonesia. In this research, it shows that the education variable and the income variable have a simultaneous effect based on the F tests, and have a partial effect based on the T tests, and show that the percentage of influence of the education variable and the walfare variable is 80,6% (R-Square) while it is 19,6% the other is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. In general, this research shows that Rumah Gemilang Indonesia is able to make alumni prosperous so that LAZ Al-Azhar as a zakat amil institution that owns the program plays a maximum role. This research complements previous research by using quantitative methods so that the implocations of LAZ Al-Azhar can be seen and taken into account as a matter of more precise with numbers and calculations using the SPSS 25 data processing application
