Abstract

Petty cash is a company-provided fund for operational activities with a relatively small nominal amount. When processing petty cash at PT. Koprima Sandysejahtera still uses Microsoft Excel, which makes the company's performance less effective in managing petty cash. Therefore, the authors designed a web-based cash accounting information system with the programming language PHP and My SQL as a database. The research method used is qualitative. Data and information were obtained through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature research. The software development method used is the waterfall model, where the phases from system analysis to system maintenance are sequential and cannot be done randomly. With the existence of a computerized system, the company's performance in terms of petty cash management is expected to become more effective.

Abstract

The phenomenon that occurs in the Jatikesuma Village community provides the background for this research, where parents use persuasive communication activities in the form of persuasion or invitations to their children, but not all parents apply it. This fact encourages the author to propose the forms of persuasive communication used by parents on their children, the obstacles faced by parents in their children, and the results achieved by parents on their children. The author used a qualitative research method by conducting field research and qualitative description, collecting qualitative data, and analyzing the data afterwards. The author collected data using observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The results of this study are expected to provide an overview of the forms of persuasive communication used by parents on their children in the Jatikesuma Village community. The forms of child behavior in worship in Jatikesuma Village were found to be different in this study. This study identifies the forms of persuasive communication used by parents to their children in the form of persuasion or invitations, namely forcing the child, monitoring, complying with the child's wishes or providing rewards, and giving praise. This study also identifies obstacles faced by parents with their children, namely the lack of willingness from the child themselves, the child only performs worship when given a reward, the child spends too much time playing with their phone, and parents who do not care. The results achieved in this study include the increasing diligence of children in worship, the emergence of trust from parents towards their children, and the increasing willingness of children to read the Quran. The recommendations from this study include urging the village chief and religious figures to encourage the community to teach children to read the Quran and to perform prayers in congregation, urging parents to provide understanding and influence children to get used to and willing to perform worship from an early age, and urging children to perform worship and make the Quran a guide in a better life.

Abstract

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is a disease that contributes to the number of deaths with hundreds of deaths each year, especially in densely populated urban areas such as Brazil, South America, the Caribbean, Southeast Asia, and India. This study aims to analyze the communication strategy of the Banjarmasin City Health Office in socializing the DHF prevention program. The research method uses a qualitative phenomenological approach. Informants namely one head of the health service and four health service officers. Data analysis, namely bracketing, intuitive, analyzing, and describing. Primary data obtained from semi-structured interviews. Secondary data was obtained from official documents and reputable journals for the last five years. The results showed that the Health Office of the City of Banjarmasin had not been successful in persuading the residents to try to prevent DHF, with the number of victims continuing to increase each year. Health service workers experience anxiety that has the potential to arise due to the change of seasons during the rainy season, the dynamics of government regulations against DHF, the increased workload, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, and the location of the place of work. Program enrichment in the form of debriefing training in dealing with DHF for health service officers in cases of vulnerable places needs to be emphasized in helping psychological and mental readiness so that it can reduce the level of anxiety when there is a change in weather followed by an increase in the number of DHF incidents.

Abstract

Vlogs are videos containing opinions, stories or daily activities that are usually written on blogs. Vlogs were initially a creative outlet for both Vloggers and their audiences. However, controversial trends have emerged that have the potential to be a bad influence on the audience, some Vloggers express themselves too freely and tend to be negative. To find out the Effect of Video Vlog Content on the TikTok Application on the Formation of Attitudes of State University Students (PTN) in Samarinda City. This research is quantitative, using a questionnaire to obtain data. The sampling technique used purposive sample and used the Slovin formula, which resulted in 100 people as respondents. The results of this study indicate that the video vlog content on the TikTok application has an influence of 51.6% on attitude formation, while the remaining 48.4% is influenced by other factors not included by the researcher. In the t-test results, the t-calculated value of 10.216 is greater than the t-table value of 1.984, which means that the Ha hypothesis is accepted that video vlog content affects attitude formation in state university students in Samarinda City.

Abstract

Confidentiality and security of patient data in hospitals is very important and data protection is mandatory. In this study, a problem was found, namely that there was no guarantee of protecting the security and confidentiality of patient data which allowed the data to leak. This study aims to design an information technology-based medical record governance system to maintain the confidentiality and security of patient data. The research technique uses a qualitative methodology with a descriptive approach and collects data through observation, interviews and literature studies. While the waterfall method is used to develop the system through the stages of needs analysis, design, implementation and testing. The system design was carried out using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 which was implemented using the AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) Rijndael cryptography algorithm. The results of the research that has been done are obtained that the existence of information technology-based medical record governance in handling the confidentiality and security of patient data using AES cryptography can increase the confidentiality and security of patient data in medical record management.

Abstract

The attendance application system is important in an era like this, where many large and small companies that initially used fingerprints to be absent or absent manually by admins have now switched to using online attendance. On the one hand, if you are still using manual attendance documents, it is very dangerous to lose or be damaged, therefore there is no web-based use. This attendance is connected to GPS so that the employee's location can be detected when absent. Therefore, Online Attendance in Real Time Sequential Search Algorithm Using Web-Based GPS (Global Positioning System) Technology is very helpful or makes it easier for admins to recap the manpower whether he is not around the office or not. Attendance using this application is very efficient and time-saving and what often happens in small companies is that the employee is no longer there but the employee is not yet in the office, which is detrimental to the company and operations. To make a report using the Online Attendance method in Real Time, Sequential Searching Algorithm Using Web-Based GPS (Global Positioning System) Technology, which requires interviews, research methods, and libraries. Then the software uses the waterfall method which includes: Design, Needs Analysis, Testing, and then Implementation.

Abstract

In December 2022, the development of a franchise for an ice cream and tea outlet from China named Mixue became the talk of the Indonesian people, especially on social media Twitter, giving rise to various opinions from the public regarding the Mixue outlet which is growing so rapidly. So from that, sentiment analysis will be carried out by classifying using the implementation of the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm. From the results of research that has been done, the SMOTE-based Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm results in an increase in the accuracy value to 73.67% and precision to 75.40%, and for the results of Support Vector Machine (SVM) without using SMOTE, the accuracy value is 69.40% and the precision value is 68.12%. But on the contrary there was a decrease in the recall value to 70.83% and the F1-Score value to 72.79%. So from the evaluation results it can be concluded that SMOTE has an effect on increasing the accuracy and precision values, but there is a decrease in the recall value and F1-Score.

Abstract

Lot of Indonesian people support the holding of the G20 conference in Bali and many people also disagree with the G20 that will held/hold in Bali for various reasons. Therefore this research is conducted to find out how much the Indonesian people agree or disagree with the holding of the G20 High-Level Conference (Summit) which was held in Bali, Indonesia. In this study used research methods of data collection, preprocessing stage, Naive Bayes classification stage, and confusion matrix evaluation stage. In this study, 2,255 data were used with 1,000 training data and 1,255 test data. After the data is processed and the sentiment predicted in the test data, the confusion matrix is calculated to calculate the accuracy of the results. On data that has been processed the accuracy obtained is 95.60%.

Abstract

Compliance with personal data protection laws requires electronic system operators to pay more attention to security in applications. Security testing which is usually done at the end of the SDLC makes Agile principles incompatible with advantages that prioritize acceleration, adaptability and responsiveness to change. DevSecOps implementation using Trivy will insert a security scanner process for applications that are deployed in containerized form. The continuous process of security scanning integrated in CI/CD will increase the awareness of developers in terms of application security, so that developers will more quickly fix these problems and avoid security problems at the end of the SDLC.

Abstract

The Department of Population and Civil Registration organizes and publishes all matters relating to population. The existence of a service information system is a method used by Disdukcapil Semarang Regency to implement e-government, namely through the website http://dukcapil.semarangkab.go.id. Testing is needed for website user satisfaction using Webqual 4.0 as a website quality assessment instrument. The goal of this study is to get an overview of the influence/impact of the three website quality dimensions: usability, information, and service interaction qualities on user satisfaction. This study used 60 data tested by validity, reliability, multiple linear regression, t-test, and F-test. The results showed that the usability and information qualities affects user satisfaction, but the service interaction quality does not. In addition, the research found that the three dimensions of website quality together did not affect user satisfaction. They affect 39.2% of user satisfaction, while other factors outside the variables studied influence the other 60.8%.
