Abstract

PT Reftech Jaya Optima is a trading company in the field of air compressors, HVAC, fire fighting systems, mechanical and electrical contractors. PT Reftech Jaya Optima has many cash sales and credit sales transactions. Recording these sales takes place using a spreadsheet, so it is still inefficient in presenting sales reports. In order to solve the problems that occur, a website-based sales information system is needed. The author builds a system design using PHPRad software, PHP programming language and MySQL as a database. Descriptive qualitative approach is used to collect data in this research. While the system development method used in this research is the waterfall model. System design is done using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). With this, users will find it easier to complete the sales recording process with the help of a website-based sales information system.

Abstract

The android-based road damage complaint service application is a technological innovation that aims to improve the reporting and management of road damage. In the era of digitalization, people expect a lot from public services, especially infrastructure. However, the reporting process is still often done manually, causing weaknesses such as data loss, slow response and ineffectiveness. This application is an effective solution to overcome these problems. Users can easily report road damage through their Android devices. The benefit of this application is the ability to know the level of road damage in each report, making it easier for the authorities to determine the priority of handling. In addition, the app allows users to provide a detailed description of the damage, upload photos as evidence, and add additional relevant information. The app provides a complete and easy-to-fill form, making the reporting process more efficient.Once the report is submitted, users will receive a confirmation of report receipt to track the status of the report. The relevant agencies will utilize the app as a tool to manage incoming complaints, promptly responding to reports and processing them based on the priority and type of damage reported. Therefore, this application brings significant changes by improving public services and ensuring better infrastructure maintenance.

Abstract

The inventory information system for checking expired dates is a computer-based system designed to manage expired dates, aiming to facilitate better control of product expiry within the sales. PT AEON Indonesia, a retail company with multiple divisions, includes the Baby division, specializing in various baby necessities and equipment. Among the many products sold in the Baby division, some have a shelf life, yet checking their expired dates is still done manually, inspecting one item after another. This manual process has proven to be time-consuming and demands considerable human resources, potentially disrupting other retail operations. The design of an inventory information system for checking expired dates was initiated due to the weaknesses of the manual system. The research objective is to create a prototype inventory information system that employs a coloring method within a specific time range, ensuring increased effectiveness and efficiency in managing expired dates.

Abstract

Music is often used to accompany the user according to his heart condition. So users often create a playlist by adjusting the mood they are feeling. However, there are some users who have had difficulties in making playlists because in making a playlist it has to be done manually, that is, listening to music one at a time, wasting a lot of time. Therefore, the author conducted research on the classification of the mood contained in music and created a system that works to help classify music automatically by using one method that is part of deep learning, the method mentioned by the author is the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) method. As for the data used by the investigator in this study is music data with a lot of data amounting to 400 data, on such data is done preprocessing data by cutting the duration of music and converting music into image. The next step is to split the data, dividing it into training data and test data. The training data is divided by 80% and the test data is also split by 20% of the total datasets used by the author. The results of this data division were used to build a model using the CNN model. The accuracy results obtained in this study were 95% for the training accurately and 68% for the data validation accurate.

Abstract

Along with the rapid development of technology from year to year, more and more learning methods are being created to support the teaching and learning process. Learning media in the form of solar system learning aids still use print media, video tutorials, and teaching aids and are still relatively simple, in which the teacher is more dominant in explaining and explaining, and students only listen and listen to the teacher's explanation. Another reason is the limited use of solar system props. On the other hand, there is the latest technology that can be developed into learning media. The application of Augmented reality in solar system learning media aims to provide innovative learning methods that are believed to create interesting learning for students because they are packaged as attractively as possible using 3D image displays, which make the appearance of objects look more real so that this can encourage student learning interest.

Abstract

Mastery of historical concepts is important for students in increasing their understanding of country’s past dan history. However, conventional history learning metodhs still often experience difficulties in attracting and motivating students to learn. Therefore, we need an interactive and fun learning media to increase students’ learning history. One alternative interactive learning media is an interactive quiz application. This study aims to help teachers in the learning process so that students are more interested in learning history with learning media in the form of interactive quiz applications. The interactive quiz application developed in this final project is an android-based application that makes it easier for students to learn history in a fun way. This application provides quizzes rellated to history subject matter wich are presented interactively. In addition, this application also provides an evaluation feature to evaluate students’ ability to master historical concepts.

Abstract

In the maintenance of Koi fish, the quality of the pond environment and water plays an important role in the success of Koi fish care. Koi fish or commonly known by another name Cyprinus Rubrofuscus is one type of freshwater ornamental fish that is very sensitive to pond environmental conditions and water quality. At this time many people want to keep koi fish as pets or even make koi fish as a business. Koi fish is one of the difficult fish to maintain because it requires extra monitoring of the pond conditions and water conditions of the koi fish pond. The difficulty of monitoring pond conditions and water conditions in koi fish ponds presents an idea to develop an Android-based Koi Fish Monitoring and Maintenance application using IoT technology in its design. The existence of this application aims to analyze the application of Internet of Things (IoT) technology to help the maintenance and care of koi fish. By using the IoT technology study method to monitor the condition of koi fish care automatically, it is hoped that this application can be able to facilitate accurate monitoring of pond and water conditions.

Abstract

This research aims to make it easier for people who want to organize furniture better and more effectively. No need to spend money or effort; just by scanning the camera in the room, furniture objects will appear. With augmented reality technology, this problem can be solved by implementing an application that can visualize 3D objects in the real world simultaneously. The method used in the research is the MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) method. The previous problem was the arrangement of furniture, which still uses manual methods. Shifting real objects from corner to corner will take a long time. The result is that the application is feasible to be used by the community to organize the room virtually by shifting objects through a more effective cellphone screen. The success test rate in this application is 88.75%.

Abstract

Bank Central Asia (BCA) is a leading conventional private financial institution in Indonesia, with the number of customer accounts reaching 34.68 million individuals in 2022. This number has increased by 21.68% compared to the previous year when there were 28.5 million customers. In managing its business operations, BCA responds to technological developments by presenting the BCA Mobile Banking application. Even though this application aims to simplify the transaction process and meet customer needs, several shortcomings affect the level of user satisfaction, especially related to the appearance of the User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX), which are considered less dynamic and modern. This research aims to redesign the appearance of the BCA Mobile Banking application, with a focus on improving aspects of modernity and user comfort, especially for customers from Generation Z. To achieve this goal, this research applies Design Thinking and Lean UX methods, with an audience orientation. The main one is Generation Z who tends to appreciate simple and minimalist designs.

Abstract

The existence of the Domain Name System (DNS) through the role of the DNS Record, functions to translate domain addresses into IP addresses. High availability is an absolute condition so that the service from the DNS Server is still available and running well. To make this happen, it is necessary to have an asynchronous API on the DNS server and data management on the DNS record. This research designs and implements RESTKnot as an asynchronous API on DNS Server for DNS record management, accompanied by high availability testing using Load Balancing techniques and the Round Robin (RR) algorithm. The test results show that RESTKnot can help the DNS record management process dynamically, where DNS records can be made through the RESTKnot API and RESTKnot CLI, to be sent to the RESTKnot agent and executed by Knot DNS. The test results also show that RESTKnot can realize high availability through a ten-time system access test scenario, where heavy traffic on the first web server can be immediately diverted to the second web server to achieve high availability.
