Abstract

Pelabuhan Ambon adalah pelabuhan yang berlokasi di kota Ambon Propinsi Maluku , terletak di wilayah bagian timur sehingga memiliki ciri transportasi laut yang sangat dominan akibat bentang alam serta geografisnya yang sulit untuk pengembangan transportasi darat. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk Menganalisis kinerja lapangan penumpukan Pelabuhan Yos Sudarso Ambon untuk kondisi eksisting (2019), Menentukan model kebutuhan kapasitas lapangan penumpukan dan Menganalisis kapasitas optimal Lapangan Penumpukan Petikemas Pelabuhan Yos Sudarso Ambon untuk kondisi eksisting (2019) sampai 20 tahun mendatang. Perhitungan proyeksi trafik petikemas diproyeksikan dengan menggunakan metode regresi sederhana yaitu regresi linier dan eksponensial. Tingkat Pemanfaatan dan pemakaian lapangan penumpukan peti kemas tahun 2019 nilai YOR di Pelabuhan Yos Sudarso Ambon masih memadahi, namun pada analisis nilai YOR untuk 10 tahun mendatang, yakni pada jangka menegah tahun 2032 nilai YOR di pelabuhan Yos sudarso Ambon mencapai angka 77.54 % dan di jangka panjang tahun 2038 nilai YOR di pelabuhan Yos sudarso Ambon mencapai angka 145.76 % dimana kapasitasnya sudah tidak mencukupi (Overload)

Abstract

Abstract— Banyuasin Regency apart from geographically has a strategic location, which is located on a cross-province route, also has abundant natural resources. Geographical Location of Banyuasin Regency is located between 1.30 ° - 4.0 ° South Latitude and 104 ° 00 '- 105 ° 35' East Longitude which stretches from the central part of South Sumatra Province to the eastern part. Banyuasin Regency has an area of ​​12,431 km² and is divided into 19 sub-districts, one of which is Banyuasin I District. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the perceptions of cadets and lecturers' perceptions of distance learning online methods at the Barombong Shipping Polytechnic. Distance Education (PJJ) is conceptually seen from two aspects, namely the institutional aspect and the personal aspect. The existence of the covid outbreak that has hit our country in Indonesia requires us to do distance learning using online methods. This study uses a qualitative approach. Bogdan and Taylor in Moleong, describe, qualitative research is research that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observable behavior. The data analysis technique was based on the research objective, namely knowing the cadets' perception of distance learning at the Barombong Shipping Polytechnic. Therefore, the data analysis technique used was descriptive analysis. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires and documentation. The results showed that cadets' perceptions of distance learning online methods were seen from several aspects, namely, aspects of the availability of IT and support, aspects of lecturers, aspects of the ability to use IT, aspects of ease of understanding subject matter and aspects of cadets' motivation to learn through online learning. positive. Lecturers/instructors' perceptions of distance learning online methods when viewed from several aspects including, aspects of the preparation carried out by the institution, the activity of cadets, the ability to make On-line-based learning materials and the ability to use IT, indicate that the perception is positive although there are still some aspects which needs to be fixed

Abstract

The background of the study concluded that previous cadets had difficulty getting optimal test results, so the researchers assumed this problem was related to the difficulty of cadet in absorbing subject matter provided by lecturers or instructors, where they had not used adjustments to teaching methods with the tendency of cadets' learning styles. The research aims to describe the learning styles of cadets of Politeknik Pelayaran Barombong class of 64 years of 2020-2022 training. This study is a qualitative study to describe the learning styles of class 64 cadets. Respondents were all cadets of class 64 who met the research criteria, totaling 153 cadets. The research instrument used the VARK version.8.0 test which has been translated into Indonesian and analyzed using a percentage form which describes the frequency characteristics of the cadets' learning styles. The learning styles of cadets studied in this study were visual learning styles, auditory learning styles, reading learning styles and kinetic learning styles. Through this research, it was found that the learning style of cadets class 64 which was the most dominant was the kinesthetic learning style with a percentage of 51.6% of the total research respondents
