Abstract

Java Island is the battleground, the key and the fiercest battleground between presidential and vice-presidential candidates and political parties in 2019. The latest data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) noted that the number of Indonesians living on the island of Java reached 154.28 million or around 56 percent of the total population in 2022 of 275.7 million. Meanwhile, of the population, the General Election Commission or KPU has determined as many as 204.8 million permanent voter lists (DPT), with a total of 56.3 percent or 115.37 are voters living on the island of Java. The Java’s centric trend why Java Island is a Battleground in the 2024 Election, this is based on the Permanent Voter List (DPT) that has been inaugurated by the General Election Commission (KPU), the number of voters on the island of Java reaches 115 million people. The portion is around 56% of the total national voters which amounted to 204.8 million people, meaning that winning in Java 85-95% will definitely be The causes of the implementation of the Presidential, Vice President, and Legislative Members are downright and dishonest and fair (Jurdil), including: 1). Circulation practices Money Politics (money politics), and the distribution of social assistance (banso) using the budget of the State Budget/APBD/BUMN/BUMDis the most worried thing for the public during the event 2024 Election; 2). Non-neutrality of state administrators, state apartments and civil servants to certain presidential/vice presidential candidates; 3). The alignment of law enforcement officials, especially the Constitutional Court, the TNI/Polri and other agencies to certain candidates.

Abstract

This study aims to test the Influence of Profitability, Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure, and Company Size on Company Value. The population in this study is all banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2023. The variables used in this study are Company Value as a dependent variable; Profitability, Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure, and Company Size as independent variables. The sampling technique used was the purposive sampling method and 140 data samples were obtained. The analysis methods used are Descriptive Statistical Analysis, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test and Hypothesis Test. The results of the study show that Profitability, Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure, and Company Size have an effect on Company Value. The results of this literature review article are: 1) Profitability affects Company Value; 2) Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure affects Company Value; and 3) Company Size affects Company Value.

Abstract

This study of the research is aims to find out: 1) the improvement of the students’ vocabulary mastery by using realia at the fourth semester of midwife program in STIKES Bhakti Husada Mulia Madiun. 2) the effect of teaching learning process when the teaching vocabulary by using realia. The researcher conducted a classroom action research from march to may at the fourth semester of midwife program. The subject of the research of the fourth semester midwife program that consist of 31 students. researcher using four English skill, mainly: planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. The data was analyzed in qualitative and quantitative method. The qualitative data were obtained from observation sheet, While the quantitative data from the result of vocabulary test. it was carried out in two cycle and each cycle was carried out in one meeting. The researcher makes four steps. There are: planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. The instrument used were the vocabulary test, and observation. The finding indicated that using realia could improve the student’s vocabulary mastery. in the preliminary study there were 0% out of 31 students got scores 75, as the criteria of success. In the first cycle the score increased : there were 18 ( 58,1%) out of 31 students got scores equal 75 up to 100 and the second cycle ,there were 27 ( 87,09%) out of 31 students were active in teaching and learning process. And get score 75 up to 100. The scores had fulfilled the criteria of success that is 75. Besides that, there were good effect in the teaching and learning process. Such as the students more active in following the teaching and learning process using realia it also improved student’s participant in learning vocabulary and the students could focus more on the lesson.

Abstract

School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds are one of the crucial elements in improving the quality of education in Indonesia. The use and reporting of BOS funds are in the spotlight in an effort to ensure efficiency, transparency, and accountability in their utilization. In Government Accounting Standard Statement No. 01 (PSAP 01) on the Presentation of Financial Statements, transfers are receipts/expenditures of money from one reporting entity to another reporting entity, including equalization funds. A qualitative research approach is a research methodology that aims to understand the meaning and interpretation of social phenomena. The source of funds obtained from the central and local governments is the BOS Fund in the submission of the School Activity and Budget Plan (RKAS). According to the RKAS, the transfer of funds from the government account to the school amounted to Rp.94,050,000.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership and motivation on employee work discipline. The sample in this research was .47 ASN using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires and literature study. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression assisted by SPSS for widows. The results of the research show that leadership and motivation have a significant effect on the work discipline of employees of the Bima Regency Manpower and Transmigration Service.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work discipline on employee work performance. The sample in this research was 33 ASNs using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires and literature study. The data analysis technique uses simple linear regression assisted by SPSS for widows. The research results show that work discipline has a significant effect on the work performance of Bima City Social Service employees.

Abstract

This research aims to find out what factors cause low interest in reading in class III students at SDN 3 Sidorejo. This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The research subjects were class students, teachers and parents. Data collection techniques in this research used observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this research uses data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. Checking the validity of this research data uses triangulation techniques. The results of this research are factors that influence the low interest in reading in class III students at SD Negeri 3 Sidorejo, including: students' feelings of enjoyment towards reading, attention and awareness within students in reading activities. Motivation for reading from teachers in getting used to reading books in learning Indonesian makes students interested and enjoy reading books. Teachers become creators, facilitators and evaluaters in increasing students' reading interest. The literacy environment in the classroom influences students' interest in reading. Reading facilities really support students' reading, such as reading books, libraries and comfortable reading areas.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, service quality on customer satisfaction. This type of research uses quantitative research. The population in this study were customers of Kedai Coffee ACC Tulungagung. The sample in this study was 100 respondents with the accidental sampling technique. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and observations. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 27. Hypothesis testing used the t test, F test and determination coefficient test (R2). The results of this research are: 1) Product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, 2) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, 3) product quality and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

There are many different types of coffee shop businesses in Tulungagung that exist today, one of the many coffee shop businesses is the Coffee Shop. The more here in the Tulungagung area, the more people open coffee shop businesses. Researchers observe from time to time this type of coffee shop business is increasingly widespread in various corners of Tulungagung Regency both in its development and in terms of its business activists, researchers see opportunities in this coffee shop business can be called promising because the food / drinks provided are foods that are in great demand by consumers, the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Location and Product Quality on Consumer Repurchase Interests at Luwin Ngujang Bridge 2 Tulungagung Shop, Data collection methods with questionnaires to obtain data on Location X1, Product Quality X2 and Consumer Repurchase Interest Y. The instrument used was in the form of questions with answers that were already available, based on research and discussion, the results of multiple linear regression equations were obtained so that it can be significant that Location has a positive influence on consumer repurchase interest at Luwin Ngujang Bridge 2 Tulungagung Shop. The t-test results for the Location variable are known to be tcount > ttable, which is 5.381 > 1.98472, with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. So, it is known that there is an influence of Location on consumer repurchase interest. Thus, the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted.

Abstract

One form of technological development, especially in the field of E-commerce, is the many payment features provided with various conveniences. Currently, online shopping is increasingly popular, especially such as ShopeePay, ShopeePaylater, bank transfers, COD, payments through Shopee partners and many more. With the availability of payment facilities that include special offers such as discounts, it can encourage students to engage in consumer behavior. Therefore, researchers are interested in conducting this study to determine the effect of using ShopeePaylater on the consumer behavior of students at Bhinneka PGRI Tulungagung University. This study is a quantitative study, with the population used being all students at Bhinneka PGRI Tulungagung University. The sample uses the Lameshow formula. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires or questionnaires. The results of partial data testing show that the use of ShopeePaylater (X) has a t-count value (16.933)> t-table (1.985) and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. So it can be concluded that partially there is a negative influence of the use of ShopeePaylater on student consumer behavior. The Adjusted R2 value is 0.743, which means that ShopeePaylater influences student consumer behavior by 74.3%. While the remaining 25.7% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study such as: lifestyle and the influence of financial literacy.
