Abstract

The internet is currently a very important sector for everyday life, internet connection is not only needed in urban areas, but also in rural areas, especially for village government information systems, the cost of providing internet in rural areas is relatively high, however, the demand for creating an internet network is always high, this condition is utilized by internet service providers (ISP) internet service providers. SPK is a system that plays a role in the process of making a decision in a school, organization or company. Therefore, to determine the best village in installing a village internet network, the Multi Attribute utility method is needed. This MAUT method is a quantitative comparison method that usually combines measurements of different risk costs and benefits, each existing criterion has several alternatives that can provide solutions, to find alternatives that are close to the user's wishes, to identify them, multiplication is carried out on the predetermined priority scale, so that the best and closest results from these alternatives will be taken as a solution.

Abstract

Student achievement assistance is one of the programs run at MAN 2 Tapteng to support and motivate its students to continue to excel in academics. However, so far the determination of recipients of student achievement assistance at MAN 2 Tapteng still uses a manual method so that it takes a long time and process so that it is less effective. For that, the author conducted research and created a program to determine the pattern of determining recipients of student achievement assistance at MAN 2 Tapteng to be more efficient. The determination of the pattern of recipients of student achievement assistance is carried out by utilizing student report card data at the end of each semester. The method that is appropriate to this problem is the Description Method. Description is one of the functions in data mining to explore and collect a lot of data. The description method aims to explain or describe a situation, event and object. The results of this study are in the form of a pattern of determining recipients of student achievement assistance from each class at MAN 2 Tapteng. This program is expected to be more efficient in determining the pattern of recipients of student achievement assistance at MAN 2 Tapteng.

Abstract

PT. Nusira is a company engaged in the processing of crumb rubber. Crumb Rubber is a plantation trade that has a very important role in Indonesia. This trade can affect economic growth in Indonesia. In the process of improving the quality of work of each employee working at PT. Nusira, it is necessary to conduct an employee performance assessment. In assessing employee performance, a decision support system is needed. The method used in this study is the Complex Proportional Assessment (COPRAS) method using Rank Order Centroid (ROC) weighting. The COPRAS method is a method that can assume direct and proportional dependence of the level of significance and utility of existing alternatives with conflicting criteria, while ROC weighting is used to assign weight values ​​to each criterion. From the calculation of the COPRAS method with ROC weighting, a ranking is obtained in assessing employee performance at PT. Nusira must meet the above criteria by getting the highest score, then the one with the best employee performance is Alternative A2 on behalf of "Suwito" = 100.

Abstract

Facial skin care in men, especially for those with oily skin, is gaining more and more attention in today's society. The problem of oily skin often leads to various problems, including acne and inflammation, which in turn can affect one's appearance and self-confidence. One solution to this problem is the use of Facial Foam, but choosing the right product is often a challenge, especially among men who are less familiar with skincare products. This research aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) using the Utility Theory Additive (UTA) Method to recommend Facial Foam that suits the characteristics of oily skin in men. The methodology used includes data collection regarding criteria, sub-criteria, and alternatives through observation and interviews with users. The five main criteria analysed were Product Effectiveness, Side Effects, Price, Packaging, and Availability. The results of the data analysis show that the Pond's Facial Foam product gets the highest rating of 3,443 so that this product makes it a recommended choice for men with oily skin. This research shows that the UTA Method proves to be effective in simplifying the multicriteria decision-making process related to skincare product selection, providing clear guidance for consumers to choose the product that best suits their needs.

Abstract

Prediksi customer churn bertujuan untuk mengklasifikasikan data pelanggan sebelumnya menjadi dua kategori: pelanggan yang akan berhenti berlangganan dan pelanggan yang akan terus berlangganan. Prediksi tersebut memanfaatkan ilmu data mining peran klasifikasi yang merupakan menempatkan variabel atau objek ke dalam beberapa kategori relevan yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya. Dalam proses eksekusi data mining, diperlukan sebuah algoritma yang dapat mengklasifikasikan apakah customer churn atau tidak churn. Data yang digunakan terdiri dari 7043 rows dan 21 columns. Didalam data tersebut salah satu kolom akan dijadikan label yaitu kolom ‘Churn’. Dalam proses prediksi churn, algoritma yang digunakan yaitu Decision Tree dan K-Nearest Neighbor. Dari hasil analisis yang dilakukan, pada algoritma KNN dihasilkan 76% dan Decision Tree 72%. Dengan hasil pemodelan akurasi 72% dan 76%, keduanya memenuhi kriteria kesuksesan >70%. Namun, model KNN dengan akurasi 76% lebih baik dan lebih diinginkan karena memberikan prediksi yang lebih akurat.

Abstract

The Multi-Objective Optimization by Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method has become an increasingly prominent technique within the multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) family due to its computational simplicity, mathematical stability, and strong capacity to rank alternatives under conflicting criteria, yet the intellectual structure of this rapidly expanding field remains fragmented and insufficiently mapped. This study aims to systematically chart the global research landscape of MOORA within the MCDM domain and to identify its leading contributors, foundational works, dominant publication outlets, and prevailing thematic structures. A bibliometric research design guided by the PRISMA protocol was adopted, drawing on 275 English-language documents retrieved from the Scopus database for the period 2012 to 2024. The data were analysed using VOSviewer and Scopus analytical tools to examine annual publication trends, subject-area distribution, leading sources, co-citation networks, and keyword co-occurrence patterns. The results reveal a field that has accelerated sharply since 2018 and again after 2020, reaching a peak of seventy-one documents in 2024, with output concentrated in Engineering and Computer Science and disseminated through a heterogeneous ecosystem of mechanical-engineering, cleaner-production, and intelligent-systems outlets. Co-citation analysis confirms a theoretical base anchored in the canonical contributions of Brauers and Zavadskas, while keyword mapping shows MOORA functioning as a central decision-making nucleus closely tied to ratio analysis, optimisation, and surface-roughness applications, with TOPSIS, AHP, and WASPAS emerging as salient companion techniques. The novelty of this study lies in its focused mapping of the MOORA intersection rather than MCDM in general, exposing a loosely integrated thematic structure and a reliance on a narrow citation canon dominated by methodological pioneers. Its principal contribution is a consolidated knowledge map that clarifies the field's foundations and directs future methodological, fuzzy-extension, and interdisciplinary innovation

Abstract

Ibadah haji merupakan salah satu rukun Islam yang wajib ditunaikan bagi umat Muslim yang mampu. Namun, kompleksitas tata cara pelaksanaannya sering menjadi tantangan bagi calon jamaah, terutama bagi mereka yang baru pertama kali menunaikan ibadah ini. Metode pembelajaran konvensional seperti bimbingan tatap muka dan buku panduan terkadang kurang efektif dalam memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Hajjmate: Aplikasi Panduan Manasik Haji Mobile dengan Human-Centered Design guna memastikan bahwa aplikasi yang dikembangkan benar-benar sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak berbasis Human-Centered Design (HCD), yang melibatkan pengguna dalam setiap tahap perancangan, mulai dari analisis kebutuhan, desain antarmuka, implementasi, hingga evaluasi. Aplikasi ini dirancang dengan fitur utama berupa panduan manasik haji berbasis audio-visual, simulasi interaktif, serta kuis evaluasi untuk menguji pemahaman pengguna. Pengujian sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode usability testing berdasarkan standar ISO 25010, guna mengukur efektivitas, efisiensi, dan tingkat kepuasan pengguna terhadap aplikasi yang dikembangkan. Hasil penelitian ini mempermudah calon jamaah dalam memahami tahapan manasik haji secara interaktif, fleksibel, dan mudah diakses dibandingkan dengan metode konvensional. Berdasarkan hasil usability testing, aplikasi ini mendapatkan tingkat kepuasan pengguna yang baik, menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan HCD berhasil menciptakan sistem yang intuitif dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan calon jamaah. Dengan demikian, implementasi aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi inovatif.

Abstract

Posyandu merupakan ujung tombak layanan Kesehatan bagi seluruh siklus kehidupan khususnya ibu dan anak di tingkat desa atau kelurahan, namun pencatatan tumbuh kembang anak masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan buku KIA, sehingga rentan terhadap kesalahan data, keterlambatan deteksi, dan keterbatasan aksesibilitas informasi bagi orang tua. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem digital berbasis web dan mobile bernama e-Growth Posyandu yang dirancang untuk memantau tumbuh kembang anak secara real-time dengan pendekatan Human-Centered Design (HCD). Metode HCD diterapkan melalui empat tahapan utama: (1) empathize, yaitu menggali kebutuhan pengguna melalui wawancara dengan kader posyandu dan orang tua; (2) define, mengidentifikasi permasalahan inti; (3) ideate, merancang solusi melalui brainstorming; (4) prototype yaitu merepresentasikan ide/konsep berupa sketsa, mockup digital; (5) test yaitu fase di mana prototype yang telah dibuat diuji langsung oleh pengguna. Fase ini bertujuan untuk menilai efektivitas, kegunaan, dan kesesuaian solusi dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Sistem e-Growth dilengkapi fitur pencatatan berat badan, tinggi badan, dan lingkar kepala anak secara digital, notifikasi jadwal posyandu, grafik pertumbuhan otomatis berbasis standar WHO, serta laporan yang dapat diunduh oleh orang tua. Pengujian dilakukan terhadap 30 kader posyandu dan 50 orang tua di tiga kelurahan di Kota Bandung. Hasil evaluasi menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) memperoleh skor rata-rata 82,4 yang termasuk dalam kategori "Excellent", dan 93% responden menyatakan sistem mudah digunakan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan HCD efektif dalam menghasilkan solusi digital yang sesuai kebutuhan pengguna lapangan posyandu.

Abstract

The New Student Admission Process (PPDB) is an essential activity in school administration aimed at recruiting prospective students. MTs Wali Songo Asy-Syirbany still conducts its new student registration process manually, starting from filling out registration forms, recording data, and storing documents. This process creates various challenges, including the risk of data loss, recording errors, delays in information processing, and inefficiencies for prospective students who must visit the school in person to register. This study aims to design and develop a web-based New Student Registration Information System for MTs Wali Songo Asy-Syirbany to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the registration process. The system development method used is the Prototype method because it enables direct interaction and feedback from users throughout the system development process. The system was designed using the Unified Modeling Language (UML), Entity-Relationship Diagram (ERD), and Logical Record Structure (LRS). The website-based implementation includes features such as account registration, login, registration form completion, document upload, registration verification, payment verification, applicant data management, and report generation. The results of the study indicate that the developed system can automate the PPDB process, making it easier for prospective students to register online without visiting the school. In addition, the system assists the school in managing applicant data more structured, accurate, and secure, while accelerating verification and report generation. Therefore, the web-based New Student Registration Information System at MTs Wali Songo Asy-Syirbany can serve as an effective solution for improving the quality of administrative services in the new student admission process

Abstract

Gallstone disease is a common medical condition that often presents without symptoms until complications occur. Early prediction of this disease can improve patient outcomes through timely intervention. This study aims to compare the performance of five classification algorithms in predicting gallstone disease using clinical data: Logistic Regression, Decision Tree, Random Forest, Support Vector Machine (SVM), and K-Nearest Neighbors (K-NN). The dataset used was obtained from the UCI Machine Learning Repository and contains clinical data from 319 patients, comprising 38 numerical features. Outlier handling was conducted using Winsorized Transformation and RobustScaler. Each model was optimized using GridSearchCV and evaluated using accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, and ROC AUC metrics. The results show that SVM and Logistic Regression achieved the best performance, each with 85.9% accuracy and an AUC above 0.90. Based on these findings, Logistic Regression and SVM are recommended as the most effective classification models for gallstone disease prediction using clinical data
