Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to describe a gender-based human development profile in the religious field. This study uses Secondary Data Analysis, namely the Ministry of Religion in 2016 Figures. The findings show that the achievement of women's involvement in the Ministry of Religion is still far from balanced, there are still gaps. Only 33.67% of women occupying the positions of secretary general, directorate general of Islamic education and community service, only 34.41 percent of UIN state employees in Indonesia, 35.37% of R&D & religious staff, 40.68 percent of religious educators, and non-civil servants of religious educators. 32.31%, hafidzah 60.95%, board of judges 17.61%, mufassirah 19.75%, writer 20.51%, researcher 24.32%. The strategic position is still dominated by men, the highest number of women is in the hafidzah position (memorizing the Qur'an), while other positions that are far more strategic are still below 50%. This indicates that development in the field of religion even though women are still neglected, is not yet gender responsive.

Abstract

Poverty is a problem faced by all nations, including Indonesia. Various kinds of policies have been made by the government to overcome this problem both in sectoral, monetary, fiscal, and other policies, but the policies have not been fully able to solve problems that occur in the field. The gap between theory and the field can be seen in the not yet implementing good zakat management. Conflict resolution to overcome this is necessary because Zakat is one of the important instruments in poverty alleviation. The more zakat that is collected and the more targeted it is in its distribution, the more it will be able to reduce existing poverty. Therefore, zakat has a crucial role in the growth of the economy and development. Seeing the fact that the potential for zakat has not been fully exploited in Indonesia, the government needs to make special policies to increase it. This research will discuss conflict resolution in terms of literature review to alleviate poverty in Indonesia, especially West Java.

Abstract

The surrogate heirs position on  Islamic laws in indonesia reflects a justice form in the  inheritance distribution, and constitutes a relief to the inheritors of inheritance, which is called the pre-empitiv policy ie, in the  testator life by distributing his property to the heirs or heirs  substitute. In accordance with the objectives of Islamic law (maqashid al-syari'ah) is intended for the benefit of the ummah and the theorem of Al-Maslahah Al-Mursalah which is necessary for caution, avoid following harmful lusts. Then the problem is: What was underlies  the surrogate heirs position in Islamic law and how it relates to the Maslahah Mursalah's theory in Islamic law. The result of the research shows that, the substitute heirs position in Islamic law is based on the Article 185; Islamic Law Compilation in Indonesia by adhering to the principle of monotheism, an obedience to God's rule by not forgetting Iltihad. And the relationship with Maslahah Mursalah theory which is tied to Tawheed is the basis of this theory, ie : seeking the benefit for Allah SWT. there are benefits that are covered in the objectives of syara, so regarding to the surrogate heirs is done by giving priority to the benefit

This research is motivated by a decline in morals which is increasingly widespread in this millennial era. The development of information technology that has entered the industrial revolution 4.0 has a huge impact on the behavior and culture that develops in society. Apart from positive things, of course the negative impacts are due to the very openness of information that can be accessed by all people, including children. Among them are the many hoaxes and trash information as well as misleading information. There needs to be a self-built filtration system to sort them out. One of them is the education system in schools. This phenomenon often becomes an apology for some people to give their scathing criticism of educational institutions. Abstract

Guarantee in Islamic Law Perspectives: Guarantee is a system that usually comes in the selling of automotive or electronics product, including others. The reason for this guarantee application for producer is basically to increase the selling rate of one product. While for the consumers this is a form of protection to the item they have purchased. There is indeed a mutualism relationship in this practice. The discussion of the application of guarantee in an Islam Law of trade practice is still being argued whether it is legal or not among the scholars. This happens because of the differences of foundation they use in establishing the legality of guarantee in Islam trade. The definition of guarantee in Indonesia state Law can be found in verse 1316 of Law Book, which is: guarantee is an enclose later from a product saying that the producers ensure a  particular product from any worker mistakes and material failure during certain time. The result of this research is the enclosing of Guarantee given in trade as a promise between seller and buyer to ensure the satisfaction of the buyer. The consequence would be to replace the item by justifying its damage.
