Abstract

Financial education has not broadly translated into better financial behavior. The increase in financial behavior is influenced by an understanding of financial literacy obtained from community participation in various financial service/institutional service sectors. This study aims to examine the effect of financial literacy on the financial behavior of Credit Union (CU) members in Indonesia in realizing the 2021-2025 SNLKI strategic direction. This exploratory study uses convenience sampling taken from CU members in Indonesia. The reason for selecting respondents is the availability of very abundant data. Data collection in this study was obtained by distributing questionnaires via e-mail to members of credit unions in Kalimantan and Java. Questionnaires were randomly sent to Credit Union members over the age of 18. Data analysis used SurveyMonkey and data processing used the Microsoft Excel program which was sent to researchers. The results of the study found a positive relationship between financial literacy and financial behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the constraints that arise in supply chain activities by considering the influence of risk characteristics on the choice of problem solving approach taken by management. There are 524 consumers who use goods delivery services in the Central Java region. This study was built based on the initial assumption that risks with high and low magnitude (High Risk Magnitude and Low Risk Magnitude) trigger network mobilization between actors, risk monitoring, communication between business actors and delivery service providers, resources and facilities so that it influences the choice of a solution approach. problems in supply chain management. We assume that risk with high strength has a positive effect on the choice of problem solving that provides a win-win solution. Conversely, risk with a low probability has a negative effect on the choice of mutually beneficial problem solving solutions. Our final findings through statistical tests conclude that the influence of risk attributes on the choice of problem solving approach is fully facilitated by timely assistance and collaborative problem solving.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of strategic foresight and its ability to support the development of management innovation processes within organizations. This study uses a narrative literature review approach involving potential interactions of three main topics, namely: strategic foresight, management innovation, and management cognition. The results of the study explain that each individual has a character from birth to being able to see the future. Then the capability of foresight in this organization must be developed and continuously maintained by both stakeholders in the organization's management and employees. Before implementing a foiresight strategy, it is necessary to understand in depth managerial cognition as the basis for its application. Furthermore, the development of a well-managed strategic foresight will become a management innovation so as to be able to maintain organizational sustainability. This conceptual paper lays a foundation that can be used as further research in determining strategic foresight capabilities in relation to managerial dynamic capabilities. The results of this paper can be used by organizations that have a long history of facing challenges in capturing the challenges of changing business environments in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the interaction between email marketing in the loyalty program by looking at the reactions of program members to emails sent. Email marketing, as part of a marketing strategy plays an important role in achieving maximum profit in business practices. However, how to operate personalized email marketing is a challenge for companies. A good strategy needs to be formed to improve marketing messages that can convince consumers through consumer behavior in loyalty programs. The concept offered is to use theory construal by building goal distance and the appeal of marketing messages (cognitively emotional) in email marketing. This research model uses email campaign samples from Indonesian airline companies taken during the period August - November 2022. The analysis method uses Panel Logit and Binomial Model Regression. The findings explain that there is a reciprocal and significant relationship between the distance of the message and the attractiveness of the message to the loyalty enhancement program. It was concluded that there was a significant relationship when the position of the target distance was at a 'large' level, so that cognitive appeal had a more persuasive impact than emotional appeal; so that an abstract framing message will have a more positive impact that effectively affects the level of achievement of the goal distance compared to a concrete appeal. Research has also found that when members/customers are close to their goals, emotional appeals have a more effective effect than concrete messages.

Abstract

Marketing information systems are not new, their scale, scope and functionality have grown due to the substantial growth of new technologies such as the internet, mobile devices and social media. Communication in digital marketing requires interaction between consumers and brands so that the need for product campaigns and communication can run more efficiently. Intense interactions through online channels allow brands to reach a wider audience. This study aims to examine the impact of implementing a Marketing Information System (SIP) by the marketing department in managing marketing business processes in multinational companies in Indonesia. The subject of this research involves 3 large companies in Indonesia that have succeeded in implementing the Cloud Marketing platform in their marketing business processes. Structured interviews and distribution of questionnaires via e-mail were conducted to collect data that was analyzed with the Leximancer 4.5 platform which supports finding relationships between words in text analysis. The results of the analysis found relevant relationships related to the analysis of benefits and quality of services, information and systems.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of empowering leadership on employee performance through self-efficacy, bureaucratic reform, and emotional intelligence. In this study, 49 employees in Social Service were used as samples. The analytical method uses multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 24. The results show that empowering leadership has the strongest effect on the formation of emotional intelligence which has an impact on employee performance. Besides that, empowering leadership will also increase bureaucratic reform which has an impact on employee performance and finally that empowering leadership influences employee performance through self-efficacy.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the contract used and how the mechanism is used in the PNPM Mandiri government activity program in an effort to empower the poor who need business capital that is designated especially for women, so that women have activities that can help their household needs. This research is a qualitative research or often referred to as naturalistic research because the research is carried out in natural conditions. The subjects of this study were members of PNPM Mandiri employees and members of the target community who were given business loans in Pelepat Ilir District, Bungo Regency. Data obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the contract used in the PNPM Mandiri government program activities in Pelepat Ilir District, Bungo Regency in an effort to empower the poor, specifically for women, was the 'ariyah (loan) contract. The loan agreement is considered to be able to provide convenience for women to get additional family economic income even if only at home. The business credit assistance can be submitted by submitting a written application and including how much capital is needed to develop a business or plant maintenance that will be carried out by members of the target community. Thus, the results of research at PNPM Mandiri, Pelepat Ilir District, Bungo Regency have been well achieved.

Abstract

This study aims to find out whether the variable company size and audit opinion have an effect on the timeliness of publication of financial reports for food and beverage manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Exchange (ISSI) and also listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 period. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector which are listed on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Exchange (ISSI) and also listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2021 period. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. 16 manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector were obtained which were listed on Indonesian Sharia Stocks for the 2019-2021 period as research samples. This research is a quantitative study using secondary data in the form of the company's annual financial reports. The analytical method used in this study is binary logistic regression assisted by the IBM SPSS statistics 25.0 application. The results of this study indicate that the firm size variable has no effect on the timeliness of financial reporting publication, while the audit opinion variable has a significant effect on the timeliness of financial reporting publication. Simultaneously the independent variables, namely company size and audit opinion, have an effect on the timeliness of financial reporting publication.

Abstract

Cooperatives are a people's economic movement whose all activities are based on the family principle. Governance is a structure and process in determining the direction and supervision of the company. This thesis aims to determine the governance of the Makmur Rezeki Village Unit Cooperative in its efforts to improve the welfare of oil palm smallholders, and the obstacles faced by the Makmur Rezeki Village Unit Cooperative. This research is a qualitative research, collecting data by means of interviews, observation and documentation. Informants in this study were administrators, employees and members of KUD Makmur Rezeki. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded: The Makmur Rezeki Village Unit Cooperative has made good efforts in maximizing the governance of implementation transparancy, akuntability, responsibility, indepedency, and fairness by providing good service, developing cooperatives, placing employees according to their portions, disclosing information and providing training to members. KUD Makmur Rezeki's efforts to improve the welfare of its members by buying oil palm fruit at relatively high prices, providing agricultural medicines, providing production facilities and providing a savings and loan business. The Makmur Rezeki Village Unit Cooperative has constraints in improving the welfare of cooperative members who come from within and outside the cooperative itself. KUD Makmur Rezeki should try to maximize governance by holding training and coaching for members and administrators of the Makmur Rezeki Village Cooperative Unit, holding outreach to members so they understand more about cooperatives.

Abstract

The quality of human resources HR is one of the main factory in increasing the productivity of a company’s employees. Therefore competent human resources are are needed because they can improve employee performance. The study aims to describe how the implementation of human resource development system in improving employee performance. This study used a qualitative method with descriptive analysis approach. The data used in this study are data obtainaed from primary data source through direct intervies. Then the result are used to analyze the achievement of employee performance, namely the probability of company productivity. The research result obtaines are the implementation of a human resource development system, namely training, seminars, and rewards which have a very positive effect on employee performance competencies.
