Abstract

The development of science and information technology is very rapid in today's world. As part of the world community, we certainly don't want to be left behind in developing technology and information. There are many ways that can be taken to find out about technological developments. One of them is the internet. In this case, the internet connection certainly cannot run without a modem. Likewise with AGA PRIMA COMPUTER which is engaged in computer service and assembly services. Today many people need the internet both at work and at home. However, there are still many people who complain about internet security weaknesses with the Windows operating system. Thus the author tries to develop an easy and safe way to surf the Internet, namely using an HP modem (here the author uses an HP nokia 6120C modem) on the Ubuntu 9.04 linux operating system which is expected to reduce problems in surfing. By providing additional applications for linux in the form of firestarter as a firewall and avast which is used as an antivirus. And in checking the stability of the internet connection using the site www.bwmeter.i2.co.id.

Abstract

Dewasa ini, semakin banyak pekerjaan yang menyoroti pentingnya jaringan sosial dalam mengukur dinamika internal untuk organisasi penjualan, dimana jejaring sosial sering diartikan sebagai pola interaksi antar pribadi yang kompleks dari suatu ikatan sosial dimana ikatan antar pihak tersebut berfungsi sebagai saluran informasi dan aliran sumber daya. Oleh karena itu, kinerja tenaga penjual sering sekali diukur dari tindakan yang dilakukan tenaga penjual untuk bermanuver dan mempengaruhi orang-orang di dalam organisasi mereka sendiri maupun diluar organisasi.Kemampuan wiraniaga untuk menciptakan nilai dengan memanfaatkan sumber daya internal dan memanfaatkan kemampuan perusahaan untuk mengatasi masalah dan kebutuhan pelanggan dapat menjadi pembeda penting di pasar yang ramai. Selain itu, ketika pembeli menjadi lebih besar, lebih canggih, dan lebih kuat di tengah beragam penawaran kompetitif, risiko komoditisasi menjadi semakin relevan bagi penjual, sehingga memunculkan pendekatan penjualan yang lebih terintegrasi yang membutuhkan upaya dan kerja sama dari berbagai anggota dalam suatu organisasi.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kerjasama memanfaatkan jejaring pelanggan (customer network co-utilization) guna meningkatkan kinerja penjualan dari tenaga penjual sepeda motor di Jawa Tengah . Teknik pemilihan sampel secara purposive berdasarkan kriteria pelanggan yang telah menjadi pelanggan minimal satu tahun pada produsen sepeda motor di Jawa Tengah. Berdasarkan kriteria tersebut terdapat 255 pelanggan yang dipilih . Analisis kuantitatif dalam penelitian ini digunakan Program IBM AMOS 22.

Abstract

Since the establishment of the COVID-19 pandemic, the mining industry has had a declining stock performance. This is especially the case for demand from the largest segment for the mining industry in Indonesia, namely China, India, and the Philippines, which has decreased due to the lockdown. In connection with this, it becomes an urgency to test the factors that can affect stock prices. Based on this, this study aims to examine the effect of the current ratio and return on equity on stock prices. The population in this study are mining industry companies listed on the IDX during 2016-2020. The research was conducted using purposive sampling method, as many as 15 companies that met the criteria. The analysis technique in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with the least square method. The results showed that partially the current ratio and return on equity had a positive and significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, convenience, efficiency and trust on customer satisfaction of Bank BCA Kranggan Semarang Branch. The population in this study were customers of Bank BCA Kranggan Semarang Branch. Sampling in this study with non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling type. Based on Slovin's calculation, there were 96 respondents. Data analysis using multiple linear regression test. The results showed that partially service quality, convenience, efficiency and trust in customer satisfaction. The value of the coefficient of determination on the effect of service quality, convenience, efficiency and trust on customer satisfaction of Bank BCA Kranggan Semarang Branch is 82%.

Abstract

An unavoidable fact in utilizing the optimization of the company's economic aspects, either directly or indirectly, is the minimization of the impact on environmental conditions. This study seeks to examine empirically to develop models and improve sustainable performance by using various research variables that have been reviewed by various previous researchers. such as corporate governance. The model in the bag at a manufacturing company in Central Java with a composition of 200 samples and data analysis using Amos 25 to obtain inferential statistical results using regression analysis.The results of this study indicate that all hypotheses proposed in this model are accepted and can provide a form of contribution to the development of science related to the acceptance of all hypotheses in the model.Further research in making empirical models based on integration models should add other variables outside of corporate governance and CRS disclosure to improve environmental performance such as corporate social performance, green supply chain management, and institutional pressure. The contribution of the theoretical aspects shown by the development of these findings can contribute to agency theory, and this operational management theory can provide recommendations for managers to improve company performance based on corporate governance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mengetahui dan menganalisis mengetahui pengaruh promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor Yamaha pada PT. Sukses Motor Majene, 2) mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh lokasi terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor Yamaha pada PT. Darma Sukses Motor Majene dan 3) untuk mengetahui manakah yang lebih dominan mempengaruhi antara promosi dan lokasi terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor Yamaha pada PT. Darma Sukses Motor Majene. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi seluruh konsumen PT. Darma Sukses Motor Majene dan sampel ditarik menggunakan metode non probability sampling sehingga jumlah minimal sampel yang digunakan adalah 50 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian responden pada PT. Darma Sukses Majene, 2) lokasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian responden pada PT. Darma Sukses Majene dan 3) promosi dan lokasi memiliki pengaruh secara simultan atau secara bersama-sama terhadap keputusan pembelian responden pada PT. Darma Sukses Majene.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, technology has developed very rapidly, one of which is the internet. The development of technology is currently a means to promote in business, one of the current marketing techniques is social media marketing, where a company promotes through the digital world to make buying and selling transactions that are believed to be able to influence to attract and increase consumer buying interest in an item. or services offered by the seller. This study uses qualitative methods with research data from secondary sources, namely library research. Literature review is used in this study as a data collection technique. Data analysis techniques are carried out by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions from the data that has been obtained. The object of this study was consumers and Instagram followers @basoacicuankiaa who live in Tangerang. The independent variables of this study are context (X1), communication (X2), collaboration (X3), and connection (X4) and the dependent variable in this study is buying interest (Y). Based on the results of the study, it was found that context, communication, collaboration, and connection were found to have an influence on buying interest

Abstract

Organizational culture is an important thing to consider in human resource management. In addition, corporate values ​​are a collection of values ​​and culture that form the basis and foundation of the company in forming systems, processes, policies, and strategies in running the company. Therefore, to measure the performance of an organization should be measured in the work of its employees. To achieve or assess performance, there are dimensions that become benchmarks including quality, namely the level of error, damage,..precision. accuracy austerity neatness frugality nicety punctilio. Quantity is the number of jobs produced. This study aims to determine the influence of corporate culture and values ​​on employee performance at PT. Paramount Land Gading Serpong. Data analysis using Kendall's Tau. The results of the study through the kendall's Tau test that cultural variables were positively and significantly related to employee performance. While the value variable has a positive and significant relationship with employee performance.

Abstract

Return on Equity Ratio yang biasanya disingkat dengan ROE adalah rasio profitabilitas yang mengukur kemampuan perusahaan untuk menghasilkan laba dari investasi pemegang saham di perusahaan tersebut Return on assets (ROA) adalah rasio profitabilitas yang mengukur kemampuan perusahaan menghasilkan laba dari penggunaan seluruh sumber daya atau aset yang dimilikinya. Economic Value Added adalah metode manajemen keuangan untuk mengukur laba ekonomi dalam suatu perusahaan yang menyatakan bahwa kesejahteraan hanya dapat tercipta manakala perusahaan mampu memenuhi semua biaya operasi dan biaya modal. Kinerja keuangan adalah prestasi keuangan yang tergambar dalam laporan keuangan Perusahaan yaitu neraca, laba-rugi, dan kinerja keuangan menggambarkan usaha Perusahaan (operation income). Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini antara lain: Bagaimana perhitungan Return On Equity (ROE) Untuk Mengukur Kinerja Keuangan pada Perusahaan PDAM Kabupaten Majene, Bagaimana perhitungan Return On Asset (ROA) Untuk Mengukur Kinerja Keuangan pada Perusahaan PDAM Kabupaten Majene, Bagaimana perhitungan EVA (Economic Value Added) Untuk Mengukur Kinerja Keuangan pada Perusahaan PDAM Kabupaten Majene. Hasil kesimpulan sebagai berikut : ROE (Return On Equity) berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Keuangan pada Kantor PDAM Kabupaten Majene dengan nilai angka-angka nilai rasio sebesar 6,23%, ROA (Return On Assets) berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Keuangan pada Kantor PDAM Kabupaten Majene dengan untuk mengukur kinerja nilai persentase terendah sebesar 5,77%, EVA (Economic Value Added) berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Keuangan pada Kantor PDAM Kabupaten Majene nilai persentase tertinggi sebesar 22,7%.

Abstract

Street vendors are one of Indonesia's assets that are of concern to the government related to local regulations regarding their arrangement. The purpose of the study was to determine the type of street vendor business market in the Kodam V Brawijaya Field, the daily turnover obtained by traders and to analyze the business market using SWOT. This analysis was carried out with a descriptive qualitative approach, in which the researcher systematically compiled the data obtained based on the results of interviews and group discussions. the results of the research and analysis that have been carried out, it can be concluded that in reality street vendors in the Field Kodam V Brawijaya grow and develop independently, so that the arrangement of street vendors needs local government support through regulatory strategies related to structuring and empowerment whose implementation needs to be stricter to minimize weaknesses by taking advantage of opportunities the resources that exist in the PKLi itself
