Abstract

This article is a little result done by the writer, in which critical analisys discourse study as a tool to learn literature. It is Kenzaburo Oe’s writing, a Japan writer who got Pulitzer or noble in literature. It employs Jaques Derrida deconstructive theory, while the researcher focuses on binary opposition.  When deconstruction used, it will expose inside of the text, furthermore it produces other meaning or different point of view from the real text.

Abstract

The function of a state, as law institution, is about to make certain the leader competence that is to continuously perform ijtihad (effort) as inseparable part siyasah syar’iyyah (the politic of government). This is completely a dynamic domain as well as able to create flaming desire in the body of Islamic community since the era of khulafaur rasyidin up to present time. On the management of politics and government, it is undeniable that Islam appears as the most powerful force that finally takes to the great, authoritative, and accepted civilization in world politics.  In this context Umar Ibn al-Khattab became the champion. This article describes the form of political effort buildings of Umar Ibn al-Khattab manifested maslahah mursalah as an integral part and the destination of Islamic government’s political concept.   It also turned to be political effort priority at any fields, the implementation of contextual fiqh (Islamic law) in the Islamic government from the perspective of siyasah syar’iyyah meaning context as the basis of public prosperity and profits.

Abstract

To prove is to convince the judge about the truth of argumentation or occasion that has been argued by all sides in a legal action in court. Based on the Article 164 HIR/Article 284 RBg and Article 1866 KUH Perdata, it has been stated the five evidences of civil case in Indonesia, they are letter evidence, witness evidence, presumption, confession, and oath. In the current progress, electronics devices are the needs and become something ordinary when data or anything produced by the electronic devices converted to be valid evidences of any events and occasions. In the case of divorce, a husband or/and wife occasionally   submits electronic evidences in a court such as photos, SMS (short message service), recorded voice or picture (video) to support the argumentation of affair committed by a couple.

Abstract

Rapidly developed information technology makes college adjust the need of academic service to the information technology. Academic service and learning media ICT based that used in teaching learning process in STAIN Pamekasan from time to time experiencing rapidly develops both quality and quantity. Nowadays, college introduces online academic service (AIDA) besides infrastructure. STAIN Pamekasan has completed the need such as multimedia room, microteaching room, and computer laboratory. Most of them use projector LCD, Google apps, learning by module, and instructor private blog. If the use of them is supported by good desirability and integrity, it can be used to make interesting, interactive, and qualitative lecturing. Finally, it is able to make professional and excellent alumnus and aware of the development of technology.

Abstract

BEI Investment gallery STAIN Pamekasan as a realization of capital market laboratory will always engage academician, especially Perbankan Syari’ah students, as the object of the investment gallery. This research is field research employing descriptive quantitative method. Its objective is to identify the level of knowledge and response toward the existence of BEI Investment gallery in STAIN Pamekasan. The result shows that students of Syariah Banking Program just simply know, whereas they absolutely agree with the urgency of laboratory capital market and the founding of BEI investment gallery STAIN Pamekasan.

Abstract

One of the factors making students’ failure in learning is students’ vandalism either inside or outside the class. In facing this case, teachers and organizer of institution need certain wise approach. This article focuses on, first, how are the students vandalism images at MTs Negeri Kadur Pamekasan, and second, what are the efforts to push down the students vandalism images at MTs Negeri Kadur Pamekasan. The results showed that the images of students’ vandalism at MTs Negeri Kadur Pamekasan were: coming late into the class, not wearing uniform, not attending the class, not doing the homework, going out with close friend, being lazy in studying, smoking, colouring the hair, bringing mobile phone, going out of the school without permission, stealing and wearing earrings. The efforts done are using moral and emotional approach and spiritual approach.

Abstract

Creating the harmony life in both intern and extern the members of religious community in pluralism is not an easy way. It needs process, as well as social, education, economic, politic especially ideology from each different member of religious. Therefore, it needs serious attention and skill from all sectors: government, public figure and society both individual and group. Forum Komunikasi ORMAS Islam (FOKUS) Pamekasan as the coordinator of silat al-rahim of some ORMAS in Pamekasan commits to realize the harmony life among members of society. Abstract

Analysis skill is advance cognitive skill that the students must have in their learning, including in Vocabulary I. It studies how the assessment forms of categorizing grid technique which can practice students’ skill in analyzing. After researched, tested definite sample, revised based on expert’s suggestion, as well as the implementation, there is a finding that the technique of assessment is valid and good technique. Assessment technique develop to support learning activity in Vocabulary I in “compound nouns” topic using categorizing grid to train students’ skill in analyzing is acceptable. The proofs are: the assessment running well, there are solutions for the obstacles during the assessment activity, students’ activity running well, students give positive response.

Abstract

owe (al-qardl) is one of the transactions that is allowable in Islam. To lend, from the perspective of fiqh muamalah it is known as al-Qardl, is the process of hand over of wealth or al-mitsliyat to other people that the payment must be collected. In other word, it is a transaction that aimed to give al-mitsliyat over other people to be recollected with the similar al-mitsliyat. This kind of transection had been done in the era of prophet. As it becomes a phenomenon at Grugek, one of the sub-villages of Sejati village, Camplong district in Sampang regency. In Grugek, people owe money from a mobile-bank mostly for a consumptive objective and only a few of them use the money for something productive. Based on this phenomenon, the research is focused on the following problems: (a) how is the implementation of al-qardl transection promoted by mobile bank in Grugek sub-village, Sejati Village, Camplong district, Sampang Regency? (b) Why do people of Grugek sub-village, Sejati Village, Camplong district, Sampang regency tends to owe money from the mobile-bank than from official bank? This is a qualitative field research in form of case study that employs the result of interview and observation as primary data. The instruments that have been used to collect and check the data validity are intent observation, description, triangulation, and case analysis.  The research result designates that: (1) the implementation of al-qardl is completed in easy ways; showing ID, no prerequisite and regulation as must be fulfilled in fiqh muamalah about the execution of interest in its implementation; (2) the people of Grugek owe money from mobile bank with several reasons: firstly, the process of credit is simpler than official bank does, easiness, no survey, only ID identification, people are allow to owe many times; secondly,  people still do not know syariah finance institution that offers the product of al-qardl al-hasan.
