Abstract

Introduction: Red blood cells contain an iron protein called Hemoglobin which binds and distributes oxygen to the body's cells. In anemia conditions, the number of red blood cells and hemoglobin is reduced so that oxygen is not supplied properly and the patient complains of weakness and paleness. During pregnancy, women sometimes experience deficiencies in micronutrients such as zinc. So, grams need to be careful and consult with a doctor about what the body needs to prevent the fetus from developing. The content of zinc and iron in green beans also has benefits for pregnant women or pregnant women. Not only these two ingredients can also reduce the risk of premature babies. Methods: The design of this study used an experimental method (pre-test) with a one-group pre-test-post-test design. Results: The results of the T-test showed that the t-count value was-7617 with a p-value (0,000) less than 0,05. Discussion: Giving green beat extract has an effect in increasing Hemoglobin levels in pregnant women with anemia at PMB LT Jatirahayu, Pondok Melati District, Bekasi Regency. Socialization or campaigns about giving mung bean extract as a treatment in increasing Hemoglobin levels in pregnant women with anemia need to be carried out by PMB in order to increase Hemoglobin levels.

There were 56 samples in this study with 28 respondents in each group using the purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used paired sample t-test and Independent T-Test which were previously tested for normality and homogeneity. Results: The difference in the average value of blood pressure given by chayote was at systole 26,43 mmHg and 27,79 mmHg at giving chayote is more effective in reducing blood pressure in hypertensive patients than cucumber with a posttest systolic p-value of 0,007 and 0,000 diastolic. Discussion: Giving chayote is more effective in reducing blood pressure in hypertensive patients than cucumber. It is expected that people with hypertension besides using medicines from doctors can also use chayote juice or cucumber juice.

Meanwhile, the Community Satisfaction Survey Data for 2021 Cimacan Hospital obtained a value of 80,57; Observing the results of the survey there is an interesting thing, namely the average value of the Complaint handling element, meaning that even though the value of community satisfaction in handling complaints is the highest, there is an element of "Complaint" or things that are not in accordance with the wishes of the community/patients. The purpose of this study was to analyze the Satisfaction of Maternity Patients with Midwifery Services in the VK Room of Cimacan Hospital in 2022. Methods: This research is qualitative using 2 models, namely Conformity Level Analysis by comparing the importance score (Patient Satisfaction) with the performance score (Quality of Service) on the dimensions of Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, and the Cartesian Diagram model with calculations using the Importance Performance Analysis Table. Results: Validity Test Results Level of performance/quality of service has R count 0,64> R table 0,227 declared valid. Patient Interest/Satisfaction Validity Test Results R count 0,567 > R table 0,227 declared valid. The results of the Reliability Test obtained Cronbach Alpha values from the Level of Performance/Service Quality variable of 0,923 and the Level of Interest/Consumer Satisfaction variable of 0,863 > Cut of Value 0,60 so that it is declared reliable/consistent. The results of the analysis of the suitability level of the selected indicators are 96,08% (very suitable). The results of the Importance-Performance Analysis calculation for service quality: Quadrant A (Top Priority) has 3 attributes; Quadrant B (Maintain Achievement) has 8 attributes; Quadrant C (Low Priority) has 5 attributes; Quadrant D (Excessive) has 3 attributes and there is 1 attribute right on the line between Quadrant B (Maintain Achievement) and Quadrant D (Excessive). Discussion: There is 1 attribute right on the line between Quadrant B (Maintain Achievement) and Quadrant D (Excessive); namely the service is carried out according to schedule (Reliability). This attribute can be interpreted as some patients consider it less important and some others consider it very important. Meanwhile, the Cimacan Hospital has succeeded in carrying out this attribute excessively so that it is very satisfying for patients and must be maintained.

Abstract

Introduction: Nutritional status is a condition caused by a balance between the intake of nutrients from food and the need for nutrients needed for the body's metabolism. Monitoring the nutritional status of toddlers should ideally be carried out at integrated service posts (posyandu) by weighing activities every month before being reported to a higher level of health services. The sample of this research is 70 respondents taken by simple random sampling method. This study uses the chi-square test.  Results: Of the 70 respondents the highest frequency based on the nutritional status of toddlers was toddlers with normal nutrition, namely 32 people (45,7%); then more nutrition as many as 30 people (42,9%); malnutrition as many as 7 people (10,0%); and the lowest frequency was malnutrition as many as 1 people (1,4%). Based on the results of the chi-square test, it was found that there was a relationship between the mother’s knowledge and the nutritional status of toddlers (p = 0,796) (> 0,05); the relationship between eating habits and nutritional status of toddlers (p = 0,828) (> 0,05); and the relationship between the number of family members and the nutritional status of children under five (p = 0,448) (> 0,05).  Discussion: The results showed that there was no relationship between the mother’s knowledge, eating habits, and number of family members on the nutritional status of children under five at the Mekarsari Cimanggis Posyandu.
