Abstract

On September 1, 2016, PT Bank Aceh Syariah transformed from a conventional bank to a Sharia bank with permission from the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) under Number KEP-44/D.03/2016. The capital from the conventional system was converted into the capital of the Sharia bank, with the ownership of shares being regulated by a percentage-based formula. The parent Sharia bank holds the largest portion of shares, while the conventional bank retains some shares. The significant differences between the conventional and Sharia banking systems were considered incompatible with the principles and mechanisms of Sharia banking, as legal questions could arise when they are operated simultaneously from an Islamic perspective This research aims to determine the status of the capital of Bank Aceh Syariah after its conversion from the perspective of Islamic law This study employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The qualitative approach involves gathering data in a natural environment with the goal of interpreting occurring phenomena. Bank Aceh Syariah has an important composition of capital sources for continuity and operational performance. Funds from the Aceh government are the main source, reflecting support for sharia banking in this region. Capital also comes from loans and internal bank capital, all of which form an integral financial foundation

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: 1) the rate of economic growth and minimum wage in Jombang Regency; 2) the development of poverty in Jombang Regency; 3) the effect of economic growth and minimum wage on poverty in Jombang Regency. The data used in this study are secondary data for the period 2015 - 2022. Data analysis tools using multiple linear regression methods. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that: 1) The average economic growth of Jombang Regency in the 2015-2022 period was -49%, the growth of the minimum wage of Jombang Regency was 7% and the growth of the poor population was -2% percent; 2) simultaneously economic growth and minimum wages have a significant effect on poverty in Jombang Regency, while partially the variable that has a significant effect on poverty is Economic Growth

Abstract

This research aims to provide the community with an understanding of innovation in entrepreneurship in products in Rejing Village to improve their economy. Understanding of the economic value of coconut products is still minimal, in fact there is no use of coconuts for various products such as oil, drinks, fertilizer, crafts and so on. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. Primary data sources are village heads, communities that have coconut trees and secondary data is in the form of literature studies. The results of this research are that the community in this village still has minimal understanding of the potential that can be developed in coconut products, this is due to minimal literacy regarding the potential of coconut, the community is in a hurry to make a profit from direct sales of coconut and the community is still focused on fulfilling primary needs in other sectors such as planting teak trees and sengon trees. Digital literacy is also a very important medium in marketing digitally to increase the economic value of society and large market power in a wider reach.

Abstract

Based on findings in the field, the Account Officer Analysis of BMT Maslahah Wagir Branch has not used the 5C principle (character, capacity, capital, collateral, condition) in analyzing the feasibility of murabahah financing, but only uses two principles, namely character and customer ability, so that if these two principles have been fulfilled then the other three principles will follow these two principles. However, in implementing installments, there are customers who are fluent in payments and there are customers who are late in the payment process. The purpose of the study was to determine the feasibility process of murabahah financing at BMT Maslahah, Wagir Branch. The method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. This research was conducted at BMT Maslahah Wagir Branch. The results show that the feasibility analysis of the financing proposed by the customer will be analyzed by the BMT Maslahah Wagir Branch using the 5C principle (Character, Capacity, Collateral, Capital, Condition). In addition, the strategy in analyzing financing applies various things, such as taking a personal approach to prospective customers in a communicative manner and conducting interviews by preparing various required documents.

Abstract

Economic freedom is a form of freedom or authority possessed by individuals of each economic actor to carry out economic activities with all the capabilities, opportunities and desires they have in their efforts to meet life needs and satisfaction with the ultimate goal of welfare level. Since the development of the Industrial Revolution from era 1.0 to 4.0, there have been various developments towards regenerating the industry in a direction that is completely sophisticated, both in information technology and communication technology. This era of 4.0 is not well understood and implemented by the majority of countries in the world. This is due to a lack of knowledge and the inability of a country to keep up with the very rapid pace of industrial development in the 4.0 era. This research, it is intended that the prospect study of the sharia economy can contribute to a country, especially Indonesia, so that it can keep up with the pace of economic development in the 4.0 era, so that the lack of relevance of the 4.0 era can be addressed by the transformation of the sharia economic prospects. This case, the author uses qualitative research methods with the type of literature (library research) wich uses a theological-philosophical approach directed at universal coclusions with a fulcrum at the root of the problem. The produces research on the point of relevance of the sharia economic prospects in addressing the pace of economic freedom in the era of 4.0 which is considered irrelevant in the majority of countries in the world. As for the point that is considered relevan in islamic economics is the point of utility, equality of opportunity, social justice, multiple ownership and others.

Abstract

Independence shows confidence in one's own ability to solve problems without help from others. Welfare is defined as a condition where a person or group of people, men and women are able to fulfill their basic rights to maintain and develop a dignified life. The residents of Losari hamlet try to achieve independence and economic prosperity through the bay leaf pricking business. Where before implementing the bay leaf pricking business there was no balance in income and expenses. This research method is qualitative where the data source consists of primary data, namely the head of RT 01 and residents of Losari hamlet. Secondary data consists of financial records and payment receipts. From the results of the research and analysis that has been carried out, it is known that the residents of Losari Hamlet can be said to be independent and prosperous after implementing the bay leaf pricking business. These results were obtained from the fulfillment of all indicators of independence and prosperity after implementing the bay leaf pricking business.

Abstract

Nowadays, in the modern era, the use of marketing strategies aims to modify and introduce existing products to the wider community. Along with the times and accompanied by technological developments, the use of advertising as a promotional medium has changed. One way or steps that companies can take to create advertisements that are appropriate to the current era in marketing their products is by using endorsements. The goal to be achieved in this writing is how the social economy views the use of endorsements in promotional activities The research uses the approach used in this research, namely using a qualitative descriptive approach, while the type of research used in this research is literature. The results of this research are that endorsements are one type of muamalah that is not prohibited in Islam, but there is nothing prohibited in this activity in sharia provisions

Abstract

Based on findings in the field, in its transactions Erahn.id provides online application services and is the first sharia fintech pawnshop in the city and district of Malang. Erahn.id can also provide free consultations regarding financial problems. Apart from having gone digital, or the application can be done online (website), the process of disbursing funds can also be done by transfer or cash. The entrustment service fee is charged on the estimated value of the pawned item, not on the value of the loan applied for. This is very different from other sharia pawnshops and is interesting to study. Erahn.id also prioritizes Islamic principles in implementing each of its business concepts. The aim of the research is to determine the implementation of financing risk management, the obstacles that occur in implementing financing risk management and resolving obstacles in implementing financing risk management in sharia pawnshop fintech companies. The method used is a qualitative method with a case study approach. This research was conducted at Erahn.id Jl. Simpang Wilis Indah, Gading Islamic Boarding School Block 1 No 13 Malang. The results show that the application of risk management at Erahn.id Malang was carried out with several risk management processes, namely: identification, measurement, monitoring, and risk control. Some obstacles also occur in the application of risk management at Erahn.id, such as forget to remind the customers who are passing the due date, the collateral item that is difficult to sell, and the lack of knowledge about authenticity and gold content. In resolving the obstacles faced when implementing financing risk management, the things that have been done by Erahn.id Malang are checking the database periodically, looking for the latest market price information for the collateral items, and upgrading knowledge from relations owned by the founder of Erahn.id Malang. This research can introduce and enhance people's insight about pawnshop with sharia principles. Pawn shops with sharia principles have developed into digital go-based companies that can efficiently compete with other finteches.

Abstract

Village funds are one of the most important aspects of a village to carry out government programs. This includes programs for the welfare of the people in their area. It is believed that the village government is better able to see the priorities of the community's needs compared to the district government, which actually has a wider and more complex scope of problems. The purpose of this study is to determine the use of village funds, the effectiveness of the use of village funds for the economic welfare of the community and the use of village funds in a sharia economic perspective. This research uses a type of field research with a qualitative descriptive research method, the methods used in this research are: observation, interviews, and documentation. To analyze the data, the authors use the analysis of the Miles and Huberman models with deductive thinking methods. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the implementation of the 2021-2022 Village Funds is well distributed because the use of Village Funds in the field of development and community empowerment is almost balanced, which will later create prosperity, prosperity, independence for the community and widespread development for the village.

Abstract

Backgound. Digital technology is a transition from its operation which no longer uses much human labor. The rapid development of digital technology is marked by the emergence of various cutting-edge communication tools, where everyone can manage, produce, and send and receive services anywhere and anytime without knowing the limitations of space and time Aim. Based on the limits and identification of predetermined problems, the problem formulation is: How Does Dropshipping Affect the Online Business Interest of STAI At-Tahdzib Jombang Students? Methods. The problem approach used in this study is to use quantitative survey research. Quantitative methods as research methods used to research on certain populations or samples, data collection using research instruments Results. From the results of the data analysis above, there are several results that show positivity and significance between variable (X) and variable (Y), therefore it can be seen that in the instrument validity test of 54 questionnaires that have been filled out are said to be valid because the calculation results using SPSS 22 state that the calculation > rtable. And in the instrument reliability test there are also results that show Cronbach's Alpha between 0.4-0.7 with variable values (X) 0.483 and variable (Y) 0.703, which is said to be reliable enough for questionnaires submitted to respondents.
