Abstract

Sharia Economy, which is based on Islamic principles, places justice as one of its core values. Through the prohibition of usury, the obligation of zakat, profit-sharing systems, and transparency in transactions, the sharia economy aims to create a fair distribution of wealth and equal treatment for all parties. Profit-sharing systems like mudharabah and musyarakah, as well as productive waqf programs, are concrete examples of how the principle of justice is applied to enhance community welfare and reduce economic disparity. Transparency and accountability in the sharia economy ensure that all transactions are conducted with integrity, increasing trust and stability in the financial system. These values of justice not only support the achievement of economic goals but also form the foundation for a fairer and more prosperous society. The sharia economy offers a sustainable and ethical alternative to the global economic system, emphasizing a balance between economic gain and social responsibility.

Abstract

Coffee is a beverage that has long been consumed by Indonesians. One of the coffee based business that has high competition is the coffee beverage business. Business competition that occurs in this coffee sector makes business owners need to apply strategic management in order to compete with other business subjects and develop businesses, Warung Kopi Lima Malang is one of them. The purpose of this study is to determine the position of Warung Kopi Lima in the BCG matrix to formulate strategies that can be used as well as to find out examples of implementing strategies resulted from the matrix recommendations. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach with document study data collection. The products observed were black coffee, coffee milk and iced coffee milk. The data analysis method used is the BCG (Boston Consulting Group) Matrix. This study shows that black coffee has a question mark position with a market growth of 0.08% and a relative market share of 0.17. Coffee Milk products have a dog position with a market growth of -15.87% and a market share of 0.47. The iced coffee milk product has a cash cow position with a market growth of -30.42% and a market share of 1.18. Based on the BCG matrix, alternative strategies that can be used in black coffee are market penetration, market development, product development or divestment. In coffee milk products are liquidation, divestment, or pruning through shrinkage. In iced milk coffee is product development or diversification.

Abstract

Backgound. UNISKA is one of the universities with a significant number of Shopee users. Among these users, the majority come from the Faculty of Economics, particularly students from the Management program, which has a large student body at UNISKA. One of the notable findings from the researcher's observations of Management students is that many of them are Shopee users. In addition to shopping, they also engage in online selling through Shopee. Consequently, the marketplace features, such as online customer reviews and online customer ratings, attract significant attention from both academics and the general public. These features are considered key factors influencing consumer purchasing decisions on Shopee, as people often check store ratings before making a purchase. Additionally, the availability of numerous discounts and promotions further enhances consumer interest in transacting on the Shopee marketplace. Aim. This study aims to analyze the influence of Online Customer Review and Online Customer Rating on purchasing decisions in the Shopee marketplace Methods. This study uses a quantitative method using a sample of 94 respondents taken using the Non-probability Sampling technique, where the data was obtained through a questionnaire distributed to students of the Management Study Program at the Islamic University of Kadiri (UNISKA) class of 2020-2023 and analyzed using validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, t-test, and f-test using SPSS 25 programs. Results. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis show that Online Customer Review (X1) with a regression coefficient value of 0.282 and Online Customer Rating (X2) with a regression coefficient value of 0.536 have a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions (Y) with a significance value of 0.000 each (p <0.05). The F test shows that both independent variables simultaneously influence purchasing decisions with a calculated F value of 56.540 and a significance of 0.000 (p <0.05). The conclusion of this study is that online customer reviews and online customer ratings play an important role in the purchasing decision-making process, especially among students. Based on these results, business actors in the marketplace are advised to pay more attention to and manage reviews and ratings given by customers in order to increase consumer trust and encourage increased sales.

Abstract

Islamic boarding school is an institution that has a lot of potential, including economic potential. To increase this potential is a challenge for Islamic boarding schools so that they can improve the economic welfare of the Islamic boarding school itself and the wider community. The spirit of independence that is formed by students can be a potential for Islamic boarding schools to increase the economic stability of Islamic boarding schools. One of the efforts to make the Attahdzib Islamic boarding school independent is through business units. Where a well-organized business will provide output with good income. In today's era of free competition, building the competency and capacity of students is a must. Many Islamic boarding schools have tried to develop productive economic activitiesThe existence of these various business units is a means of education in the fields of independence, entrepreneurship, sincerity and sacrifice Based on the limitations and identification of problems that have been determined, the formulation of the problem is how is the management applied by sharia business units in increasing the number of business units in the At-Tahdzib Islamic boarding school? The problem approach used in this study is to use a type of field research where data is obtained from the field directly from the source, so that the data sources in field research are primary and secondary sources.  Through a qualitative approach, namely research used to research natural or natural social life. Based on the results of the presentation and analysis of data, the author obtained a conclusion that can be drawn from the research on "Sharia Business Unit Management in Increasing the Number of Business Units in the At-Tahdzib Jombang Islamic Boarding School" is the value-based management of the Islamic boarding school, implementing the Vision and Mission of the At-Tahdzib Islamic Boarding School which is the basis for the movement of business unit management run by the At-Tahdzib Islamic Boarding School. Vision, Mission of At-Tahdzib Islamic Boarding School to Become a Solid Salaf Islamic Boarding School with Pillars of Noble Morals and Spiritual-Emotional-Intellectual Intelligence", as well as the goal of the pesantren which is a strength in all activities, which is the foundation of the soul of all residents of the pesantren as a sustainable pesantren program.

Abstract

The beverage industry is a rapidly growing sector with global revenue continuously increasing each year. Amidst intense competition, Coca-Cola Company, as one of the industry leaders, faces various challenges, such as shifting consumer preferences and growing demand for healthier products. This study aims to analyze the application of the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) Matrix in formulating corporate strategies to address these challenges. The research employs a quantitative approach with secondary data from the 2023 annual financial reports of Coca-Cola Company and PepsiCo. The analysis indicates that Coca-Cola Company is positioned in the star quadrant of the BCG Matrix, reflecting a high market growth rate and relative market share. Recommended strategies include backward integration, market development, market penetration, and product development. The implementation of these strategies is expected to help maintain Coca-Cola's competitive position in the beverage industry.

Abstract

In the current era of world development, there are also many things that have undergone development, in addition to the technology sector, the economic sector has also experienced quite rapid development. One of the institutions that plays an important role in economic development is the capital market institution which is an intermediary for companies that need additional capital to meet with investors who have more money and want to invest their money in certain companies. In addition, every country in the world will do efficiency or eliminate high-cost economics, in order to be able to compete in price. One way to reduce high costs is to lead private companies into the capital market so that the company's capital structure becomes better, more efficient, and more controlled by the community. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of the variables current ratio (CR), dept to equity ratio (DER), return on equity (ROE) and total assets turnover (TATO) partially and simultaneously on the dividend policy in LQ45 companies listed on JII. The method used is a descriptive quantitative approach. The object of the study is companies listed in the LQ-45 index which is also listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). The results of the study show that partially each of the CR, DER and TATO variables has a significant influence on the House of Representatives on LQ-45 companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). Meanwhile, the ROE variable has no effect on the House of Representatives for LQ-45 companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). The variables Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Equity (ROE) and Total Assets Turnover (TATO) have a significant influence on the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) in LQ-45 companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII).

Abstract

In order to improve employee performance, turnover is an important factor that influences employee performance improvement To maximize the quality of employee performance in the company, one of the instruments is Islamic work ethics Improving employee performance is very important for the success of the organization because it has a significant impact on the productivity, efficiency, and competitiveness of the company In this study, the researcher took the object at PT. Primayudha Mandirijaya which is included in a company that has been well organized especially after being held by PT. Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk (Sritex). At PT. Primayudha Mandirijaya experienced various demands, namely, the need for increased employee performance to improve the company's reputation and branding. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of turnover intention, Islamic work ethics, and compensation on the performance of employees moderated by organizational commitment. This type of research is quantitative research. In this study, the population used was 1,044 employees at PT. Primayudha Mandirijaya. Furthermore, this study used a sample of 100 respondents with several predetermined criteria or purposive sampling techniques. The tests used are data instrument tests, classical assumption tests, and statistical tests. After testing with SPSS version 25, the results were obtained, namely turnover intention has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, Islamic work ethics has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, compensation has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment is able to moderate turnover intention on employee performance, organizational commitment is able to moderate Islamic work ethics on employee performance, and the organization's commitment is not able to moderate compensation to employee performance.

Abstract

Discounts are proven to be able to provide more affordable price incentives for consumers, thus creating a strong sense of urgency to make a purchase. Although testimonials also have a significant influence, the role of discounts is more prominent in shaping consumer perceptions, beliefs, and purchasing decisions. This finding indicates that female students tend to consider price factors and special offers when making purchases on e-commerce platforms. This research aims to analyze the influence of discounts and testimonials on consumer purchase interest in the Shopee e-commerce platform among female students at the At-Tahdzib Islamic Boarding School in Jombang. Using a quantitative approach and regression analysis, the results show that discounts have a more dominant influence compared to testimonials in affecting consumer purchase interest. Research approach refers to the strategy or method used to collect data, analyze information, and achieve research objectives. In this study, the researcher used a quantitative approach. The quantitative approach uses numerical measurements and statistical analysis to test hypotheses and explain relationships between variables. The implication of this research is that sellers on the Shopee e-commerce platform can design marketing strategies that focus on discounts and attractive price offers, while still paying attention to the role of testimonials in building consumer trust.

Abstract

The agricultural sector is one of the important factors in social life, because agriculture produces the food needed by the community. Food is a basic need as well as being the essence of human life, therefore the right to food is a very important part of human rights. Economic empowerment in farmer group associations is very important for farmer groups to increase knowledge and information about agriculture, especially in order to make farmers creative, innovative, and independent. The purpose of the study was to find out about the practice of empowering farmer groups in Sugihwaras Village, Ngoro District, Jombang Regency in the agricultural sector, to find out about strategies for improving and developing farmers through farmer group associations in Sugihwaras Village, Ngoro District, Jombang Regency. The method used in this research is qualitative, where the author collects data that is in fact, analyzes the data, interprets the data, and supports to answer the problems studied by the author so that the authors get conclusions based on analyzing the data. The results of this study can be concluded that with the empowerment program that has been implemented by Gapoktan, there have been many improvements in the fields of cooperation, fulfillment of economic and health needs, increased income, and participation in development. a concept where the concept uses the principles, Tawhid, Ta'awun or help, and justice.
