Abstract

Class II Pekanbaru Port Health Office is a Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) under the Ministry of Health that is under the responsibility of the Director General of Disease Control and Environmental Health (Dirjen PP and PL). Based on Ministry of Health Regulation No. 2348 of 2011, Class II Pekanbaru Port Health Office has seven work areas, consisting of six work areas, such as the Kampung Dalam Work Area, Selat Panjang Sea Port Work Area, Buatan River Port Work Area, Siak Port Work Area, Tanjung Buton Sea Port Work Area, and Pekanbaru Duku River Port Work Area. However, data processing in the Pekanbaru Duku River Port work area has not been well-integrated with the head office, causing Class II Pekanbaru Port Health Office employees to face difficulties in data collection and presentation of information from daily activities and data archiving, such as ship surveillance, public health surveillance, and disease data surveillance. This also affects the performance of employees and the Class II Pekanbaru Port Health Office. It is hoped that the use of e-Archive as an information technology-based data and document management system can improve the performance of Class II Pekanbaru Port Health Office employees in presenting data and reporting documents.

Abstract

The dependence of the current generation Z on technology is a momentum to develop technological facilities in various aspects of life. In the educational aspect, it is important to take advantage of technological facilities by implementing systems and methods to provide maximum results. The level of education has several stages that have different concentrations and are increasingly conical. SMK students often experience difficulties or obstacles in choosing a college major. This is because students focus more on popular majors, even though there is a possibility that these majors are not appropriate. The research uses the MOORA method to help provide alternative recommendations for majors based on criteria of knowledgeability, skills ability, professional interest, object interest, and talent in decision-making. The MOORA method processes criteria optimally with rules that are appropriate to the problem and data. Alternative college majors based on 14 choices of college majors. The results of the MOORA method research based on alternative data on college majors that match the criteria can provide recommendations for college majors that Panca Budi Vocational School (STM) students can choose to continue their education in tertiary institutions. System testing produces an alternative with the largest y value, namely 31.2 for the Law major. The alternative with the largest y value will be the system's recommended alternative. The recommendation system for college majors can overcome difficulties or obstacles for students in choosing a college major, thus facilitating the lecture process because students can focus more on studying.

Abstract

Assets are the most important resource for an individual or an organization that owns them, because assets are tools that support the activities of an organization. As time goes by the assets in the company will experience many changes (increase and decrease) that apply very quickly and that also happens to PT. Asiamadya Selaras. To support operational activities, PT. Asiamadya Selaras still uses a semi-computerized system, namely using Microsoft Excel in managing existing assets. This is less efficient in terms of time, effort and cost. As technology continues to develop, it can be used to overcome some of the obstacles currently faced, such as by creating a system that assists in asset management to prevent data damage or loss. Web-based system development is used with system modeling, namely UML (Unified Modeling Language), including use case, activity, class, and sequence diagrams. The asset management system development methodology uses the waterfall model, PHP programming with the Laravel framework, and MySQL database.

Abstract

This research designs the Random Number Generator by using the LFSR with an A5/1 scheme and also four feedback for the Random Number Generator. Every feedback functions use the XOR operation to determine the new bit value in the next literation. Random results of the Run Test, Mono Bit, and Block bit shows that the algorithm is consistently able to generate random output even with various input variant. Comparison examination using previous research algorithms shows that four selected feedback functions generate random numbers. The encryption test shows that plaintext and ciphertext have “very low” and “low” correlation rates where the average correlation for every plaintext test is close to 0. The LFSR key generator with an A5/1 algorithm scheme using four XOR functions can generate very good random output for use in Stream Cipher.

Abstract

Mail disposition information system is a web-based system of mail filing and follow-up (disposition) between employees within the scope of an office. This system has been created to solve administrative problems managing mail archives and following up on incoming mail. The design process for the development of this letter disposition system used the Waterfall method. The system that has been built has been tested using blackbox testing with the result that all the features of the mail disposition system can run perfectly. The Research of the letter disposition system is expected to assist in managing the storage and searching of letter archives as well as follow-up at the Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah in Southeast Sulawesi Province, Indonesia.

Abstract

Instagram has been the place to exchange information for years. Now businesses can work with influencers to influence their followers to try their endorsement products by using eWOM referral. Every post that talks about a product/service is called eWOM, whether it is out of free will or paid, and a referral means to refer someone else to purchase something. This research will examine factors that can significantly influence purchase intention. A questionnaire will be given to determine the tendencies and calculate using SEM-PLS. The result shows that purchase intention is significantly influenced by information quality and eWOM referral.

Abstract

Palm oil production has an essential role in the regional and national economy. Accurate and reliable predictions are fundamental in planning and decision-making in the oil palm plantation sector. This study aims to predict the production of oil palm plantations on the island of Sumatra in 2023 using the Bayesian Regulation algorithm. This method was chosen because it combines historical data and new information and considers the risk factors that affect palm oil production. Historical data on palm oil production on the island of Sumatra were obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics and analyzed using the Bayesian Regulation algorithm. The oil palm production prediction model is evaluated using accuracy and prediction error metrics. The research results are expected to provide reliable and accurate predictions for palm oil production on the island of Sumatra in 2023. This research produces a reasonably high accuracy rate of 90% (10% margin of error) and a trim MSE level of 0.00388775674 with a target error of 0.009. The research results predict that palm oil production on the island of Sumatra will decrease compared to previous years (2018-2022). This prediction provides more precise insights to stakeholders such as farmers, producers, government, and industry players in production planning, resource management, budget allocation, and effective decision-making. This research also has the potential to contribute to the development of science, especially the development of more sophisticated and efficient prediction methods, both for palm oil production and other plantation sectors, using the Bayesian Regulation method.
