Abstract

Pematangsiantar BPBD Office is one of the government agencies engaged in Regional Disaster Management where this agency must meet operational standards every day and be guided to make the right decisions in determining the purchase of disaster needs. By utilizing the purchase transaction data that has been stored in the goods purchase report or the entry of the number of items that have been reported by the secretary in the report. How to find out which items are purchased simultaneously, can be used association rule, which is a data mining technique to find rules association of a combination of items. The association search process uses the aid of a priori algorithm to generate pattern combinations of items and rules as knowledge and important information from purchase transaction data. The results of this study are in the form of an application to analyze spending patterns in which the resulting patterns can be used as recommendations in determining purchasing strategies by the Pematangsiantar BPBD Office.

Abstract

The sales system at Puffy Petshop is currently ineffective in conducting sales. This is due to a lack of promotion and information at Puffy Petshop. This research aims to design a dedicated e-commerce application for Puffy Petshop to enhance the online shopping experience for pet products. The research involves analyzing user needs, designing an attractive user interface, develop ping innovative features, and implementing a prototype application. The research methods employed include surveys and interviews with Puffy Petshop owners to identify user needs. The outcome of this research is a prototype of the Puffy Petshop e-commerce application, which includes key features such as product search, online ordering, secure payment, order status notifications, customer reviews, and account management. The prototype application is then tested for functionality and usability through functional testing and user testing to ensure optimal performance and usefulness. In this study, a website design for sales at Puffy Petshop in Juwana will be created using the Laravel Framework. The implementation of this sales website is expected to address the existing issues at Puffy Petshop in Juwana.

Abstract

Sahabat Purwakarta Car Rental is a company engaged in services, especially for car rental services in Purwakarta. Ordering and presenting information on car availability is part of the business process activities carried out by Sahabat Purwakarta Car Rental. In the design of the best friend rental car application for mobile-based online ordering, the case study of the friend car rental in Purwakarta, the author uses a prototype software method using the Flutter programming language and uses firebase as the database. The features contained in the rentcar now application at Purwakarta best friend car rental are car availability, car ordering, managing car data, managing order data, and managing report data. The application that was built has been tested using blackbox testing and can run well. In implementing the rentcar now application, it is hoped that ordering and presenting information on car availability will make it easier for consumers and help employees at car rental friends in Purwakarta

Abstract

Nazief Andriani's algorithm is a Stemming Algorithm in text-preprocessing as a support in improving Information Retrieval (IR) performance and the process of determining the similarity value of text documents. But in reality, there are still many Information Retrieval systems that do not meet user needs, where to display search results, documents can only be found if the user enters keywords that must be exactly the same or have the same words as the query. The aim of this research is to create a system to improve and recognize keyword variations in the search relevance of thesis documents to meet user needs which will make it easier to search for document titles. The method used in this research was to collect data using 2045 thesis title documents. The method used is Nazief Adriani's Stemming Algorithm to make it easier to categorize document titles with more varied search results. So, for this research stage, a website will be built to increase the relevance of the accuracy of the role of stemming in document searches with research stages including data collection, needs analysis, system design, system implementation and testing, system testing. This system can display document search keywords with varying affix results with Precision test results of 81.7% which shows the quality of how useful this document search system is. and a recall value of 100% which represents the quality of how complete the relevant results are displayed by the search system. With word processing research, searches for thesis document collections will be able to be managed well and improve document search performance which is more varied according to the needs of Informatics students as system users.

Abstract

The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, University of Cenderawasih, regularly selects outstanding students every year. Currently, the process of selecting outstanding students is carried out conventionally which results in the emergence of several problems such as missing data, ineffective report management, and data vulnerability. Decision support systems (DSS) are computer systems that help manage data into information that can help make the right decisions. The profile matching method is a method in SPK that compares individual competitions to award competitions so that the differences in competition (also called gaps) can be identified. The Decision Support System for Selection of Outstanding Students Using the Profile Matching Method is made web-based so that it is more dynamic in interoperability and supports multiplatform ecosystems. This system is created using the PHP programming language with the Codeigniter framework, and MySQL database. Based on the test results, it was concluded that the system with these 4 actors (administrator, study program head, jury and students) could run well, using the black box testing system. The parameters used in analyzing the profile matching of outstanding students are GPA, Scientific Writing, English Language Proficiency, Other Skills, Student Semester and the organization joined. By adding the weighting, the appropriate profile matching is obtained.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether the aamination method with the a priori method can be applied to the cosmetics inventory system at toko atom cosmetic pematangsiantar. The data is sourced from toko atom cosmetic pematangsiantar by conducting interviews with owners and analyzing several sales transactions over the past 1 months. The results of the application of a priori algorithms to the Datamining technique are very efficient and can accelerate the process of forming the pattern pattern of the combination of items from the sale of cosmetic products in the atomic cosmetics store Pematangsiantar, namely with the highest support and confidence are Bedak Wardah - Wardah Foundation and Wardah Foundation - You BB Coushion.

Abstract

Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) are computational models inspired by the structure and function of biological neural networks. ANN can model and learn complex patterns in data. The Backpropagation algorithm is a training algorithm used to optimize weights and biases in ANN.. Use of Python Applications is a popular form of computing used in the fields of science and engineering, including in the development and implementation of ANN. Python provides powerful library for building, training, and deploying ANNs. This research aims to have the ANN Backpropagation Algorithm train data using previously collected polyclinic visit data so that the ANN can learn to predict the burden of polyclinic visits in the future. The method in this research uses the Backpropagation Algorithm. This method has six stages, namely data input, normalization, training, testing, calculating test accuracy, and prediction. The dataset processed in this research comes from the annual report of Rumah Sakit Otak Dr. Drs. M. Hatta Bukittinggi from 2020 to 2022. The dataset consists of 36 months of visits to the polyclinic. The results of this research use the 3-10-1 pattern and can identify or calculate predictions for the next 5 months, 2547 people, 2506 people, 2463 people, 2482 people, and 2495 people. The percentage of predictions for polyclinic patient visits with an accuracy level of computing time requiring 0.001 seconds, an average error of 8.794%, and an average accuracy of 91.706%. Therefore, this research can be a reference in predicting polyclinic patient visits in the future so that it can be a consideration for hospital management.

Abstract

PT Gemilang Artha Valindo or what can be called GAV Money Changer is a company engaged in foreign currency exchange services, there are several problems faced by GAV Money Changer for now one of them is about transactions that are only done with the cash system or pay on the spot, it makes the transaction process quite time consuming. With these problems need to design prototype UI / UX mobile-based GAV money changer application with the aim of accommodating the wishes of users and as a reference for future product development.  Prototype development using the Design Thinking method with the stages of Empatize, Define, Ideate, Prototype and Test. The tool used for prototyping is Figma. The testing phase uses a User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) test with a total of 31 respondents, the results obtained can be seen from the Benchmark Data that the attractiveness scale results have an average value of 2.01 (Excellent), Clarity has an average value of 1.99 (Good), Efficiency has an average value of 1.89 (Excellent), Accuracy has an average value of 1.77 (Excellent), Stimulation has an average value of 1.90 (Excellent) and Novelty has an average value of 0.93 (Above Average).

Abstract

In industrial warehouse production that produces salted fish or or dried fish in the Gudang rejeki Keramat in Tanjung Balai can produce salted fish. As much as two tons a day and under certain conditions there is often fish production that accumulates in the warehouse because the processing is still using traditional methods. This method is related to food storage resilience that must be done is by accelerating the distribution of salted fish to customers, namely by utilizing information technology in marketing such as e-commerce, convenience is often an attraction such as easy access to choice of goods, ease of purchasing. Ease of payment to ease of getting goods or delivery of goods. The internet that allows store access from anywhere is one simple example of the convenience that e-commerce providers offer. Prospective buyer can now access the store from anywhere and when consumers find it easy to purchase product online, then security is compromised when making payments, including shipping goods that arrive properly, then convenience can be created. Convenience will bring customer satisfied, of course they will come back to buy online.

Abstract

Currently, technological developments are increasingly rapid with the emergence of various technologies that make it easier for humans to do their activities, for example in the food business sector. However, the development of technology has not been maximally utilized by several food business, one of which is the Sidoarjo area ropi bakery which has problems managing its stock and has difficulty in determining menu combinations for promotional activities. This can be overcome by analyzing all transaction data at the Sidoarjo area ropi bakery. Analysis of transaction patterns is carried out to obtain menu combinations. This analysis can be done using data mining association algorithms. This research focuses more on comparing the Apriori and FP-Growth data mining association algorithms when the two algorithms are implemented into a web-based information system. In this study, a comparison was made by analyzing 637 transaction data. In analyzing 637 transaction data, the minimum support value variation used is less then equal 10% with a minimum confidence value of 60%. The result of the analysis of the two algorithms when implemented into the information system are superior to the FP-Growth algorithm.
