Abstract

The aim of this research was to know describing of using recitation method on physics achievement in sound subject and to know wheater there was a significant influence between recitation method and physics achievement in sound subject at eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 3 Angkola Selatan. The approach of this research was experimental method. The population of this reseacrh was all the eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 3 Angkola Selatan which include 4 classes or 117 students. The writer used cluster sampling technique to take the sample. So the total sample was 60 students. In collecting the data, the writer used test, and the data was analyzed by using two ways. They are descriptive analysis and inferential statistics. Based on descriptive analysis, the average of physics achievement in sound subject before using recitation method was 65.83, it was categorized ”enough” while the average of physics achievement in sound subject after using recitation method was 75.16, it was categorized “good”. Based on inferential statistics by using ttest formula, it could be gotten tcount = 3.24 and ttable = 1.70 at confidence level 95%and error level 5%. It could be seen that tcount was greater than ttable (3.24 > 1.70). It could be concluded that alternative hypotesis was accepted. It means there was a significant influence of physics achievement in sound subject at the eighth grade students of SM3 Negeri 3 Angkola Selatan.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to know whether there was a significant influence of using of experiment method on students achievement in momentum and impulse subject at the eleventh grade students’ of SMA Negeri 1 Sibabangun. The population of this research was all the eleventh grade students of SMA Negeri Sibabangun which include 3 classes. They were 120 students. Sample was teken by using random sampling technique sampling which include 25% or 30 students. The method of this research was descriptive and correlation, the average of using experiment method in momentum and impulse was 2,83. It was categorized “good”. While the average students’ achievement in momentum and impulse subject was 69,03. It was categorized “enough”. Based on inferential statistic analisys, tcount = 27,28 while ttable = 2,05, on error level 5% confidence level 95%, df = N-nr = 30-2 = 28. It could be seen that tcount was greater than ttable (27,28 > 2,05). It could be concluded that hypothesis was accepted. In the other words, there was a significant influence between using experiment method on students’ achievement in momentum and impulse subject at the eleventh grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Sibabangun.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to know wheater there is the influence between the think pair share method and the learning out comes of students on phisics in sircular motion subject for the eleventh grade students of SMA Negeri 5 Padangsidimpuan. The approach of this research was experimental method and research was conducted the experiment for a class without control class. The population of this research is all the tenth grade students of SMA Negeri 5 Padangsidimpuan which include three classes or 90 students. By using total sampling, the research took all the population as the sample. The instruments of this research were questionnaire and test. The questionnaire consist of 20 items and test was given in multiple choice, consist of 20 items too. Data was collected and analyzed by using two ways, they are descriptive analysis and statistic analysis. Learning out comes of students before using think pair share (pretest) was 51.3 and it’s categorized “ less” but learning out comes of students after using think pair share (post test) was 70.78 and it’s categorized “good”. In using think pair share achieveed the mean 3.06 and it’s categorized “good”. Based on the hypotheses test, it can be found that tcount = 8.49 and ttable = 1.70 in significant level = 5%. It can be seen that tcount is greater than ttable (8.49 > 1.70). It can be showed that alternatve hypotheses is recepted. In the other word, there is a significant influence between using think pair share method and sircular motion subject at the eleventh grade students of SMA Negeri 5 Padangsidimpuan.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to know wheater there was a influence of light mastery on physics achievement in optics equipments subject at the tenth grade student of MAN 2 Padangsidimpuan. The approach of this research was experimental method. Population of this research was all the tenth grade students of MAN 2 Padangsidimpuan which include 5 classes or 128 students. By using random technique sample, the writer took 45 students as sample. Test was for the both variables used to collect the data for the both variables. The data was analysis by using two ways, they are descriptive analysis and inferential statistics. Based on descriptive analysis, the average of light mastery was 80,88, it was categorized “very good”. The average of physics achievement in optic equipments subject (pretest) was 67,22, it was categorized “enough” while the average of physics achievement in optic equipments subject (posttest) was 80,00, it was categorized “very good”. Based on inferential statistics, the writer used ttest formula. It could be seen that tcount= 10,74 and t table 2,53 at confidence level 95% and error level 5%. It could be seen that tcount was greater than ttable (10,74 > 2,53). It could be concluded that alternative hypothesis was accepted. It means there was a significant influence between light mastery on physics achievement in optic equipments subject at the tenth grade students of MAN 2 Padangsidimpuan.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to see concept of vector addition mastery and students’ achievement in circulation motion and constant speed subject at the tenth grade students of SMA Negeri 5 Padangsidimpuan. This research used descriptive method to see the general picture variables X and Y, and correlation method to examine the relationship or significant of these two variables. The population of this research was all the tenth grade students of SMA Negeri 5 Padangsidimpuan. They were 170 students or 6 classes. Sample was taken by using Taro Yamena formulate of random technique sampling which include 63 students. In collecting the data, the writer used test. The average of concept of vector addition mastry was 77. It was categorized “good”. While the average of circulation motion and constant speed subject was 75. It was categorized “good”. The hypothesis was accepted based inferential statistics analysis by using ttest formulation. Based on calculation, it could be gotten that rcount =0.75, and rtable = 0.248 in error level 5%, confidence level 95%, and df = N-1=61. Based on the calculation above, it could be seen that r0 was greater than rtable (0.75>0.248). Determination Coefisien: D=(rxy)2 = 0.5625. It was categorized “medium”. Where tcount = 8.86 and ttable = 1.67, in error level 5%, confidence level 95%, df = N-2=61. Based on the calculation above, it could be seen that tcount was greater than ttable (8.86>1.67). It means the hypothesis was accepted. In the other words, there was a significant influence concept of vector addition mastery on students’ achievement in circulation motion and constant speed subject at the tenth grade students of SMA Negeri 5 Padangsidimpuan.
