Abstract

The factor that causes people who are not ready to get married is that the cost of marriage is too expensive because marriage is considered a precious moment in life so that this marriage wants to be held luxuriously and festively. With the existence of wedding financing using a multijasa ijarah contract, it helps those who want to get married but lack funds. However, there is a difference of opinion according to Ibn Mas'ud and Shaykh Muhammad bin Shalih Al-Uthaimin regarding this wedding financing. This research uses qualitative research in the form of a case study with a normative approach. The research results show that (1) the practice used by the institution is to use an ijarah contract where the BMT is a service provider for customers in need and the BMT will conduct lease transactions with those who rent goods because the customer is not given cash by the BMT and the BMT represents the customer to pay the rent. (2). The practice applied by the BMT institution is in accordance with the fawa DSN-MUI Number 44/DSN-MUI/VIII/2004.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the literary criticism of the short story "When Hope Rests on the First Child" by Putri L. Sihombing using an expressive approach. This approach is used to uncover the relationship between the author's inner experiences, feelings, and outlook on life with the story structure constructed within the short story. This study employed a qualitative approach with a literary text analysis method. Data collection techniques were conducted through literature review and close reading of the text. Data analysis techniques included narrative analysis, text analysis, an expressive approach, and character study. The results show that this short story strongly represents the author's inner world through the character of "I" as the center of the narrative. The themes of parental expectations, the responsibility of the first child, economic limitations, and academic failure reflect the author's emotional experiences, expressed through conflict, dialogue, and an emotional and reflective style. Thus, this short story functions not only as a work of fiction but also as a medium for the author's inner expression of the social reality she experiences. The expressive approach proves relevant to understanding the short story's meaning as a whole by placing the author as the primary source of meaning formation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis novel Berpayung Tuhan karya Jaquenza Eden dengan menggunakan pendekatan ekspresif. Pendekatan ini dipilih untuk memahami bagaimana pengarang mengekspresikan perasaan, pengalaman, dan pandangan hidup melalui tokoh, alur, latar, dan gaya bahasa dalam novel. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik studi pustaka dan pembacaan teks secara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengarang menggunakan tokoh, konflik, dan setting untuk menyampaikan perasaan, pengalaman spiritual, dan refleksi kehidupannya. Gaya bahasa, metafora, dan pilihan kata turut memperkuat pesan emosional yang disampaikan. Pendekatan ekspresif memungkinkan pembaca memahami makna emosional dan moral dalam novel, sehingga karya sastra ini tidak hanya menjadi cerita imajinatif, tetapi juga media komunikasi emosional antara pengarang dan pembaca. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan tentang pentingnya pendekatan ekspresif dalam memahami kedalaman makna karya sastra.
