Abstract

This study aims to get assesment public policy, including the determination of KEK (Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus Kendal ), land designation, has consequences and risks. Both short and long term risks. In this case, the government must be alert in using its authority to set policies and carry out supervision so that they run well. Benefit is the main goal of Islamic law, so realizing benefit according to this rule is an important reason for a leader to formulate or even ratify a legal product in a country. Abstract

BAZNAS Kendal Regency's efforts are to eksplore the acquisition of the zakat target of the Kendal National Amil Zakat Agency (Baznas) in 2019, targeting to collect zakat of Rp. 6,385,000,000,-. This target has increased by around 300 percent or three times the figure in 2018 which only reached IDR. 2,025,413,276,-. And after the payroll was realized, the collection of zakat experienced an extraordinary increase, in 2022, Baznas' exploration of accumulative zakat, infaq and sodaqah reached Rp. 10,109,426,273,- while in 2023 it will increase to Rp. 10,403,019,495,- This Payroll application is not free of access. Many polemics, problems and responses have arisen regarding the ASN's zakat obligation. Namely regarding the nature of coercion in payroll applications, the zakat nishob value of ASN salaries is also not necessarily achieved, and the reduced exploration of zakat institutions outside Baznas which had previously been chosen by ASN, such as Lazisnu, lazismu, etc., which also target the subject of ASN zakat . Abstract

Qurban Savings is a medium for storing funds in the form of savings intended for people to plan Qurbani worship, with flexible deposits. This product is a savings product with a mudharabah contract, namely members as shohibulmaal (fund owners) while KSPPS Bismillah as mudharib (implementer/business manager), for this collaboration applies a profit-sharing system with a ratio that has been agreed in advance. The purpose of this study is to find out the practice of Qurban Savings and the analysis of Qurban Savings products reviewed from the perspective of sharia business at KSPPS Bismillah Ngadirejo Branch, Temanggung Regency. The method used in this thesis is a qualitative method. The data collection can be done by an interview system with the Manager, Employees, Customers of KSPPS Bismillah Ngadirejo Branch as well as direct observation of certain objects that are the focus of the research and record everything related to Qurban Deposits at KSPPS Bismillah Ngadirejo Branch, Temanggung Regency as well as documentation related to this research. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that, the practice of the Qurban Savings product of KSPPS Bismillah Ngadirejo Branch, every member who wants to keep qurbani savings, is required to become a member, pay a principal deposit of Rp. 50.000,00, attach a photocopy of a valid ID card and pay an administrative fee of Rp. 5.000,00. For the withdrawal of Qurban Savings at least one month before Eid al-Adha, the initial deposit is at least Rp. 10.000,00 and the next deposit is at least Rp 5.000,00. Funds for this deposit product can be done in cash or book transfer. Withdrawals from deposits can be made at all KSPPS Bismillah branch offices by bringing a passbook and an original identity card. Withdrawal of deposits cannot be represented, and if it is urgent, a sufficient stamped power of attorney from the account owner must be attached accompanied by proof of original identity from the account owner accompanied by proof of original identity from the owner and authorized recipients. The minimum balance after the deposit is taken Rp 10.000,00 and the customer gets the result according to the calculation of the daily average balance. Profit sharing is calculated at the end of the month and added to the customer's account at the end of the month, with a ratio of 65% for KSPPS Bismillah and 35% for customers. If the customer wants to close the book or close the account, an administration fee of Rp10.000,00 will be charged to the customer concerned. Qurban savings products at KSPPS Bismillah Ngadirejo Branch, Temanggung Regency If reviewed with DSN-MUI Fatwa Number 02/DSNMUI/IV/2000 concerning savings, the implementation of the practice of Qurban Savings products at KSPPS Bismillah Ngadirejo Branch, Temanggung Regency is fully in accordance with Islamic provisions.

Abstract

Legal protection has a meaning as protection by using legal means or protection provided by law, aimed at the protection of certain interests, namely by making the interests that need to be protected into a legal right. to the wages of contract workers according to Law No. 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower and Islamic Law as well as similarities and differences. The results of this study indicate that the legal protection of the wages of contract workers between Law No. 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower and Islamic law is to show that legal protection of wages of contract workers has not guaranteed the welfare of contract workers and includes six things, namely: protection of workers / laborers women, protection of child workers/laborers, protection for persons with disabilities, protection of occupational health and safety, protection of labor social security and protection of wages. Meanwhile, according to Islamic law the protection provided is in the form of protection for the soul which is included in Islamic principles. As for the similarities and differences, namely that the two laws have the same goal of creating a sense of justice for workers and employers, and do not allow any arbitrariness against workers/labor. While the difference lies in the employment relationship, wages, welfare, functions and sanctions provided.

Abstract

The activity of buying and selling imported used clothing is a problem that has not been solved, making researchers interested in conducting research on the Analysis of the Implementation of Regulation of the Minister of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia No.40/M-Dag/Per/6/2022 of 2022 concerning the Prohibition of Importing Used Clothes from a Sharia Business Perspective 'Ah. Implementation of the Regulation of the Minister of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia regarding the prohibition on the import of used clothing, where violations are still found. These violations were committed by distributors and traders because they ignored the Minister of Trade Regulation. If viewed from Islamic law, the buying and selling transactions carried out are considered not in accordance with Islamic law. The aim of this research is to find out how the Indonesian Minister of Trade Regulation is implemented regarding the prohibition on the import of second-hand clothing and in terms of Islamic law regarding the buying and selling of imported second-hand clothing.

Abstract

The tourism savings program, often referred to as a tourism fund, is one of the programs used by savings and loan cooperatives, including KSPPS Bismillah. This thesis discusses the tourism savings program from the perspective of Islamic economics at KSPPS Bismillah branch in Ngadirejo, Temanggung Regency. In this travel program, customers make monthly deposits in predetermined amounts and times and receive a bonus of a free trip. In this program, the contract used is the wadiah yad dhamanah, which is a deposit agreement for goods or money where the receiving party can utilize the deposited goods or money and is responsible for any loss or damage to those items. In return, the receiving party may provide a bonus incentive to the depositor. This practice certainly piqued the author's interest to delve deeper into the bonus practices on tourism savings and the perspective according to Islamic economic principles, as well as Fatwa DSN No:02/DSN-MUI/VI/2000 regarding wadi’ah savings. The purpose of this research is to determine and answer the question of whether the practice of the tourism savings program at KSPPS Bismillah is in accordance with Sharia, where KSPPS Bismillah is a Sharia savings and loan cooperative and financing institution. This type of research is field research. (field reseacrh). The primary data source in this research is interviews with the KSPPS Bismillah party. Meanwhile, the secondary data is obtained from the DSN-MUI fatwa, books, and previous research related to wadi’ah yad adh-dhamanah. In data collection, the author used observation, interviews, and documentation methods. After the data has been collected, the next step is to analyze the data. The data analysis technique that the author uses is qualitative descriptive method. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that the savings product for tourism under the wadiah yad dhamanah contract practiced by KSPPS Bismillah Branch Ngadirejo, Temanggung Regency, has fulfilled the pillars and requirements of wadiah yad dhamanah and is in accordance with the Quran and Hadith. The granting of bonuses in this program is in accordance with Sharia law because, according to the DSN fatwa No. 86/DSN-MUI/XII/2012, the bonuses provided are in the form of free travel services rather than cash or goods. Furthermore, the practice aligns with the DSN fatwa No. 02/DSN-MUI/IV/2000, as the savings products that comply with Sharia use the mudharabah and wadiah contracts.

Abstract

This thesis examines the influence of halal labeling on UMKM product marketing. The aim of this research is to find out how halal labeling influences the marketing of UMKM products. The research method used is quantitative correlative research. The sample in this research consisted of 150 respondents. Data collection uses a questionnaire and data processing uses the SPSS analysis tool version 16.020. The research results show that halal labeling has an effect of 45% on the marketing of UMKM products and the remaining 55.% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Buzzers in digital promotional media do have a lot of positive sides forbusiness actors, but in practice sometimes in carrying out their duties they tend to have the potential to be dishonest and not objective, such as the dissemination of inappropriate information, slander to more towards elements of fraud. There are several negative actions of buzzers on social media that are easy to find, such as false reviews of a product. Buzzers are also considered detrimental to consumers because buzzers, in conveying information, tend to provide information that does not match reality, by creating fake accounts to help increase ratings and restore a good image to the company.good image of the company. This buzzer practice causes disappointment and losses to consumers who rely on reviews and ratings to make purchasing decisions, and this can even be included in the spread of hoax information. One form of hoax information practiced by marketing buzzers is najshi (نجشى).They do this because the compensation earned by buzzers is often based on the quantity of products that the public responds to or even sells.This research will examine the taklifi law of buzzer marketing and the principles that must be fulfilled, so that it does not conflict with shar'i values.)

Abstract

The background of this study is that the tight competition in the gas industry today, so that companies compete in this very tight competition which aims to create and retain customers. One of their efforts in retaining customers is by setting the best selling price for the product. Because price is a very important part of marketing. In addition, in the distribution process, it must prioritize fairness from distributors in providing prices to stores acording to the HET (highest retail price) of each company, so that companies must really consider setting the selling price of the product by taking into account the products to be sold in order to increase and maintain sales volume. This study is a qualitative field research. The interview targets are those involved in the selling price determination process, such as owners or authorized managers. Data collection uses observation, interview, and documentation methods. While the analysis uses qualitative (non-statistical) analysis which is qualitative descriptive, using inductive thinking. Based on the results of the study, it shows that first: Retail gas sellers use pricing methods and distribution processes that are in accordance with sharia principles and this method is seen in sales data as very effective in increasing sales volume each year. In essence, companies must prioritize the common good and the code of ethics in trading does not have any elements that harm one party.

Abstract

In the fast-paced digital era, adaptation is the key to the success of MSMEs in maintaining their existence. Changes in consumer behavior that are shifting to digital platforms require business actors to develop online marketing strategies. However, not all MSME actors are able to adapt optimally due to limitations in digital literacy, human resources, and infrastructure. This study aims to analyze the adaptation strategy of MSMEs to the shift in the market from conventional to digital, with a case study on the Tahta Grafika printing MSME in Boja District, Kendal Regency. The study used a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews with business owners. The results show that Tahta Grafika has implemented an effective marketing strategy using various stages such as market segmentation strategy, target market determination strategy, positioning strategy or determining market position by utilizing online ordering services via WhatsApp and marketing via Facebook Marketplace. This strategy is considered effective in maintaining local customer loyalty because it is also strengthened by a CRM strategy, but has not reached the national market due to limited professional digital personnel. Therefore, interventions in the form of digital training, recruitment of skilled workers, and support from local governments are needed so that MSMEs are able to compete in the digital ecosystem.
